Easy as 1-2-3. Steve and his team was the easiest contractor that I have worked with in my 54 years. He came to the house and went over everything with my wife and I. He was not pushy just gave us the facts, created a timeline and provided updates weekly by phone and text. The date for installation was met and the craftsmanship was as good as it gets. Hard to find a contractor that meets commitments and exceeds the customers expectations. Highly recommended. Love our pergola thanks to ShadeWorks.

Tim was informative in sales and patient in providing me different set ups. Once I had my mind made up, things moved quickly. Ryan and Devon were able to put up the patio cover in under 1.5 days. The work was quality. They communicated each step of the way and explained the steps being taken. Hardworking, above board, alerted me to any possible concerns that might arise beforehand. From the day of our estimate to the time the job got done we had weekly contact with shade works with them telling us when they were expected to work on our porch cover (BIG plus) When the day came the job was done quickly and professionally despite very windy weather. Everything looks top notch and we are very happy with the quality of work we have received (a huge plus). They installed a combination pergola/solid awning on my house two years ago. I had a leak on my patio and they came out to check it out and found a problem with a roof shingle and also did some minor maintenance on part of the solid awning.The two guys that came out were professional and did a great job of defining my problem.

We are actually very happy with the actual ShadeWorks product, however we were extremely disappointed with the process of getting our product ordered. Our sales person, Steve, submitted an order BEFORE we got HOA approval which caused a huge ordeal. The salesperson also explained financing details to us that were incredibly incorrect. Now we are stuck solving the financing issues on our own. Im horrified on how knowledgeable and careless our representative has been. The only reason for the two stars, is because our product is actually very beautiful.

Everyone was easy to work with, they installed the patio cover in two days and it looks awesome!

We did not have a good experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They have lousy customer service and it took months to get the problems corrected. My husband and I will never deal with them again.
