This place has great specialty products and excellent service served up by some of the friendliest & most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever dealt with at a store of any kind. Most orders placed at this location ship same day which is very convenient especially while working on tight deadlines. I wish all the vendors I work with in my business were like the all-star crew at RAM!

I order from reynolds every couple of weeks and its always a great experience. Love chatting about my current projects and picking the brains of these folks. Super knowledgeable and helpful with my random material and mold making questions. They usually ship my stuff same day and it gets here in a day or two keeping my business up and running with no delays. Hope to to visit in store someday soon!

The entire team at Reynolds in Kent has been vital to our Smooth-On supply chain management. Professional service, expert technical knowledge, and fast shipping. Dont just order online or by phone because their showroom is pretty awesome too.

I had a FANTASTIC experience at Reynolds!!! And the main reason; knowledgeable customer service. Unlike my experience with those generalized hobby stores (with one molding product and employees that have never cast anything in their life), the folks at Reynolds are pros that sell a vast variety of products and know the why, when, how, etc. of each item. I learned tons from a young man named Randy, and left feeling confident that I have the right products for my intended project. The only question I couldnt answer was Why didnt I know about Reyolds before?

Ive used Smooth-On over the course of 10+ years. I cant say enough good about their products. The staff Michael and sales rep Rudy Woods are awesome to work with and have a thorough knowledge of the products. Rudy even brought me a trial sample at my request. Theyve proven over and over theyre there to serve. Thanks Reynolds!

Reynolds is very much an old world gem. Theyre one of the few stores left where the staff outshine the products by a mile - and theyre already setting the bar high on the product front with the great selection and well organized show room. If you need model, mold, or cast making supplies theres a good chance youre going to be headed their way, but theyre not content to be the best choice just because theyre the only choice. They earn that title 100%.Ive always been a very impersonal shopper, but Reynolds is the one place where Ill gladly give them a call before I head down to check their stock, chat shop with them while Im checking out, and gather some truly insightful advice along the way. While youre there - make sure to grab a copy of their catalog. Theyve got the important specs for every product they carry - things like pot life and cure times - all in one easy to find guide.

Reynolds is a great company all around, but the team at the Seattle branch is by far one of the best Ive worked with. The team at Reynolds Seattle goes above an beyond just sales, the service they provide during each visit seems to get better with every visit. If you have no experience as a hobbyist/maker or years of experience theyve got you covered with materials, ideas & solutions!

We are so lucky to have a place like Reynolds so close to us! When I walked into this place it was like being in a dream! The selection was amazing, the staff was incredible any very helpful and everything was perfectly organized and easy to find. I fear a large chunk of my paycheck will be spent here now that Ive found this hidden gem. I probably saved over $100 just not having to ship everything Id normally but online. Their prices here are very fair and they have earned a return customer for life!

Just learning to get into the craft. This place is great for people who are learning or starting out! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They even have in-store group lessons every now and then that I might attend. Seems like an incredible place for people who are very experienced in materials like this. I highly recommend it.

I had been working on my first silicone/resin molding/casting project and the staff here were so incredibly helpful in figuring out what quantity of material I should need and also suggesting products that best fit the needs for the end result I was trying to get. They were even able to suggest a resin over the phone such that I could do some research on it prior to coming down to purchase it. Even so far as to warn me the trial size was out of stock and to call to make sure I didnt waste a trip. Ill likely be coming back for all my future needs as I dive deeper into this type of work.

I went to Reynolds to purchase materials for candle molding. I spoke with Kasey about the items I wanted to mold, the type of wax I would be using, and my experience level. She explained my options and recommended the best products for my specific project and experience level. She was very personable and professional. Highly recommended.
