Its an ok store but the stocking is kind of crazy. Then again since the pandemic what store isnt having issues

Not every Walmart is the same and this is a case in point. This is the second time Ive been here and they are fast and Im in and out. The person who greets me and takes down my information is always so cool calm and collected and has a wonderful sense of humor . He makes you feel welcomed and that theyre going to take care of you which they have done every time. Its also nice to shop around inside the store while waiting for an oil change or other service. They do a great job 👌👍

Delivery order #5572120-236110Horrible service. Placed order for deliver from 12-1, it’s now 6 and no delivery. Called customer service and delivery area, both no answer. If you don’t have delivery service, stop wasting people’s time and money. Will never shop at this dump again. I inserted pic of my order number for reference, don’t shop here. Back to Rouses I go where orders are actually filled.

I love Walmart, it a one stop shopping experience. I like the fact that you can meet your personal needs, home needs, and a little something extra in one place.

I went to the customer service center and the woman was rude and very disinterested in helping me with something I have done there numerous times. (Adding money to paypal account). She did try to get a manager to help but I was told she was too busy to deal with that issue right now. People just dont care anymore. I understand some customers are rude,but I sincerely go out of my way to be very polite and patient. I dont scream or curse, no matter the situation because I was taught how to conduct myself from a very early age. That being said, I will voice a calm and intelligent complaint If warranted.

It was my first and most likely my last visit to this location. The store was not clean. The store did not have much merchandise and the merchandise they did have was all over the place. There was no one available to assist. :(

There service sucks big time. Especially customer service. They dont have unprofessional ppl I ever dealt with.

3 stars is sorta pushing it poor customer service, and anytime you ask a question you usually get an attitude back. They also follow around people in the store assuming they are stealing they always have very long lines even in the slower hours of the day. And theyre self checkouts are all over the place you can wait in line for 30 minutes and then finally they tell you either cash or card and you have to hop in another line. There should be signs up stating that when the kiosk has read around it that its card only to help with the line issue. But thats just my observation on going to this Walmart for just about everything because I live around the corner from it for my whole life.

They are so good at helping you with anything that you need! They are very short staffed and are hiring. Go see the place that treats you like you matter.

Once again I had a wonderful experience with a custom birthday cake! I ordered and paid for the cake online. It was a large, fancy cake and we couldn’t have been more pleased with how it turned out. It looked perfect and tasted delicious. We received many compliments on it at the party. The price was excellent and we received updates during the process. I highly recommend this Walmart bakery!!

Not very cleanly or stocked for a Sunday morning. I think they are extremely understaffed. However, the produce was better than other Walmarts in the area.

This store just needs one little change - replace EVERYBODY. No one goes to Walmart for their customer service - but this location stands out as terrible even amongst the black hole of service that is Walmart. The only interaction I enjoy at this location is with the automated teller and the online shopping pickup.If I need something that requires human interaction I will go elsewhere.

A good location. They just seem to never have many registers open. And half the self checkout closed at points.

Absolutely avoid at all cost. Over an hour delayed on pick-up online ordering. Poorly staffed and not helpful. Go out of your way to go to any other Walmart besides this one.

The Walmart on Loyola is a pretty good one. The staff is friendly and engaged, and rarely are things out of stock and scattered.

I pretty much like wally world for everything,with a few exceptions of some workers not doing there jobs properly.

This the second time I purchased one of the salads prepared by the Deli, and had to pull someone’s hair out of my mouth. This absolutely disgusting, and dangerous. The pandemic is not over yet, and I’m pull hair out of mouth from someone I don’t know. Do not buy food prepared by this Deli.

Love the store love the products but the self-checkouts is a pain in the backside they need to have cashiers cannot stand self-checkouts

Wally 🌎 is wally world. You find anything, allthings and everything at reasonable prices especially during inflation crisis. This is why I like to shop there; because walmart Super Store gives so many varieties to choose from. If a name brand is to expensive you get to choose several generic brand and I mean alot of no name brand labels.

This is the worst walmart Ive ever been too. Every employee that I encountered is having a personal conversation on their earbuds and are no helps at all.

Even if you need one thing that will literally take you 2 minutes to get, they will not let you in after 15 minutes BEFORE their posted closing time. This is the only Walmart I’ve ever seen that does this and now that I’ve been burned when I needed something important they will never get my business again. If they’re not “open” until 11, then fix it on Google and avoid frustrating legitimate customers.

I have been to 2 Walmarts and 2 Sams to find power aid I finally found it here. I also found a couple more items not at other stores.

Needed to see the eye doctor today. They were very friendly and able to squeeze me in.

This Walmart has been a huge comfort to me over the past few years. Whether I’m coming in from Ochsner fitness or from a doctor appointment or a hospital stay, they are there and have anything I would need. Day or night, the parking lot is well lit and Kenner police department patrol and work detail shifts at this Walmart. They buggies are usually right at the front entrance and the parking lot is clean. The Walmart greeter was very nice and asked if we needed any help. I do like the personal touch. Aisle by aisle I hardly found anything they were out of or they didn’t have. They do a great job of showcasing the new wares front and center or an end cap so people can easily see and catch their eye. I took a few images of a few of the items for reference. They did have pallets and pallets or new inventory arriving off their delivery trucks they piled into aisles for the employees to restock. The automotive section reopened their tire and oil change center again since it has been closed since COVID. I am happy about this because you can get your tires rotated and oil changed while you shop. The frozen section is huge and they have two quick self check out sections so I am never inside for long. This is a typical Walmart.

