This place is magical! Everything Ive ever gotten has been delicious. They have amazing croissants, danishes, bagels, and bread, and for a reasonable price, too. Support this local business and treat yourself to a wonderful, buttery croissant!

We LOVE your bread, pastries and pizzas. We decided to try your sandwiches listed your website menu. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Not sure if the sandwiches are house made, but all we tasted was the bread. Very little spread on both our sandwiches (chicken/apple sandwich and veggie sandwich), not enough filling to match the large piece of bread.

Pizza was good, pepperoni was extremely salty and didnt trythe sausage. Personally, I would find another supplier that is not as salty. Crust, sauce, cheese, and basil were outstanding. I will probably go back. Bread looked good and cookies were nicely prepared.* You need to call ahead for a pick up time so keep that in mind when planning pizza night.

This places pizza is unbelievable!!! 100% better than any other pizza around Ohio!! They give you a huge amount of toppings too. I asked for basil on my pepperoni pizza and even though they were running low on basil they still made it happen. Awesome staff! This places gives back to the community too during tough times by offering free bread to people in need. I love this place. Can’t wait to try their pastries and breads too!

After watching about Brimfield Bread Oven on the news we had to go! Wow. We were totally impressed! I Loved the danishes and croissants. My husband is a huge fan of the sourdough bread. We have now gone a few times It’s over an hour away but it’s worth the drive!!!

This is the best bakery in portage county, hands down. Ive tried most of their breads and have never been disappointed. Their pastries and savory treats are all top notch as well.Order online and watch for the email that your order is ready. They dont have everything ready first thing in the morning, because they really bake, and theres a method to their process.They support their community with free bread throughout covid lockdown for anyone that needed it. Now its our turn to pay them back. Go get some. Its worth every penny.

Ive ordered from here for a couple of years, but they really saved the day for Mothers day!! I pre-ordered danishes, chocolate croissants and a sausage quiche. Everything was so delicious! Pick up was quick and easy. I also ordered ready to bake cinnamon rolls for my husbands birthday and they were also very good! I cannot recommend the Brimfield Bread Oven enough! Its in a convenient location and they have a great variety of items!

Took a mini road trip to Brimfield, Ohio today (near Kent) to visit the Brimfield Bread Oven. Their bread is amazing and they sell pastries, cookies and sandwiches too. They have a dining area or if you prefer you can get your order to go. They even have advance order options call ahead or online.

You’re doing yourself and your family a disservice if you’re not buying all of your bread from this place. All of their wood oven-baked sour dough loaves are the best versions of themselves compared to anywhere else, particularly the cranberry walnut sourdough… insanely good! They also make excellent pastries, scones, and cheesesticks (cheese covered breadsticks aka car snack for the drive home). The cookies are also fantastic. A+++++++++

I had the pleasure to go to Brimfield Bread Over four times. The consistency has been on point. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The products purchased have all been very good. The only thing Id say is order early because their products sale quickly.

So happy the bakery is open again! We used online ordering but the breads look wonderful and its great to check out new items. Everything is delish. Baguettes are the best!

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Got the curry chickpea sandwiches on focaccia bread, a stollen, and some cookies. All were fantastic. The best stollen Ive ever had!

I give this 5 stars for good reason, best bread with great crust. I grew up spoiled with food from around the world and got very spoiled with bread. BBO is great bread. Baguettes with crunchy crust and light fluffy insides. Sour Dough that is the real deal/ thick dark crust with tangy chewy insides that soak up balsamic vinegar and olive oil to perfection. Their other breads are just as fantastic. Then there are scones, muffins, croissants, cookies all amazing. Pizza sandwiches...the care and skill with everything they do shows. Go, buy, eat and be happy!

After living in Brimfield for over 3 years I finally tried the Brimfield Bread Oven. Although I have only tried the pizza, it is literally the best I’ve had in the states and the best I’ve had since touring Italy. I only wish they served the pizza more than once a week. Fresh local ingredients, perfect crust and cheese. Also the wood fire oven is something you must see! Truly amazing, and brought me back to the pizza shops in Italy. I’m a customer for life, absolutely hooked!

Their breads and pastries are delightful! Recently had their chocolate cake and it was to die for. Their bread flour is great for making your own sourdough rolls or other bread.

Regardless of the event, we are delighted with the service, tasty and healthy breads, quiches, scones, pizzas, cookies, etc. Genevieve and her husband catered my new daughters wedding shower and we contracted BBOs portable pizza oven to supply handmade hot pizzas to my son and new daughters outdoor wedding rehearsal dinner in early October 2019. They also supplied a variety of homemade pies for the wedding reception. To say we love this place is an understatement. Without a doubt we support and value the owners, great food, and unique treats from this locally owned business. Thank you!

Very good bread! This place is a hidden gem. Great specialty breads. They also serve really good pasties. If you want to come sit down and eat, they have good pizzas and you can buy wine or beer!

I ordered a pizza for the first time (sausage/mushroom). It was delicious! Now I know why they were so busy! The bread NEVER disappoints, no matter which bread you chose it is always fabulous. Their cranberry walnut is my all time favorite.

