Stopped in today to pick up a box so I can ship a large item. UPS in Kent recommended them when their store didnt have what I was looking for. Was very pleased with friendly staff and free box and will definitely be back!

Took a Schwinn mountain bike in because the rear wheel was locked up. Stefan put it up on a lift and knew instantly what the problem was. Had to replace the rear wheel but I expected that. He had the new wheel on and adjusted everything from the brakes to the derailleur and I was on my way in about 30 minutes and the service was very reasonable in my opinion. Highly recommend this shop if you have any problems at all.

I have been searching around for a bike far and wide throughout my stretch of Northeastern Ohio, from the “why am I doing this” frigid days of winter, to the thawed out early days of spring. Certainly a more ideal time to be perched atop a sweet ride. And sweet it is. I drove down to Kent after speaking with Molly, and hearing about the two bikes they had left (that fit my criteria)—I drove back with one of them. I was warmly greeted in the shop, and almost immediately upon entrance, I was back outside testing each of the two bikes. Shortly after, one of them was mine. From the ease of purchase and non-jargon-y rundown of the bikes specs—to the helpful lift of getting my new bike in the car, I greatly appreciated my experience at Kent Cycle. Maybe when I come down for a tuneup I’ll ditch the car and roll in the same way I rolled out. Thanks for everything!

I went there the other day thinking I was gonna have to pay 50 dollars or so to get my tire back on and they did everything for free. Even pumped up my tires for me! Great service from great people, highly recommend anyone go here for any questions about bikes

First time there for the lead out of a social ride and paint class. So much fun. The shop is well stocked with a variety of cool bikes and whatever accessories you may need. Staff is super friendly and socialable.

Disappointed.Bought a bike on Amazon and took it to Kent Cycle for the basic tuning service. Prompt service, finished in a day or two. They did a good job adjusting the brakes but mediocre job adjusting the rear derailleur. It would skip certain gears. This should have been obvious to a decent bike mechanic. I corrected it myself in 30 min after watching an online how-to video.

Bought two new mountain bikes and JD made it a great, painless, and quick experience. Id highly recommend Kent Cycle to anyone looking for a mountain bike or accessories. :)

The coolest and most helpful staff you could ask for. I hadnt ridden my bike in years and they fixed it up so nicely that I began really enjoying riding again. They are extremely knowledgeable and have super sweet bikes, gear and fuel. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

They have a small staff so you gotta be a little patient but theyre quite helpful. The bikes from what Ive found are high quality. Its not like getting some 60$ turd from some big retail that every year has worse quality. I bought a brand new fuji today. Never been in the store before.

Mechanics who know what they are talking about and are extremely helpful. they will give you service above and beyond what a regular bike shop will. Very reasonable prices, much less than the other shops in the area.

I cannot say enough great things about Kent Cycle. I bought my sons first pedal bike there a year ago and they offer a trade-in program for when he outgrows it, which any parent can appreciate. This year, I bought my first bike in many years there, and Molly kindly showed me some used bikes that met my needs and were half the price of a new one! I used the money I saved to trick out my bike with accessories, which were all installed while I waited. They even gave my son Legos to play with while we waited! Most recently, we had some accessories installed on my sons bike, and when they didnt work perfectly immediately, Molly adjusted them for us at no charge. She even installed a fender on my sons bike that someone else gave us at no charge! This is my bike shop for life. And my son says Thank you for the bike!

Swung in on a Sunday afternoon after discovering a flat before a planned bike ride with my wife. They threw it up on the rack, did the repair quickly and even gave us some tips. All of this for $7.51! I couldnt recommend them more highly and will make sure I return.

Came in with my bike that was shamefully under maintenanced and no working brakes an hour before they closed. Was simply trying to get a part replacement and a quick tip on how to get at least a brake back on. The front person went out of his way to not only reapply the brakes but also oil the chain, install new wires, and reallign the tires themselves at far smaller cost than I would of thought for the work he put in, going so far as to stay an extra 5 minutes past closing. Great bike store, and thank you Stefan.

Simply the best bike shop Ive ever been to. The people are friendly and knowledgeable the repairs are affordable and done well, and and they have a great selection of parts and bikes.

It was great, totally recommend going there if you need anything, prices are reasonable and everyone was nice that I met.

Theyre always friendly, and although its a small shop, they have a great selection of bikes and accessories. The best part is that they dont make you feel dumb about how much more they know than you, like some other bike shops do.

Took my wifes bike into Kent Cycle to get my wifes intertube replaced. The women who cgreated us was nice but the man who did the repair was not so friendly, was talking trash about her bike and did not do a good job. We went for a ride when we got it home and turns out he did not tighten the nuts on the back tire enough. We got about a half mile down the road and her tire went crooked, started rubbing against the frame and almost caused her to crash. I had to ride back to my house and get tools to go fix it. It feels as though the guy didnt think her bike was good enough to do a quality job. We are going to take our business elsewhere, even though we will have to travel further we know that we will get quality work and respectful staff at our usual shop.

Finally a nice bike shop in Kent, Ohio. They carry all the sweet brands that arent Specialized, Trek, Giant, etc...I love my Surly Cross Check!
