Friendly/helpful staff/great inventoryVisiting the area and in need of items that didnt travel well. They had a great inventory of everything this triathlete needed. Really helpful, especially for a pair of newbies trying to figure out what gear to get for their first triathlon! Friendly and patient staff, who basically let us try on everything in the store! Great selection.

Went in for first time today. Very pleased with the friendly, attentive and knowledgesable service. They solved my equipment issue in a jiffy. This is a fantastic shop and I will return.

Although they couldnt take my bike for a tune-up, this is during triathlon season and they had a 4 week wait, Hansen the technician gave my bike a once-over at no charge. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to get me back on the road. Thank you Hansen!

Came in for a tri suit and jersey and they had very slim pickings, barely any sizes, and only very expensive options. Extremely disappointed.

We usually have a good experience here. Tonight, however, we arrived a little after six, and they are already closed even though Google Maps says that they are open till seven. A glitch in the system prevents me from making an suggested edit.

So helpful! My son is new to mountain biking and I managed to get him a new bike last week, which he was able to take out a couple of times, but then something wasnt right with the gears so we brought it in to see if they could help us. Even though the guys were clearly busy working on other equipment, one of them came over to talk to us right away, then took the bike over to have a look. In no time he found the problem with the gears and fixed it, then went thru the gears to make sure they were set right, and even took the time to make sure my son knew how to use the gears correctly and knew what gears were best for mountain biking plus what not to do! When I asked how much I owed him, there was no charge! Now thats customer care and service! We havent had great experiences at other places (like Center Cycle or Tech), but this was! Northwest Tri & Bike just became our biking and gear store!

Awesome place to take your bike, they recommended some really good tires for me that are working out perfect. And they put awesome new brakes on my bike that are wonderful. Very reasonably priced and very friendly staff. Will definitely be my go to Bike store

Came in for some tubes and to see what the service time is for a wheel truing, which most places at the moment are 1-2 weeks. They checked out the wheel on the spot and made it significantly better then Kirkland bicycle (where i purchased the bike and had issues with assembly quality). The store is extremely organized, and the entire staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I will be using Northwest Tri & Bike exclusively now as my go to bike shop.

I have worked in bike shops in the past and been involved in cycling for almost 20 years. I went int o purchase a new mountain bike for a new rider. The service and choices there were great. I can not say enough about the great staff and owner. They spent time with the rider working on fit, selection and making sure this was the right bike for them. I was very impressed and will be back for future bikes and service. A+

Can’t speak highly enough of this shop! I’ve been trying to find a spot for 2 weeks to get my stroller & kiddos bikes repaired. I left emails & voicemails at 3 other shops, but hadn’t heard back so I did another google search and Northwest Tri & Bike popped up. They were super helpful on the phone & when I came in about an hour later they were just as kind and helpful in person (the gentleman who greeted me and explained my options, the service technician who repaired my stroller, and the associate working behind the cash register were all top-notch) Will only be using this shop for future bike/stroller repairs and purchases!

Stopped here yesterday when my rear derailleur cable gave out 20 miles into a ride. Despite the busy season they got me fixed up right away and for far less than my usual shop. Really great shop with a ton of gear on the shelf that Id only ever seen online before, definitely on my radar as a go-to shop for any gear or questions. Lots of talking shop with the folks there, great atmosphere and a fun place to be!

Went in to get a new crank arm, but unfortunately they did not have the right setup for me. Andrew spent the next 15 minutes calling around other bike shops to see if they had what I needed. He really went the extra mile. If I lived here, theyd be getting all my business.

Where can you find a shop like this. The last few weeks have been cold and I am just getting by with my gear. I needed to upgrade to some gear that would let me ride in the 40-50 temperature range. Gary, I found very helpful. He pointed out some pluses and minuses of the gear I was looking for. I am thinking about upgrading my bike next year to a new model and found this shop delightful.

Seriously awesome! Just got a gravel bike today. First bike in like 15 years. They set me up. And they have a test machine they set the bike on to practice gear changes and all adjustments to fit you to the bike. They are abit expensive but your not buying just the bike. Your buying customer service and ready to ride right out of the store. So i will be going back again for gear and maintenance. Very profesional with the Covid 19 going on to.Good job guys thankyou for the awesome set up.

Thank you NW Tri & Bike and Brad for the great bike buying experience. After two days, several hours and multiples bikes I made a choice that I am sure I will be happy with for a long time. I really appreciate the time and knowledge that was given to me as well as being able to make a choice I was comfortable with. Not being lead down a path that would be more beneficial to their bottom line.

I dropped in looking for a mountain bike. Started talking with ian and told him how Im new to the environment only had cheap bikes (walmart) never done any trail riding. He first asked what my budget was and went from there. He showed me a couple options and worked with me, didnt force anything upon me and educated me on a lot of things I didnt know. Long story short I walked out with a new bike and helmet with a great experience and if it will stop raining Ill go put this thing to the test. Thanks again ian

What a great experience. The store was busy had they had a lot of staff there to handle it so there was no wait time. I got a lot of great information about the type of wet suit that would fit my needs the best and some good information about Tris in general. Gary even gave me some tips on when local tri groups get together to train. Thanks a lot guys!

I recently purchased a new Tri bike. Gary Z assisted me with my purchase. I am a novice triathlete who was moving up from a standard road bike to my first Tri bike. I really appreciated the time Gary took in showing me the models and working on the bike fit. Selection was good but the knowledge and assistance in selecting the right bike fit for me was what I appreciated the most. The price was fair. I also picked up a lot of tips on my bike setup, shipping my bike and prepping for my race. the knowledge of the staff was great and Ill be going back for service and my future Tri needs.

Very nice folks and professional service. I got my brakes adjusted and pedals installed and they were able to do it while I waited and did a great job. Would happliy return for any bike service needs. Also a great selection of products, bikes and parts. There were 3 giys there and it was hard to determine who the owner was, but for sure had to be one od them with thr tyoe of attention and care they displayed. Highly recommend them, and I hardly ever leave reviews or feed back.

Excellent bike shop particularly if you are a triathlete. I am not, but they are excellent when it comes to Road bike repairs. 3 topnoth mechs who are always willing to help out in an emergency. I purchased a Ti Litespeed road bike and could not be happier with the service. Also a Cervelo ad Cannondale dealer. They seem to have a great relationship with the manufacuring reps so they are very good on pricing. If you live in the south end, you should check tem out.
