Took my Jeep on for an oil change and tire rotation. Because I had an appointment I knew who I would be working with (Corey). Drop off was easy. Drove inside so I was covered which is nice if it rains or snows. The work was done professionally and for a very fair price. The whole experience would have been perfect if it has been done a bit faster. But they have a nice customer lounge area with free coffee.

My Service Coordinator Kim was amazing! She kept me posted on the diagnostic work and status for my vehicle. She realized I had just recently purchased the car and made sure that I was taken care of promptly and with excellent service.

This place is definitely a reputable establishment. I am so pleased from the car lot to the service department to the auto body theyre all phenomenal and yes my Jeep has been in their body shop and service department for work. Theyre kind, courteous, friendly, and theyre very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle.

Quick and cost efficient service with a friendly staff.

I had maintenance performed on the Auto- Start/Stop feature. They informed me they needed to replace the battery. This cleared the code but the feature did not work immediately. When i expressed my concern, Matt the technician reached out to me. In a couple of days the auto start/stop started working and Matt explained how it works and gave me his number if there were any future concerns. I am happy with the level of customer service as a result.

I had an oil change, tire rotation and they fixed a recall issue in just over an hour . In and out pleasant experience . Thanks

Recall on vehicle power train, problems with GPS, license plate light out icon on dashboard.Software updated for power train, but could not fix the GPS and said it might fry the radio and suggested I just use my cell phone. License plate light bulb out icon is still appearing on the dashboard. Will try and fix myself.Took car back. Everything was fixed. They went over and above to make this a good experience. I will definitely go back!

Services performed well and quickly. I had a question about steering response; the service advisor had it checked, all perfectly normal, and went on to explain in detail how the steering servomotor operated. I was very pleased with the attention to and investigation of my concerns - highly professional treatment!

The owner contacted me about my experience. I appreciated him taking the time to do that. He was very accommodating in his offers to make it right and apologetic for not meeting expectations.I arrived right around 7am so I could get to work as quickly as possible. I needed a loaner, and I was asked if I made a reservation for one. Yes… I had made the reservation over the phone when I made my appt, with you…..with the same person who was checking me in. I had to wait on the loaner; and my information had to be given multiple times during checkin because of the computer timing out. I was told they may not have a loaner for me, even though I reserved one (which was confirmed by the worker - I had confirmed one). And they said I might need to use enterprise to get my loaner. Anyway, they have a loaner on the lot - but it needed vacuumed. I was asked if that was ok- wanting to get to work, I said sure. But people this car was dirty. Debris everywhere on all the carpets. An empty bottle in the door. I was grossed out. I cleaned all the surfaces with Clorox wipes when I got to work - and the wipes were disgusting. I don’t know the last time it was cleaned. It was so gross - every surface was dirty.I was disappointed they could not repair my Jeep because they could not recreate the clunking noise (likely a ball joint).Kept my Jeep for two days.If my Jeep needs service again, I’ll be going to a different service.

Ive heard a ton about Klaben on 97.5 WONE as the personalities are always endorsing them. It got me to buy my truck from them and I had a great experience with the Sales department. Now that Ive had to get a few minor repairs done to it, I can say Ive had a fantastic experience with their Service side as well. Joe Hilliard does a great job with the customer service and the repairs I had done were fast and effective. Even when I had to leave the vehicle for a few days, I was set up with a rental. Theyre patient, they listen, theyre honest, and theyre not too expensive. They even have a great waiting room with wi-fi that I can connect to and get some work done while I wait. Free donuts and juice are available. I would recommend Klaben for service any time.

I needed two keys made for a jeep I bought at auction. Justin Stinnett got me in right away. I did not have the original key for the door but he was able to get two key fobs made and he had the parts department to find the key code and cut two key inserts! I did not expect them to be able to get new fobs and key inserts. I dropped off at night with the drop box and Justin had it all ready by noon the next day! I received very fast and good quality service from Klaben!

I’ve taken my Chrysler and Jeep vehicles to Klaben CJDR for more than a decade. Justin Stinnett has been my service rep for the entire time. Justin tries to work me into the schedule a soon as possible whenever I call for service or tires on one of my many Chrysler Dodge or Jeep vehicles over the years. I’m often surprised as to how soon I can get an appointment for some services through Justin. Justin knows the products Klaben sells and lets me know in detail what needed to be done for any numbers of repairs over the years. He knows a know a bit about cars from the many years I have done some of my own auto repairs or auto restorations. He explains the charges in detail and tries to add any available discounts Klaben or CFA might be offering on a given repair.Justin performs his job in a professional manner and always respects my time that I set aside for automotive repairs. My vehicle hit 112,000 miles and the engine began to have that dreaded Pentastar Tick. While addressing that issue I had them go over the vehicle and take care of a host of other issues with the goal to get my vehicle to last another 100,000 miles. Kim was a real pleasure to work with and patiently walked me through the whole process and answered every question I had. She helped me work through everything needing done and my Van is running better than it has in quite a long time. Im very happy and will be back for future repairs. On a side note, I had Klaben go over a few Items other shops claimed I needed to replace that were still in good working order. I dont feel I was taken advantage of for the first time in quite a long time. Shoutout to the Mechanic that worked on my vehicle as well, did a wonderful job. Plus they washed my vehicle before I picked it up!

They tried to charges us for an oil change that was supposed to be free. Charges us $114 to rotate tires and fix a tire that had a nail in it, but they really didnt fix the tire.

My service rep justin Stinnett was extremely friendly and knowledgable. he went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was able to get back on the road and thats its safe for my kiddo and I. he has great communication and my vehicle was ready in a timely manner.

Would be Five Stars but it took well over an hour to change the oil which seems a bit excessive.
