Our salesman James Brown was awesome. I brought my elderly mother in to buy a chair and we did not want to spend time wondering the store with her limited mobility. We told James what we were looking for and we had a short amount of time to spend in the store. He sold us the perfect chair and its already been delivered. Highly recommend James.

I ordered a patio set in April and new I had to wait until July and Aug. to receive it. To my surprise the day of the first delivery I received a message that the pillows would not come until November. That is not the worst part I confirmed my delivery but because I didn’t answer my phone the driver did not come to my home. I was told that I would receive a call to reschedule and didn’t so when I called I was told that the furniture that I paid for in April was returned and sent to the next customer. This is the worst customer service ever. I will be returning my whole order and spend our hard earned money where it is appreciated. I would not recommend going to do business there if you don’t want to be disappointed.
Puchased a suite of outdoor furniture from RTG Patio in Kennesaw, sales team was good. Installation had to be split into 2 separate shipments, on the second shipment they did not assemble the equipment, which was a service that we paid for.After only a couple of weeks the furniture degraded significantly, note that we have similar furniture from other vendors beside the RTG furniture that did not experience the same degradation. Called RTG service, asked me to send them an email, the customer service rep never responded. After numerous emails to different RTG customer service reps, one finally responded: This is normal, no defect.My concern is why is this happening to the RTG furniture but not the other furniture? The sales person indicated the pieces would be low/no maintenance...Photos attached are from ~1month after receiving the furniture.
Today my family walked into the Kennesaw location and was not greeted. We walked around for 45 min and David briefly greeted us about 5 min in and left. Once we finally made our selection which would have been 2 patio dining sets, none of the sales representatives could be bothered to help us. All of the representatives walked past us numerous times without asking if we needed assistance or greeting us. We still wanted to purchase at that time. We ended up in the back of the store asking the lady seated if we could purchase here. She told us no and asked who our salesperson was and we told her no one. She walked us back to the front of the store to one of the same representatives that passed us by and was now seated with coffee. The representative proceeds to hand out business cards to a man who left and tells us she guesses she can help us.That was enough for us and we chose to leave and take our business elsewhere. Again all the other WHITE customers were greeted and helped however the BLACK family who was paying with cash and wanted to purchase 2 patio sets was left without assistance. DO NOT SHOP HERE we will spend our thousands of dollars elsewhere and not experience the discrimination.
Walked around the entire store and was never once greeted or asked if any assistance was needed even though the store was pretty empty and not many customers. Multiple sales representatives passed by and just stared and never spoke. Several were just standing or sitting around and still didnt make the effort to speak. Decided to leave and take my business elsewhere even though I was very interested in purchasing a furniture item, but the lack of customer service was extremely off putting. Based on previous reviews from other black customers, this seems to be a reoccurring issue.....
Store is bright and patio furniture selection well laid out and nicely featured.Lots of accessories available to complete the look you’re looking for. Robin was super helpful with information and options for the sets we were interested in. She helped us through the ordering process and made it stress free. Look forward to enjoying our new outdoor furniture set!
On 3/28/21 my family and I was in search for some patio furniture. We walked into the store and was never greeted. So, after being in the store for about 20 minutes we did see a couple of items we wanted to purchase. My wife and I waited for a sales rep and notice they were greeting all of the white customers that came into the store. At that moment we decided to leave and to never return to this store. Rooms to Go you have a customer service issue that needs to be addressed with your sales rep before they make you loose out on a lot of money.
Quality of the product was poor at best. We bought a dinning room table. The finish on the table wore away to the wood within a month from normal use. We also bought the protection plan/warrantee that is sold by their sales staff as covers any damage ... well it does not. After a back and forth, Rooms to Go (not the warrantee company) decides it might be defective and sends out a tech to look at it. It is just like when they deliver the furniture, it will be scheduled 3 months out and they give you a 4 hour window. Then they are over 2 hours late to that window time. Customer service is really poor, this whole experience from start to finish (its still going on actually so no finish in sight). Save your money find a local furniture dealer who at least will be willing to help and isnt full of empty promises/ poor customer service/pushy sales tactics that straight lie to make their sale.
Bad experience so far, I bought complete bed, the so call delivery men broke a fan in my bedroom, that’s no 1, my bed wasn’t assembled properly to d extent Eny that d adjustment bed is always making noise so bad, I’ve called severally, to make a report, no good response,

Worst experience ever, I will never come to the Kennesaw store again, couldn’t give me a refund on some items I returned I had to wait 2 weeks for them to mail a check and I ask Jennifer the manager to give me a discount for the inconvenience on other items that I like and she refused to do that!! I will never return to this store!!
Love coming here to find items for the patio we had built. I also love the items on display that are use to decorate patio areas. The sectional and matching chairs found here are just what I was looking for. And they fit perfectly in our perfectly built patio area.

Specifically working with sales associate Robin OKeefe was a pleasure.She was extremely knowledgeable of products, inventory and availability as I needed furniture within a specific timeframe. Easily and honestly answered my questions without selling me until I was ready.This was my first experience with Rooms to Go and because of her customer service, I will return.
Do not purchase the protection plan with Guardian protection plan, it a scam! You will pay for a service that you won’t get it! Rooms to go should be a shamed for selling this plan to the customers, will never buy anything else from Rooms to go again!

I spent a lot of money on new patio furniture. The store was short staffed when we bought the furniture. The person who was helping us, had to help like 3 other people at the same time. This was frustrating because it extended our transaction time. We opted to pay for delivery, but not assembly. Thank goodness, $200 for unboxing would have been pretty deep. The product came and we “assembled” it. Part of the sofa was damaged, it was also missing webbing and the table was chipped. And they delivered an extra fire pit. I called the customer service number. I sat on hold for four (4) hours, then the phone picked up and said, we are sorry we can’t transfer you at this time. I called the store to put action toward getting things fixed and the extra fire pit removed from my yard. First they told me to call the customer service line, I explained (4 hours on hold etc). He told me he would have to hold too, but he took down the information. I called back to customer service because I hadn’t heard anything. They had no record of my problem. We set up a return of the mis delivered item would be 3 weeks away. That is 6 weeks total wait while this big box sat outside in my patio. I asked for an earlier date, they said they would check the schedule and get back to me. Never got a call. I called back to the customer service line, a 2.5 hour wait. I actually took a shower, got dressed, and ate all while on hold. Finally had a conversation with a CSR. She said she would get back to me. I told her I was going to deliver the big box( now soaked in water, peed on by our dogs, and falling apart back to the store if they didn’t pick it up earlier. They said they would have to get back to me, so I dropped it off. I would not recommend rooms to go to anyone. I will never shop at rooms to go again. If they can not run Thier business due to the pandemic, they should keep their doors closed. I am actually contemplating a return of everything I bought. I just don’t trust them. do yourself a favor, save money, get what you pay for on line.

Kim was awesome in assisting us with our outdoor furniture purchase. She was easy to work with, gave us decorating ideas and was knowledgeable about the products. She helped us with measurements and was friendly without being pushy. We are excited to receive our furniture in a couple of weeks!

This store has the same quality as Georgia Patio, or any other high end patio store. Yet they somehow got the price down to half or less than their competitors.. great sales people and beautiful store!
No one greeted me, offered assistance or just said they’d be with me shortly. I was in the store over 30 minutes. At one point, I was the only customer and still nothing. Two other customers came in after me and were immediately offered assistance.