Fresh bread is the best bread- that is exactly what you will find at the Brimfield Bread oven. Stopped here several years ago after they first opened, and stop at it whenever I am in town. Baguettes, loaves, rolls, and pretzels have all been delicious. Looking forward to trying the pizza on another visit.

The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because the Pullman loaf. Unfortunately it was not an authentic Pullman. The bread was good, but being a baker myself I try to know the background of the breads I make. Pullman is made in an uncommon pan and is square like Texas toast. This was invented because of lack of space in dining cars in trains. I got a loaf of white bread. It was good, but not authentic.

Everything is fantastic. From the bread to the pastries to the pizza. Go. Treat yourself and your loved ones with food thats obviously made as though they were feeding their own family.

Best bread in the area. Croissants are heavenly. They are always king and sweet. You get to taste some of their breads while you wait in the line.

This is one of my favorite places to recommend to friends and family when they’re in town. You pretty much can’t go wrong with anything there, but my personal faves have been the cranberry walnut bread, chocolate croissants, sea salt focaccia, and pizza (not sure if they do that anymore). And they also have Bent Tree coffee, which is icing on the cake.

Best bread in a 100 mile radius. Was able to get good bread living in Salt Lake City, very difficult in Washington, D.C., and with Brimfield Bread oven so close to my house, the least densely populated place I have lived has the best bread weve eaten in years. Their pastries are spectacular and their pizzas are great (RIP pizza). This place is a gem.

In a world where words like artisan and handmade are often interpreted (very) loosely, Brimfield Bread Oven stands out. Their breads and pastries are good enough to make you cry, and the pizza is also superb - Ive had at least 5 of them at this point.The staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe is great. I love the record player in the dining room (and I highly recommend sitting down to eat your pizza there). If you want to know what true mastery and craftsmanship look like, watch the bakers at work in front of the oven!I encourage everyone to support this local, independent business. Our world needs people and places like this, and I need so much more pizza.

What a great hidden gem just outside Akron, Ohio! This place is warm, inviting, cozy, aesthetically pleasing, and definitely the best cinnamon twist around!!!

On a Saturday night, for my first visit to Brimfield Bread Oven, I ordered for pickup a Margarita pizza. The pizza was well balanced among crust, sauce, cheese, olive oil, and basil: nothing was too intense, dull, loaded or not enough--everything was just right. The generous portion of mozzarella cheese is what I first struck me and made me sing. The red sauce was tangy and sweet. The crust was soft and dry, maybe a little too chewy, and consistent from the edge of the pie to its center. The pizza wasnt soggy (hot, soupy, molten) at the center, as are some Neapolitan pizza. A nice light char colored the crusts edge and added good flavor and texture. I will definitely be back for pizza.The rewards program says to me that they appreciate and want to reward their customers loyalty.

First time there. Pretty much authentic Italian pizza. They have one size, 12 inches, and a variety of different pizzas. You can also customize a pizza. It is cooked in a wood burning oven. Doesnt take long to cook. Very good taste.

Amazing breads and pastries. Definitely check the website to see when what you want will be ready (its all brick oven, so the time of day/heat of the oven matters). Also have great coffee and definitely check out the pizzas.

I used to live in Western PA and had the luxury of having Delallo’s only 15 minutes away, which made the best bread fresh every day. After discovering this little gem a few weeks ago, it’s such a relief to have fantastic bread nearby again. They have a large variety and also bake smaller loaves of their popular items; perfect size if there’s only one or two people eating them.Their prices are very reasonable and their baked goods are worth the drive. I haven’t had the opportunity to try their pizzas, but I hope to head back one evening to grab one to go.

Very friendly owners and staff. Delicious pizza, not overly bready and delicious tomato sauce. Not a typical pizza place for sure. Just a few types made with the same dough from their baguettes. Go, check them out I doubt youll be disappointed.

Amazing place for hand made pizza and bread. Cozy atmosphere, excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great prices for the quality of the products (even the prices for wines were a great value) and the flavors on the pizzas were very very good. I have been there as a customer and as a service tech, and they are very friendly. They run a very attractive shop, and you should taste their coffee. Suffice it to say that they use purified water when they brew! Thumbs up.

I went here for a terrarium workshop. This shop has great personality and atmosphere accompanied by a quick friendly staff. LOVE everything I tried. My personal favorites would be the Iced berry tea, the cheddar stick & The blueberry cheese pastry.

This place is amazing soon as you walk in your hit with this old school fresh baked bread smell is amazing. Everything behind the glass is mouth watering you truly want it and the prices are great if they were lower this place would be even more dangerous bc you would buy everything in sight.

Everything is delicious! The chocolate crosaint is flakey and buttery goodness. The breads are hearty and flavorful. My favorite is this pastry with a perfectly cooked egg in it with a soft slightly gooey yolk and fig! AMAZING!! Oh! And if they have them dont dare leave without getting a cheese stick! Worth every chewie fantastic bite!!! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give this establishment because everything is beyond words good. It should be called Brimfield Bread HEAVEN!!!
