The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Its long, bear with me....I am a first time customer and scheduled an oil change/tire rotation online. I also opted to use their pickup/delivery service. The vehicle was picked up on time (9:45am) and I received a text confirmation that it was delivered to Kernersville Dodge around 10:20 am. I called the service department at 4:30pm to check on it since I had not heard anything all day. I gave them my name several times and was told that they could not find a service ticket under my name. I told them I have a 2017 Ram 2500 and after being on hold several minutes they told me they do have my truck but it was under someone elses name. I asked if they performed all of the services I had requested and I was told yes. I also asked if they were going to bring it back to my house since I chose the valet option and they said no, all of our drivers are finished for the day. So now I have to go pick it up myself and fortunately I was able to find someone to take me. Half way there they emailed me an invoice and it had the WRONG TRUCK INFORMATION on it, completely wrong VIN, model and color. So I called the service department again and pointed that out and when I asked them if my truck was even there the man said to be honest maam, I dont even know. By the time I was able to get there the service department was closed and the only people there to help me chose to go the not my department route and I had to pay the bill before they would give me my key. Half way home my tire pressure sensors went off, I only had 56psi in the rear tires which tells me they rotated front tires to the back but didnt put any air in them. I checked the oil and it was black, still dirty. They didnt top off any fluids and they didnt give me the multi-point inspection report which all makes me believe they never really serviced it. All they did was rush through the tire rotation and reset the oil light when they knew I was on the way to pick it up.I can kind of understand the confusion around whether my truck was there or not, thats probably what I get for relying 100% on someone else to take it and check it in. But what bothers me the most is that I paid for a service that they did not do and now I have to pay someone else to actually change my oil since they didnt.

If I could give a negative star review I would, bought a mini cooper from them last year and it didnt even make a full year before having 4k worth of mechanical failure that needed fixed and now its a little over a year and a half and its is mechanically totaled. I should have demanded a return when I took it to get it fixed for an airbag issue one month into owning it and the place said there was over 8k worth of damage to it. The check engine light came on after not even 2 months of owning and the rear window detatched from the cloth top not even 4 months into owning. Should have also known when they had the wrong information and misleading pictures of the car on their website.

Communication was lacking. Was very interested in a 2019 Dodge Ram truck. Called and texted on a Saturday to get pricing info and trade info out of the way. Called on open the following Monday and was told a customer was coming to see it, and if I wanted to hold it, I needed to put a $500 deposit on it. I agreed and gave my CC info. Never got a call back so called on my own a couple hours later and was told they sold it.Would have been nice to know about the deposit required on Saturday and a call back would have been better than me having to call to find out what was going on.

We drove three hours yesterday to Kernersville CDJR because of their large inventory. We purchased a 2021 Ram 3500 Limited cab/chassis. Jack Maxson was our salesman and he was great! The service was excellent, but the CUSTOMER service topped it. No bill is pleasant nowadays, but if you have the ability to make a client feel appreciated... it stings less. I plan on going back when Im ready to get my window tint done, but first things first, Ill enjoy this brand new AC.

If I could give no stars I would. I went to look at a truck that I wanted to buy 8/8/2021 I was never acknowledged by any salesman. They clearly seen me out there on the yard looking at trucks. I was always told you can’t judge a book by it’s cover. It’s sad salesmen go off appearance the ones you think have it doesn’t and the ones you think don’t do. BE WARE !!!! Stay far away from kernersville Dodge save the headache. If you want good customer service and not be stereotyped go to Capital Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Indian Trail. FYI there prices are a lot better anyway.

Awesome experience with my salesman Aaron. Bought a new 2020 widebody hellcat. When I was looking at the car no one offered to help. Aaron came right over even though I was looking bummy and treated me like a potential buyer. I rode with a friend there so they didnt know I already owned a hellcat. But I looked at the car Aaron let me start it and sit in it and get familiar with it. I told him I would think it over and gave him my word to touch base with him in a few days. A week later I bought it at a great price. Thanks Aaron.

I would never deal with this dealership again. I would also never do with Vestal Buick Kernersville either...(They have apparently gone out of business).The customer service solutions for my 2010 Jeep patriot have been awful. I’ve tried within my best efforts to have the issue resolved and it seem as if no one wants to help. When I purchased my jeep everyone there was cheerful and happy to take my money. ( $8,000).My transmission went out and I returned to Vestal Buick who in turn purchased the transmission from Jeep. Until this (August 2021)day the transmission is still under warranty but Jeep will not replace the “computer module ” . They simply explained that the warranty would not cover it.....I was not told that this particular piece was not covered when I purchased it.The sad things all I have is a invoice. The transmission parts and labor cost me an additional $3,000,I get it ...things break they go wrong. However what I don’t get is out you leave a customer with a solution when the vehicle is still in warranty. I regret doing business with both of these folks. If anyone has a solution please let me know. I would strongly suggest that if you purchase anything from them have everything in writing and itemize so that way you know the details of what you’re purchasingGood luck!

Absolutely the worst. We purchased a used vehicle (2016) and immediately the service light came on. We contacted KCJD, the service dept told us it was okay to drive. We insisted it be serviced. The service dept supposedly fixed the problem. 500 miles later in another state the vehicle completely shut off on the side of the highway. Had to have it towed and worked on. We then found out the dealership did not do anything they said they had serviced. We have called and called the service dept, the sales manager and the owner. Absolutely nothing. Nothing. Nothing. We are out about $12000 plus dollars. Not including what we paid for the vehicle. Unbelievable horrible service

These folks are top notch. Spoke with Erick Messner via the internet to start the deal because we are in WV. After receiving an offer unseen for our trade we decided to make the 4hr trip to see the truck we were looking at. Truck was ready for our viewing when we arrived. We had a great salesman Nico R who took awesome care with us. They put us up in a hotel that night and detailed the truck before we headed home the next morning. You cant ask for better people to deal with. I will go back again!!!

Purchased a new to me 2013 Ram Laramie. Drove 2 1/2 hours to pick it up. They had everything ready for me. i was in and out in 1 hour. After i picked up my vehicle, i noticed the brakes were making an odd noise. Alex from the dealership told me to get it diagnosed. We found out the issue, the dealership cut me a check to cover the amount of the brake pad replacement. Frankie was great.5 star for me....

Went in today. Had our mind we was buying a car. The first gentleman kinda pushed us off. After we looked a young man Jay Davis asked us if we needed help. He took his time to insure we tried several cars out til we found the one we wanted. He went above and beyond to make our experience great. Found truck online and Jessica responded quickly and sent me the details I needed. Had to make a drive 4 hour drive one way as they had the best inventory. They picked me up from the car rental drop-off and Mary met me right away and showed me all the features of the truck and answered a lot of questions.
