Ordered - Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich for ($5.25).It was the most tasteless egg/cheese sandwich.The cheese was cold, and the server/maker did not put any effort into it.1st and last time will be coming to this place.The mark up of ($5.25) for an not made well, and tasteless sandwich was an unpleasant experience

The best Dark Chocolate Mocha ever! They use melted chocolate (milk or dark) and blend into the espresso. YUM!! Always a must visit when I am in the area.

It was fine. The white chocolate they use isnt very sweet, its not Ghirardelli its something else. The white coffee tastes like wood? Not sure if its the roast or operator error. I would maybe order something else next time or ask for it extra sweet.

The service was good and quick. They let you sit inside. They made the drink really well. I got caramel today, but the mochas are definitely my fav :)

The employees here are really nice, they held on to my computer while I went to the restroom across the street, since they dont have one inside. I got a Vienesse Mocha, it was really good, not too sweet. The place has a lot of seating area, its good for studying and working on a laptop. I will come here again.

While the coffee itself has an over roasted taste the delicious chocolate used the their mochas more than makes up for it. Clean and welcoming atmosphere.

I had jury duty about 10 years ago and walked across the street.My quest was a dilletante mocha as they could be made with different qualities of chocolate. If memory serves me correctly I bought the 60% one. Wow it was superlative and helped to wake me up from an ungodly early day.

The coffee is great, the pastries and baked goods are very good I get the apple cinnamon muffin and it is my favorite part of my morning

I really enjoy this café - Ive always been treated very well by the baristas, and I think the key to good service is also just being a decent customer. My drinks are always consistent & delicious; as a former barista I really appreciate good espresso, and Ive yet to receive a drink that wasnt wonderful.

Love the mochas but its missing a bit of soul these days with the restrictions. Hoping for a revival soon but will continue to grab a coffee when passing by.

An excellent experience! The redhead behind the counter made my drink with speed and precision and was a ray of sunshine on an otherwise dark and rainy day.

Came in to get coffee for the first time & was rudely greeted by the barista, she stated that you guys do not do black & white mixed. I would have been fine if she said it in a more calming tone, but the way she said it rubbed me the wrong way. On the other hand, the cashier with the piercings was very amazing & patient . She honestly deserves a raise. The coffee was amazing though .

They have the most delicious iced mochas. Its a cozy little store with its own feel to it. Its set at Kent station, a small outdoor mall that is one of my favorite places to relax.

I waited a few minutes before anyone showed a face. They have open seating outside but not inside, so Im glad they still have seating available. The restrooms are closed unfortunately. Other than that still a cool place!

Im not much of a coffee person, but I did recently learn I enjoy vanilla coffee. But I pick hot chocolate if anything else. This place seems like it is perfect for any coffee lover.

Went in with my wife a couple weeks ago and they wouldnt serve us because it was 8 minutes until closing time. If youre not serving coffee 8 minutes before the hour then say you close at 5:52. Dont say you close at 6 and then refuse to do your job before your time is up. Proper customer service becomes more and more of a rarity these days.

This place is in a nice outdoor mall area, that looks exclusive. Most of the coffee is fantastic! I had the dark chocolate exresso...so rich and yummy! I went back twice! Its a small seating area also, with bar stools in the window.The service was very friendly ! They have candy gifts and sweets for sale as well! The outdoor fireplace and seating is very inviting! Ill go back there again and again!!!

Raspberry italian soda was white, lacking raspberry flavor, was like milk water. Service was slow, drink was overflowing milk onto counter tops and onto my gf who was wondering what the heck is wrong with the guy making the drinks

I love this place. Not only is their coffee amazing, but their signature sipping chocolate is out of this world. I love getting some to help warm me up when its later and cool outside. Its always great that they offer free chocolate covered coffee beans with any order. So awesome and all the employees here are super sweet and helpful. I will be a Customer for life!!!!

I have only been here a few times, but so far, so good. Good choice of drinks and reasonably priced. But only chocolates and cakes for food, which is a bit of a let down. But if you just want a coffee and a cake, this place is worth trying.

I love my caramel mochas, but today the girls behind the counter were more concerned with their personal lives than my order and forgot about both my drink and my bagel. I had to ask them if my drink was being made after watching them talk for a minute about art or something, and as they were making it I heard them talking about me and how they had been wondering what I was waiting for.Coffee is great though!

I love the mocha at this place akd tje setting is so cozy. Tje only reason I didnt rate a 5 star is because the customer service can really be improved. At such a great cafe like this, we should be able to get consistent,attentive, and friendly customer service 100% of the time. In this, they are very inconsistent, especially when it gets closer to closing time as the staff seem more interested in getting out of there over attending to customers

Always a favorite of mine. Makes a very good first date location. The outdoor fire pit is very nice oif you can snag a seat. Good tea, great hot chocolate, and very good desserts. Employees are usually pretty nice too.

Poorly Trained WorkersOrdered a X-Grande Spice Chai Latte with oat milk and was VERY disappointed with what I was served. Tasted like just the milk; no zing, or spice. Just a sad frothy cup of milk. After I complained, the lady behind the counter first told me we dont serve spice chai. Then changed to well chai is made with vanilla only. I ordered 2 spice chais earlier that day that both tasted great. Management, please train your new employees how to serve everything on the menu before you leave them on their own.

Literally walked in the store and was verbally walked out by the barista. Not a pleasant experience. Starbucks is only a couple blocks away... just a tip if you can appreciate at least the bare minimum customer service.

I always love the coffee at Dillettante Mocha. Theyve redone the interior, and now have 4 lounging chairs, and a seating bar at the window that has outlets to plug your laptop into. Bonus if you want to get some work done, or need to make a call but your battery is low. The place is clean, the staff are well trained, professional and friendly. Dilletante Mocha is a great place to meet up, though because it is a great place, its sometimes hard to find a place to sit and hang out.

The espresso was wonderful. Very different from Starbucks style. The taste was smooth and rich without a bitter bite afterwards. Reminds me of a coffee shop in Maui.

Amazing food and great waiter! Good prices for a nice dinner. Would definitely recommend as a top option in downtown Naples.

If you love chocolate this is the place to go for a mocha. I ordered a carmel latte and it tasted like chocolate. I only marginally eat chocolate. The danish was good. I will give them another try just to see if this is an aberration. A real chocolate lover would like this place. One thing I noticed is that they have dark chocolate lattes which is not normally available at a coffee shop.

This is the only place around that I will get a mocha from. Their extra dark is delicious! In fact, it is their chocolate that ruined mochas for me from other places! They have many candies and baked goods. The dark salted caramels and chocolate covered fruits are amazing!

Way better than Starbucks! The Xtra Dark mocha is extremely unique and tastes great. My girlfriend and I go here quite a bit. The staff is fantastic!
