I am student at Kent State and need my laptop repaired. They took 8 days to diagnose the issue where I was told it would be diagnosed in a day or two. After diagnosis I was told it should be fixed in a week and today is the 9th day and still not fixed and told me it would take another week. I was mad and loud when I went in there because I wanted my laptop back, so I can take somewhere else as I needed it for my college work. They refused to give me back and the owner Jon told me “he would call the cops and they would arrest me as he’s friend with them and gives charity to them”Try to stay away from this place. Absolutely horrible Costumer service.

Great service from the staff. I happened to be the cause of detrimental health problems for my pc and these guys fixed it in reasonable time for a great price, and helped me make sure everything was working perfectly even after I brought it back home. I would recommend them to anyone.

They took an incredibly long time for a very simple repair and charged and insane amount.

Brought my laptop in for emergency repairs during Finals Week and I had the best experience. The guys at the shop worked fast to get my laptop back up and running in time to finish my finals and they did it for a great price. Who needs Best Buy when you have a great local shop like this!

I had just gotten my first laptop a few months ago and it had suddenly stopped working this past weekend. I called PC Surgeons to get their opinion and they told me to bring it in and said they’d try to figure out what the issue was. They immediately got to work and were able to diagnose the problem within a few days. They were up front with me and said it would cost several hundred dollars to fix it, and suggested I get a new one if the warranty was still good. Being a college student, I’m pretty short on money, so I’m extremely grateful about how truthful they were about the problem and how to deal with it. They saved me hundreds of dollars and were extremely helpful during the entire process.

PCSurgeons is a great place with great techs. The tall really good looking guy is personable, straight forward and knowledgeable. I cant say enough about there service.

Had my Surface book pro go dead on me and Best Buy refused to help me get my data off my hard drive. I needed the files for school so I took it here and Brian removed it and got my files back to me ASAP. would definitely come here again!

Very helpful and polite... my son called them today and he has a gaming computer that we just got back and someone took the cooler off and we didnt want to put any more money into it unless the board was still good.. they are checking the board now and said they will give us a call when its done thank you guys for your help we will be buying from you in the near future as well as a water cooler if the board is still good thank you... great place very helpful and friendly

I truly enjoyed my experience with this business. They were very professional and quite clear in what was wrong with my computer and what needed to be done. Did a great job and charged me a very fair price. Highly recommended.

They diagnosed the problem with my laptop (expanding battery) pretty much as soon as I showed them. I brought a replacement battery for them to install and they did it quickly and cleaned my fans out as well for cheap. Highly recommend if you have PC troubles.

Very considerate and helpful with fixing my hard drive the first week of school. Very fair prices as well. I will definitely be back if I have any computer issues.

I had my laptop worked on. They were informative on the phone explaining issue. They replaced harddrive, added memory and moved all my data. Service was excellent and fair price. Was kept in loop on progress and end result was a fix. Would use again.

When we decided we needed a few new computers for our office, we were going to order several over the next year, and thought it wise to use a local business as opposed to ordering online in order to have quick support. We are a very small business and have to really budget our money and spend wisely. After purchasing the first and getting no support we were thinking the extra money wasnt worth it. The deciding factor was when we called and asked for help on something else and were refused because we had not ordered any more after the first, which we have not purchased elsewhere due to no funds right now. Very poor business etiquette. We will not ever use them again.

Took my favorite little DELL convertible laptop in for a memory upgrade.Although I was lost for 4 days without it, Im so impressed with its functionality now!Thank you John and team for all you do!

I have had these guys build multiple machines for my company. I have also had them service a few machines I acquired prior to forming a relationship. Matt has always had great attention to detail with our machines. I would definitely recommend PCS to anyone looking for new equip and quality servicing.

I have not been here, but they are helpful if you call them for information. The only thing so far is they need a good website to advertise their goods and services better.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company. Probably 3 years ago they installed a new program in my laptop. Then a month ago I crashed again, Michael was great looking at the diagnostics and was able to put in a new program and got me up and running again!!!Nice, helpful, efficient and a great $$.

Cannot sing their praises enough. Had an old hard drive that had information deleted on it and they were able to get it back. That and they also fixed another computer for me PDQ. Even though they had to order a part to fix it they had it overnighted and fixed in no time. Have already told a few people about their excellent services. Have already taken them another computer to get fixed.

Poor communication and a complete waste of time and money.

Well, the only positive thing I have to say is that they were willing to hold my laptop for an extended period of time while I waited to get funds for the repair.That being said, they gave me a decent about of attitude about holding on to it and made some severely snarky comments about my doing so.When I did get my laptop back, I was informed that there was no warranty available since Id left it there for over 30 days (as if I could have broken it while it was sitting in their shop?)They had replaced the video card and thus far, that seems to have been a successful fix.They also informed me that the main hard drive has failed so they made the secondary hard drive the primary. I assumed they would have taken out the failed hard drive but upon looking, they just left it in the laptop. No clue why that was deemed a good idea. Not only was it left in the laptop, it was left in the cage harness while the now, main, hard drive is currently floating freely without a harness cage and causes the computer to shut down when its moved at all.There were also other problems with my computer that were not fixed. The trim pieces on the back were pulled up and needed glued (Not that I expected them to fix it for free but they decided to electric tape it together. Thanks?)The access panel on it was previously broken before I bought it and had been glued together by the previously owner. I would have assumed that during repairs, and after we had mentioned the glue, they would have replaced the back panel or found a better way to repair it. Instead, they did nothing and the back panel just falls off because the glue is old.I will never take a computer back here and wouldnt recommend anyone else to. Lazy5, snarky, and corner-cutting. Waste of $300.

The best computer shop I have been to, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had my pc and laptop repaired here, I shouldve had these guys built it for me instead. Would highly recommend.

PC Surgeons has been our Go To every time we have a problem for many years now. They can do small things and are especially good at HUGE things. We had Ransomeware on our Server last year. Matt was able to completely remove the Ransomeware while saving our Accounting and Inventory systems and rebuilt the entire server from scratch. Their work is good. Ive used them for years. Disappointed at last PC servicing with price discrepancy. This has never happened before. I was highly disappointed in them.

Really disappointed. I have had them fix this computer before and it still had issues a year later. So I took it in again. My laptop came back to me even more damaged then when I dropped it off. It had electrical tape holding the screen together and before the screen at least turned on and flickered, now it doesnt work at all. I paid 30 dollars for non functioning laptop. There customer service is terrible as well. I always had to call them to see if my computer was fixed. I do not recommend!

I did not realize the review had been deleted and it still stands. I was charged over $100 over what I was quoted after I double checked the price with the gentleman I spoke on the phone with. The biggest issue I have is you argue with your customers, which is very poor business ethics. If you would have lowered the price or done anything at all for me I would have been satisfied but you insist to argue with your customers. You have lost many clients over the fact that you are not willing to work with them. Good work with my computers in the past but a very poor business you run. Had you have at the least apologized and offered something very small, you would not have lost me as a client. Customers are not always right, but that does not mean you should publicly call them out.

After learning about computers Ive figured out that they replaced my old mother board with a worse version. They one they gave had 2 ram slots instead of 4.

Had a strange issue with a recently gaming build pc. Turned it inbtonthese guys and they git it working. Bad hdmi ports and oddities. Thanks guys.
