Worst customer service ive ever seen from a coffee stand. If you hate your job and it shows, you should probably quit. Never going to this plave again

Id never been here, decided to stop by for my coffee. The lady recommended a lavender latte, and it’s amazing! Will definitely be stopping here more on my way to work

First time in my life I didnt tip someone. I sat at the window looking for another place nearby because there was a sign in the window that she would be right back. I sat about 10 minutes, the only reason I was still there was because I was checking Google maps for the fastest way to get to work from there. Terrible. If its going to be 10 or more minutes before youre back the sign should say so.

I had they white chocolate mocha coffee it was great the young lady that severe it was a sweet heart

The toasted coconut bliss is amazing. The baristas here always have a great attitude and the coffee is consistent. They are really quick. They even had a dog treat for our puppy. Would definitely recommend!

Always pleasant and smiling baristas. Dogs come for coffee too ☕. Everybody loves their stuff. Hope we can find as good a drive through in Arizona.

A cozy little converted gazebo, this quaint little coffee shop offers espresso as well as a few baked goods. Whether you order at the counter or via the drive thru, service is fast and friendly.

I have never been to this place in person before so I would feel bad giving only 1 or 2 stars. But I do want to say, never order from this place through doordash. They don’t have many options drink wise through the app & then they have a few customizations you can make. I added soy milk to 2 of my drinks & then in the special instructions I put my complete drink just so there wouldn’t be any confusion. Well an hour and a half after I ordered, I’m still waiting for the drinks (which is probably completely doordashes fault) but I recieved a text that stated the “special instructions” couldn’t be added to my drinks because there would be additional charges. This makes 0 sense because I did pay extra for the soy milk as it is something that is listed on their customizations. They gave me no details as to what “special instruction” couldn’t be fulfilled. So now I’m stuck with 2 drinks I can’t drink, because I have no idea what type of milk is in them. I’m not going to find out the hard way by getting sick after the fact. So basically & big waste of time & money.

This is my go-to coffee stop. Awesome people and good coffee.

The drink I get is amazing. I get it allllll over the place and this is in my top two best tasting spots. I get an iced white chocolate mocha with hazelnut. JJ makes it so well every single time and the ladies are so sweet and actually care for their customers.

Prices are way to high. Doesnt know how to make a Chai tea latte. Paid over $5.00 for 16oz warm milk. Sad!

I always get both great coffee and service here! The only negative is they close at 3.

Love this coffee chain! My norm is the location off of M Street in Auburn (another off of A Street) and they all know my name and my drink before I get to the window. This location in Kent had just as great customer service and the Barista, Skylor (sp?), was a gem to chat with!
