I received a $40 reward for my birthday as well as a $10 reward recently. I used them at the same time to purchase a pair of shoes. The shoes were too small so I returned. They didnt have the shoes in my size therefore I was unable to exchange. Due to returning, I lost my rewards which I think is absolutely absurd. I feel I should have been given some type of credit or voucher to apply my reward elsewhere. To add insult to injury, Ive reached out to CS to voice my concerns and never received a response. I have a charge card with them that I am really considering canceling at this point due to the pettiness of it all. Happy Birthday to me?