When you ask employees for assistance they look at you like they don’t work there. It is ridiculous if you don’t want to assist customers then you’re working for the wrong industry. Walmart needs to do a better job at hiring.

I thought that my Walmart battery was bad. The techs checked it out and it was ok, then one of the technicians noticed the cable to the starter was loose. They fixed it in minutes.

This place serves most of Kenner, which is a feat in & of itself. Friendly workers, convenient location, great selection of stuff at typical Sam Walton prices. Definitely a location to be patronized.

Good theres room for improvement needs to update their landscape and keep the outside of the store and surroundings clean.

Terrible phone service. Called for 3 hours to the customer service (O for operator)Just wanted to know if automotive was open on Sunday. They never picked up the phone. I did called the pharmacy to get through at all so I could complain to the supervisor but he did not respond to the page. Just gave up trying.

Walmarts got almost everything you want to buy for everything like plant things, pet things, car things, and even fishing things. Walmarts got everything.

I only go to this Walmart due to the convenience of its location. I am often critical when it comes to their customer service but this time, WOW, awful customer service. The cashier had an ear bud in her ear and was talking on her cell phone for the entire transaction (I purchased $400 worth of items, my buggy was full). I asked her did you say something a few times as she was responding to her phone conversation. When she did hear me ask, she looked at me and just shook her head no. Thats it, no customer engagement, not even a thank you at the end. I had to vent to a supervisor and her response was yeah, they do that sometimes. What? Unbelievable!!!

Had a line to get in. Seems that Wally World is declining. They really dont have as great of a selection of things and the customer service has gone downhill as well.

This Walmart is by far one of the better ones around. Not as packed, crazier people are not as noticeable, but it’s still a Walmart. Wish NOLA had a HEB

Use Express lanes @WalMart Neighborhood in Kenner, La. One question is did WalMart ever consider item limit in Express lines like 20, 25 or 30 for more expediency? Also can a “Cash Also” sign be placed on applicable Express lines stand by green light so shopper would know before walking up to machine? Noticed some people walking up to machine & want Cash option but then if Card only, they have shuttle back inline & try to figure out which machine takes Cash! This confusion also causes delays defeating purpose of express lanes.

Ive shopped at this place since I was little and now being older, it seems like their short staff for a big store. I havent been to all of the facets in the Walmart such as the pharmacy, restaurants, mini salons, eye examination places, and the repair shop in a while. When I did, they were good quality according to my family.Now, I think that more people could be on board not necessarily in these areas since I havent really been there, but in general. For instance, there could be more employees readily available near self checkouts when it requires an employee..just an efficiency think.I understand its covid so Walmart may not be able to get as many participants and not just anybody, but then again some people are qualified and unemployed. There also should be more publicity, either through social media, newspapers, poster boards, etc. about the different facets (nail, hair) so that people can go there more often.I live right around the corner so going to Walmart as opposed to some place in Metairie is convenient. Overall, these are business and economic factors that could help not only the big business chain, but our community to the recovery road once more people are vaccinated.

Associates have been rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions to both me and my wife. Constantly not fulfilling pickup and delivery orders and will curse us out if was call about it. Today, I just had them cancel a delivery but charged me the full amount for it. When I called Walmart Customer service, they initiated a refund (in 10 business days) and the store refused to deliver. Im sorry, but my local grocer will get my business from now on.

I ordered a cake online for a birthday and it wasnt ready. Apparently they dobt check their online system at all. They gave me a comparable cake in price but it was terrible. It wasnt anything like what I wanted but I didbt have time to go somewhere else

The food was fresh and hot .. no one would answer the intercom so we had to drive to the window to order .. she said she was too busy to answer it. . there were only 5 cars ahead and always a line behind us .. I would like to say the rudeness is rare unfortunately it is with every visit

Horrible customer service the employees talk negatively about you to other coworkers right in front of you

After buying my very first car I went straight to walmart to get a new tire and oil change. A hundred miles later my car starts shaking really bad snd all tge sudden I feel an impact. Then I see my tire rollin a hundred yards away. After 2 mechanics looked at it we came to the conclusion the lug nuts were not put on right. I couldnt evenPut the tire back on right and drive a mile home because every one of the holes to screw the lubs in was completely stripped. Walmart is denying they did anything wrong and wont even help me get it towed!!!! Noone else touched that tire in the 3 days between getting it and this happenin. Tbey werent the leadt bit concerned that I could have been seriously injured !!!!

Had to go shopping for something to cook. Was in and out thanks to the self check out. The service is good here and the place is pretty clean. Low prices everyday.

Attempted to go in to grab some items before going home from a long day at work. Was told they were closed, even though it was 10:40p and their sign said they close at 11:00pm. Update the sign to state what time you’re actually open please.

Walmart supercenter has everything a person could want or possibly need

It took me longer to check out than to shop. I had a manufacturers coupon that the checkout clerk nor the supervisor could approve with 2 dufferent credit cards. I had pay the balance in cash which luckily a had enough. Totally unacceptable. The checkout clerk was very nice, the supervisors attitude was poor. Something is wrong with your system. It seems Walmart wont accept credit card payments when coupons worth more than a couple if dollars are used.

I go out of my area just to shop at this one. Darren or Darryl is always so friendly and polite and handles all this issues..

This is the only Walmart I know that closes 15 or more minutes, before the time they actually close. Theres literally a cop with a bullhorn at the entrance letting all would have been customers know that the Walmarts closed. As they all tried to bargain with him letting him know that their actual closing time is 11:00 p.m., he keeps turning them away. Smhfunny.. but notI wonder if Corporate knows?
