Needed to make a return of a purchase I made online. (Aveda suggests you either ship back to them, or find a nearest store.) The return process in the store was a bit difficult for the ladies, due to my shipment not having any paperwork, but they worked together and found a way to accept my return. They were absolutely delightful and helpful, just like every time Ive been in their store (which is rare...but its always pleasant). We had a good time, laughing and joking, and I made a purchase so it wasnt a total loss for them. :)

Arrived at 6:40pm and they close at 7pm. Only came to buy products and at 6:40pm their store was closed, lights out, doors locked.

DJ is amazing. I walked into the store stressed out and walked out on cloud 9. But it’s more than just a vibe, my skin looks so balanced and healthy. DJ has great recommendations and is very knowledgeable. Plus my husband can’t stop smelling me he loves the new body mist.

Doreen, the manager, is extremely rude. I placed a phone order and items arrived broken & they never could replace it or offer a refund.Don’t bring your business here if you don’t want to be scammed.

Dorjon Aveda Salon at Town Center is the BEST Aveda Salon ever. I want to give kudos to Katrina. Her outstanding customer service made me write this review. Katrina went out of her way to please. She was happy to help, she was knowledgeable, she suggested new products, she made a point to make my visit be a wonderful experience. Feels so good to being taking good care of. I love Aveda products, I use them for over 15 years. I love Drojon Aveda Salon. Thank you for the great natural products and thank you for have amazing employees like Katrina.

I love Aveda and have been using their products for years. I needed more shampoo so I stopped in at the Town Center store last night on my way home from work. I know, the mall right before Christmas, talk about bad timing - but Makaya was welcoming, informative, calm... all the things the mall is not right now!Turns out they are sold out of my shampoo, so she set me up with some samples until new stock arrives. Go see Makaya, that woman knows what shes talking about.

I was not told that my Aveda points card was an extra $10, they just added the fee on my purchase without informing me. Also, they have me the wrong product, conditioner instead of shampoo. I had to go out of town with nothing. I dont like going in this store and they are always trying to upsale.
