Bought my pre-owned Jeep here last month and the sales team went above and beyond. I shopped online and their Internet Department found exactly what I wanted and got it here in no time. When I arrived, all those sales forms were pre-filled out and ready to go. The whole experience was quick and painless! Shamburg Auto Sales made a loyal customer out of me!

Shamburg is a sham!! These guys are the worst and give other small dealers a bad name. A truck was purchased from them with in 24 hrs the check engine light came on. The truck was then taken to a mechanic who then revealed several issues totaling thousands of dollar in work. It took over one week to get in touch with the dealer. After the first phone call every other call was then screened and only when calling from a different number was the phone picked up. The dealer refused to do anything in regards to support the product he sales. The are looking to make a quick buck any way possible and will screw you to get it. BEWARE there are many other dealers who have better deals.

I was stuck in front of their store, I dont know what to do when two men approached me and offered help. They assisted me checking out what was wrong with my car. When I offered compensation, they refused. This may not be a rating from car buyer, but I hope you saw a picture of how good people there are. They are worth your trust. Thank you guys!
