This is a great place; above all they actually have helpful humans around the store (dont see that often anymore). Not only do they regularly carry a wide variety of coffee syrups (fancy coffee at home - woot!) but they have a lot of international and hard to find foods. Their general items include decorator pillows, furniture and a lot of kitchen items. A nice selection of beers and wines can be found there as well. Definitely a place to go for foodie and host gifts.

Lots of different things in these stores you might not see elsewhere. Fun place to look around and I usually find something I want.

Bad customer service. I was standing in line for about 5 minutes and the cashier put up a closed sign and told me someone else could ring me up. Stores with good customer service will take the last person or tell people that they are closing so I’m not wasting my time standing there.

I was enjoy the World Market. I always pick up German Cookies and food.

I go just for the Icelandic toffee sea salt chocolate. Many great varieties, although they got rid of some of the Italian sodas, so that was a bit disappointing, but other than that it was very pleasant.

Consistently excellent customer service! Whether purchasing online, in store, or making returns, service is always friendly and helpful. I did experience some delays with online shipments and inquiries, but this is to be expected due to recent events. Got the best Customer Service at the Kennesaw store today! Ive been shopping here for years, love the coffee & the eclectic selection of goods. We had purchased 2 dining room chairs a few months ago but one did not hold up - just poor quality. Ramsey, the manager, facilitated a prompt exchange with the best attitude. I hate to leave a bad review but horrible customer service during their curb side only during their shutting down of the store. Received a text and email to come get my order. I drove from 20 miles away. When I arrived at 11:30 and called the number I was told they didn’t open until noon. The lady on the phone was rude and stated they were sanitizing the orders. I told her I could see me rug in the window. This should have been handled better. Won’t be shopping here again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Barrett Parkway team. Ramsay, Danielle, Dave, Heather, and many others have been over-the-top helpful. We have essentially furnished our entire home out of this location and each time we go, we are met with the highest level of service and attentiveness. Everyone seems to be wearing smiles and asking how they can help, constantly! They go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional. I am not certain of their core values, but this team exudes professionalism, respect, team, and integrity. We are customers for life!

Everyone is SUPER friendly. Did curbside pickup and everyones wearing masks.

Wonderful place. Easy to get lost in for hours, looking at all the various things you both need and dont need. Luckily, they have candy to get you through it. Very easy to find gifts for your friends or family there. Also very easy to buy every cool thing you see for yourself.

SO MUCH CANDY! World Market always has a great selection of stuff. Stuff to eat, stuff to decorate, and WINE lots of wine. Staff is always super nice and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and well lit. Good prices as well!

I havent been to the World Market for a couple years but found it to be a great place to shop for Christmas things. Lots of variety of really cool gifts. Prices were sometimes a little high but I found plenty within my budget. Not too many employees around to help find things but they did have quite a few at checkout. They were very friendly and quick. I will be back because I love just browsing through their selection of interesting items and gifts from all over the world.

I have passed by World Market a thousand times and never really paid it any attention. On a recent trip to find furniture and some stores that are next to this store, I popped in to buy a shirt. Their furniture selection is AMAZING! But furniture is the least of why I am writing this review. Im writing this review because the store manager, George and his staff are simply amazing. And they are CONSISTENTLY amazing. Ive been back on at least 4 occasions in as many weeks, as I recently moved and needed a lot. It didnt matter what time it was, what day it was or who was on staff that day, everyone went out of their way to help me, answer my zillion questions and the store was clean, well stocked and simply fun to be in. My husband (who never shops and could care less about these kinds of things) left the store after our first visit and said thats my new favorite place to shop. Well done, George and Cost Plus World Market staff. You have a new devotee!

Koren Is the best. The jewelry section rocks. Like the art and candles section as well. But in general this store is a gem in kennesaw. If you need help Koren is best. Craig also is dope.

One of my favorite brick and mortar stores to shop at. A store full of things that I never knew I needed! Lol! I always leave this store inspired with a new stylish decorating to-do on my list, with a few new trinkets to tie it all together. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is clean and organized and the selection, from the food to the artwork, is always fascinating to explore! Its just a neat store. 😊

If you want to find amazing gifts for any occasion, check out this location of World Market. They have all sorts of home decoration, as well as international foods and wines. I especially like the bag of fortune cookie cookies they have in their international food section! Unlike regular fortune cookies, these dont have the fortunes and are just the cookie in regular round cookie shape. I always eat the whole bag in one go because they are so delicious.

The staff is super helpful and willing to show you new horizons, whether it be in food, alcohol, decor, or dinnerware. The store itself is amazing. If youre in the mood for candy, definitely try violet crunch or the lion bar both are amazing candies from Australia. I went in with low expectations built from previous experiences from the franchise and left super happy.

Talk about a group of customer service associates and even customers that were extremely courteous and helpful, excuse me, might i pass reminding me of a time long ago. I love the little niche market it serves with many specialty items that serve me well. Perhaps I was in the twilight zone or there are people who are so past the negatives and stupidity affecting our society that just love and decency towards each other is s better way than that.

Fun and unusual finds from all over. And great prices

My wife has been able to find some really great furniture deals at this store. All types of other international goods and weird hippie stuff, but lots to look at. We visit fairly often, but the check out lines are always long and it takes forever to get another lane open or a manager for price adjustments.

I come here for exotic snacks and household goods.Its like an international grocery with furniture. They have a crazy gummy selection and lots of tester beers. If you need some wasabi peas or mincemeat pies this is the place. Looking for some floor cushions or puffs? Theyve got you.

We just purchased a wonderful piece of furniture from this store and had an even better experience with the sale associate Katie! Not only did she take the time to talk us through the shipping process but when we dicided to purchase it in store she went and got this 100lb box out of the back and even stood curbside with us and helped load it in the car! 5 stars for the store and 10 for Katie!

Love to browse, just cant ever afford to buy anything here. Deceptive pricing on some items, like flatware. Big sign saying its on sale, but rings up differently. Gets old trying to figure out what pricing applies to what. For people who buy without looking at cost, then this place is cool. Otherwise Cost PLUS with emphasis on PLUS is an accurate description.

We were trying to buy a piece of furniture off the floor, it was the last one. Craig told us they could not get another one for 6 weeks and could not sell the display model. He said there were 2 in the Buckhead store; we called, there wasn’t. There was no offer to try to bring one in from another store. I love when a company goes the extra mile for their customers trying to purchase a $400 piece of furniture. Thanks Craig, we won’t be back.

This place is the absolute worst. And don’t even get me started on that lady Ayesa.She is very unprofessional, and should never manage anything. She has her staff scared to even assist customers. I really feel bad that their boss can even own up to her inability to be a real manager. She talks down to everyone, and tries her best to make it look like the problems are from anyone other than her.I hope that World Market will eventually catch her because she is going to bring that place down in flames if they don’t.Anyways I’m going to tell everyone I know not to go here until that horrible store manager is removed from that location. I’m not coming back until something is done. It’s ashame I really love the products, but that lady is an awful person, and I can’t believe World Market continues to let her get any with everything.

Was there today. Love the selection. However, snarky, rude, unhelpful checkout guy was basically anti-customer service. We were working out coupons and instead of helping us he basically sat there and made jokes - rudely - and rolled his eyes. My sister worked at pier one for years and was in shock. She thought world market should be ashamed to be associated with an employee who basically turns customers off to shop there. Its the holidays. Its a stressful shopping time. The most you can hope for is a little help from those in the service industry, which I can assure you is not what you will get here.

The store brand flat bread, cards from recycled stock, and sale items make the trip worthwhile . People who work thare are always nice (to me).
