This is the closest pacsun location to me, and its roughly 30 minutes away. I received a gift card from a friend so I drove down to spend it, and I checked the store hours before coming to ensure they would be open when I got there. For Wednesday, the day I came in, it showed 11am to 7pm, so I arrived at 1:30pm. The doors to the store were closed, and there was a note that said that the staff was out on a break until 2:05pm. This store was the only reason I drove to the mall, and I didnt have time to wait 35 minutes for the staff to return from their 35 minute break. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, and now reading the other reviews for this location im not really surprised that this was the outcome.
I stopped by today to look for bathing suits for my cruise coming up and they didn’t have a lot of selection out on the floor. I asked a girl (that happened to be the manager) if they had anymore. She was kind enough to go to the back and get the ones they haven’t put out yet! She helped me look through them and really took the time to make sure I found the ones that I ended up loving. Turns out she is the manager at this location! She goes by “Rhi”, if she is there when you’re shopping ask for her! She was a lot of help!
I tried to return a shirt within the return period but since we couldn’t find the receipt they refused to even give us store credit, even though they were able to look it up on their loyalty rewards program and saw we purchased it 9 days ago. This was laziness on the part of the manager on duty. If we had no proof of purchase I would understand, but they claim no receipt they can’t help me. REALLY. that to me is just poor service. We planned to buy more, but now I will Avoid the store if that’s the policy.
Tried to return some items ordered online and was told they were unable to accept returns that were past a certain date, despite my order was within 30 days of my purchase, because there system was down. Okkkk so moving on to customer service. Literally every occasion Ive EVER walked in this store I have never been greeted by any associate though Ive made direct eye contact with the associates. Like I understand most of these employees are teenagers or young adults but seriously its simply called courtesy that you greet people upon entering the establishment in which you are employed. Pacsun has great inventory but this is definitely a matter of poor management and lack of training that keep customers feeling so much disdain in their brick and mortars.
You have to approach the associates. No one greeted me when I walked in, and I didnt know who to ask to use the dressing rooms because the associates were spread around the store tasking. It wasnt busy, but there werent any good engagements from the associates. They werent rude, not not really present.
Im disappointed that I cant rate below one star. I love Pacsun but the customer service at this location was the worst Ive ever experienced. The employees are rude and inconsiderate. I was shopping with friends and when we had a problem with a gift card they were extremely unhelpful only offering sarcastic apologies accompanied by eye rolls. I would never expect this much disrespect especially when my friends and I had been understanding the entire time. they gave us a customer service number and repeatedly told us there was nothing else they could do while clearly annoyed by our presence. The customer service at this location is unacceptable.
Outstanding location and the clothes are displayed in an organized manner, super easy to shop. LOVED the employees fashion advice.
Employees are very helpful and go above and beyond what was needed to help me.
It was very unorganized. Piles of clothing where it didnt belong. Which may not be the fault of the only employee in there. They should hire more people to keep the place orderly.
