Let me just start by saying the guy who you see as soon as you walk in is great. I cant remember his name but he wears glasses. He is super knowledgeable and super kind. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does..I came here to get my laptop fixed. What was supposed to take 3 to 5 business days almost took a month. I didnt get my deposit back and nothing was resolved. I was told that if I wanted anything else done it would possibly take up to another month, Id have to pay more money, and they arent sure it would 100% be fixed after that point either. Basically Id be paying for trial and error and their time. I was told just from looking at it i should just return my laptop to the company I received it from and ask for a new one. A month and deposit later. I was grateful for the advice but if it was that easy to diagnose just by looking at it before even taking it apart it would have been great to let me know that when I first dropped it out. I could have saved my money, my time, and also their time. Honestly at this point it is what it is but I really wish I would have just sent it back first. I have missed so much work not being able to use my laptop.

Today I contacted Justin and he responded right away . I was absolutely amazed by the turnaround time. With less than 4 hours he fixed my laptop. I had a similar repair before and it took over a week. Justin also sent me text updates on his progress very often which was incredibly helpful and reassuring. What a pleasant surprise, had a power supply go bad that was hard wired and needed get replaced. Andrew took my computer, gave me an estimate and turned it around in one day. Everything works great. I was kept in the loop on what was going on with my laptop. Once the issue was identified, I was provided options along with the cost for each option. I have had my laptop back for a couple of weeks, and it has been working great.

PCs done right is simply the best. They have fixed my pc twice and the second time was a huge slurpee spill where he meticulously cleaned it and put it back together multiple times, and I was kept up to date every step of the process. Justin is extremely knowledgeable I would highly recommend him and pcs done right to anyone.

I have had PCs Done Right replace the hard drives in three of our computers. They are all over 7 years old and things like booting up were taking a long time. When they replaced the old drive with a new SSD drive it helped immensely. They were able to port all my old disk files and folders over to the new drive such that I was like nothing had happened.

I went to see them on a recommendation on my neighborhood Facebook site. I took them a non-functional dinosaur computer tower and they diagnosed and set me up with a new workstation for minimal cost, loaded up necessary program to run my documents and retrieved all my necessary documents and pictures from our old hard drive to the new workstation. I am very pleased, totally no pressure and very reasonable on cost. I will use them whenever I need more computer help and I highly recommend them, thank you, Kris.

He was very helpful, but I didnt like that I had to pay him $55 just to look at the inside of my laptop. I should of took it to best buy or something.

My son broke my computer screen and I went in to PCs Done Right and they were able to get a new screen right away and get it fixed. We were always in contact and he made sure I was happy with my fix. I will definately use them for any computer fix in the future.

I had a great experience with PCs Done Right!!! They were very communitive as they send text messages with updates on their work.I was having a new screen installed on my laptop. They ordered it that day (Monday)and I was able to pick up my laptop at the end of the week. I have had good work done and excellent customer service over the years. I was disappointed that my most recent repair did not fully fix all my concerns and send a message about this. The reply was late, but the shop was extremely courteous and apologized for the delayed response. They expressed a sincere interest in continuing to earn my business, and this was impressive. I will return in the future.

PC Done right gave me a quote to fix/repair my power button on my gaming laptop. After going through all the options with me to my understanding, we were able to come to a inexpensive fix for the otherwise expensive repair I wouldve needed to get. Great place! I moved to Seattle recently and my PC was have issues and i found them on google. Took my PC in and Andrew was very nice and polite, while also quick and able to get to the point. I called for a quote this morning and was told their hourly rate is $99. Thats fine, considering the tools, space, expertise and guarantee of their work. Then I asked how long it would take to repaste the cpu off a laptop with an upside motherboard configuration. 2 hours.

I needed some cleanup work on my wifes laptop and my desktop. I had contacted Andrew over the weekend (when the business was closed). Andrew was able to make a quick appointment for the next business day and took care of everything quickly and professionally! Top notch service!

Very helpful and super accommodating. I had a brand new home built rig that I was experiencing unexpected crashes on and after trying to diagnose myself I brought it here. They figured out quickly that I had a bad video card. What really helped me out though is that I had to leave town somewhat unexpectedly after dropping off the computer and not only were they willing to hold the computer at the store until I could get it, they handled the RMA for me shipping out my bad video card and then installing the new one after having it sent to their store. When I came back to get my computer it was up and running at 100%. Will definitely be coming back to this place for future computer issues.

I really didnt want to give this place a bad review... but I really think I should share my experience. I had a laptop that had a broken charging port. Had my boyfriend drop it off for me and I was thrilled because they said it would be done by the next day. I really needed to get some pictures off of it for the following weekend. Unfortunately when I went to pick it up myself the place very smelled musty. The person working brought me to the back room to get my laptop and I immediately noticed ants crawling around. I tried to ignore the ants and was hopeful that my laptop was fine. I paid and quickly got out but as I was getting to my car there were ants crawling out of my laptop and onto my arm where I was holding it. I freaked out and didnt really know what to do. I was disgusted and didnt want to go back in. It was crawling with ants. I set it on the floor of my car and started to drive off, but a few minutes later I decided to call and I explained to the guy who helped me that I was upset but he didnt apologize and basically tried to put the blame on me, saying I probably spilled something on it and thats why it got ants. I was upset and asked how we can fix this situation, so he said hed have his boss call me. The boss got back to me within the hour and he was very nice and apologized for everything and had me explain the situation myself. He had me bring the laptop back and said itd be ready the next day. When I went back the place was cleaned up and my laptop was clean. I am thankful for them fixing my charging port and they also repaired a fan cover for no charge. I was not offered any sort of discount for what happened which definitely bothered me. From previous reviews it seems my situation was unique but from my experience I will not personally not come back here.

I was building a video editing PC for a family member, but had problems loading Windows. They took over and got the OS and drivers all up-to-date and checked out all the hardware for me. Their price was very reasonable, and I still saved a bundle compared with a system built by someone else. They were very knowledgeable.

I bought desktop in best buy and used couple months, and the stopped working, had a blue screen with error message I was trying to fix, but nothing, and I gave to PC Done rights, and they fixed in couple hours and saved all my pic and documents, I highly recommend recommend this guys, dont waste your time. For computer needs these are your people. Ive had all good experiences since approx 2015 and so has family Ive referred! This time around my computer crashed with a years worth of tax/accounting info on December 31st, the last day of the year with everything completed. Last minute on New Years Day they were able to get my computer up and running in just a few hours so I would be set up for work the next day. I learned a lesson on backing up externally, but would have been a complete loss if not for them restoring my comp and having it ready for work the next morning! So thankful for Andrew and his team, they were life savers!

The staff is honest. They could have charged me a lot of money for a part for my laptop and I would have never known. Instead the technician called me to tell me he found the problem, a simple thing to fix but not something youd suspect. They also transfered my files from my old computer to a new one. The file transfer took time and the technician offered to meet me at the office after hours to let me pick up my laptop as he knew I needed it for business that day. Honest service from people who care!
