I cant speak for the quality of his work because I chose not to go with him but as for customer service I would rate Smiths Collision one star. I drove by his shop today around 12. I spoke to an employee and they gave me Marks cell number. I gave Mark a call and he let me know he would be back in twenty minutes. I left and came back after 45 minutes and when I arrived Mark was not there still. His associate told me he had to run to his house and would be back in a couple minutes. I waited 20 more minutes before trying to reach out to Mark. My attempts were unsuccessful. Customer service is vital as well as keeping your word when you are speaking to a customer. I wouldnt have minded coming back another day if it wasnt a good time. My time is just as valuable as anyone elses and him not being honest and keeping me strung along was inconsiderate. If his customer service is a reflection of his work I would be cautious.

Now Smiths collision was very happy with the work they did. Very helpful and tried to save me money where they could. Also works with all insurance companies.

The name of this shop has changed. They did a good job of fixing the scratch on my van.

Good honest man. Quality workmanship.
