I went for a covid-19 test today. Thank you to the pharmacist who helped me. She explained to me how to do the test very patiently. Thank you again for your kindness.

Very convenient shop. It has pretty much everything except for clothes like the super Walmart on west esplanade. It is much easier to shop and the staff and products are good workers from my personal experience.

I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING TO THIS WALMART FOR GROCERIES AND CLEANING SUPPLIES FROM NOW ON,.....SO LESS STRESSFUL!!

What a delightful experience! It is the most user friendly, bright Walmart I have ever visited. It has lots of variety and it is well stocked. Also it was very easy to find my desired items. The pharmacy staff are professional, welcoming and efficient while providing exceptional personal service to each customer!

Always busy but easy in and out. Store always very clean and neat. Associates are always friendly and helpful.Only one bad thing Ive noticed is all of their shopping carts are in front of other businesses. Petco and Dollar Tree.Would prefer to shop this store as its not so big to get in and out. Not close to my home, but I do stop there when Im running errands.Live 1 mile from Super Center on W. Esplanade. Too big sometimes for this old gal.I know curb side or delivery, just like shopping and getting extra excersise. Mingling with people too. Amen finally becoming safe again.

My first time shopping at this location, I was in and out quickly! Im still gity about that. The store was well stocked with my favs. My luck varies at other Wal-Marts I frequent. This store may be my new go to...

On the soda and tea aisle products the tea in containers were not in arms reach to the back of the a deep shelf. More concern should be to keep product in arms reach on the shelf for customers during the day. Diet tea was put behind sweet tea out of arms reach on the shelf. There was lots of room to front all the containers.

Quick service, even late and great selection for alternative medicines.

Pick up was easy. They had most of what I needed.

Just what you need at the right time. Without having to go to the Super Walmart. Also I love that theyre always open and have pickup 😉

Trenise was SUPERB!! LITERALLY MADE MY DAY BETTER W HER WILLINGNESS TO GO THE EXTRA MILE WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! THERE ARE A FEW GOOD ONES LEFT! LOL

Had everything I needed and I didnt have to wait outside in line

One of my worst ever experienced in a grocery store. Because of my purchase, need to go through checkout line with person. She was only one at 3pm. I was fourth in line She was slow and not up to the task, took 20 minutes until I was finished. Had to go to customer service. Fourth in line. First person was over 5 minutes, next person was over 10 minutes and couldnt tell what was going on. Finally left with that guy still at counter. I quickly remembered why I dont go to Walmart. I was there for my mom but was unable to complete the grocery list.

Its really a customer experience because you will do everything yourself from shopping to checking out and do the lines become long .. except the money orders .. prices should reflect the lack of employees as they say in the business world your employees are your biggest expenditures and they sure lack those at the registers

I was little surprised and frastrated this time when I saw the unorganized dirty and careless Walmart store. This was not the expectation as a customer. The store was uncleaned, markedly unorganized, had insufficient lights, and insufficient inventories. No helping hand was found when I need to find out an item. The empty boxes were left unattended in the rows. In the checkout the cashiers were careless to the customers and talking themselves with big laugh. This is unacceptable and inhuman.

Met a really nice man by the name of Anthony today. Customer service was incredible. He helped me with my fruits and veggies. He was very personable and had a really upbeat attitude. Dont usually shop here but he has made this my go to destination now!

Terrible experienceI’m a white man walked up to register black woman turns off light says lane is closedI see a black man walking w a case of water in his hands I went into an aisle so the cashier wouldn’t see me .... she turned the light on and rang him out ... I approached her and gave her a piece of my mind .... obviously racially motivated all I had was a pizza so we both had same amount of groceries.... 2 mins later was the time frameI’ll never go back she didn’t say a word when I went off on her ..... I think even Stevie Wonder could tell what happened I’ll never go back

I never had a problem with Walmart Pharmacy and even though I have moved I still get my meds from there.

This Walmart is convenient to my home. They rarely have everything I need but they have some items I do need that is a little cheaper than most grocery stores.They have handicapped spaces and carts for you.Some of the produce is fresh but lately not so much especially the tomatoes.Hopefully it helped. Nice assortment of groceries. Of course it is not as big as a super center, but if you only need groceries and things like that, this is the place.

This small Walmart is a fast, easy option when I need a few groceries!

I was very surprised today...had everything I needed....checkout was by a real person....No lines!!

Visiting from CA so it was really interesting to see so many different things not carried in our Walmart store. However I was unable to find unsweetened vanilla almond milk and some other basic needs.

Wish there was more help. Not what I expected for a Walmart for sure. Needs major improvement on services and how clean it should be. To watch a customer remove their mask and spit on the floor was gross as heck. And yet employees walked by and did nothing. Very disgusting.

This is a service dog friendly Walmart. They are very considerate to you. Thats important to me because I have a service dog.

Apparently Walmart pays their employees to gather and gossip. They were clustered in groups of three and four, blocking aisles and acting like they were at a company picnic. Meanwhile, the single check out lane they had was backed up into the aisles. This is why Id rather just pay the higher prices at Rouses

If I could give the online delivery zero stars Or negative ones that is what they would get. I spent 2 days trying to place an order with them and they refused to deliver it until the 3rd day when I don’t need them! I tried calling and no one ever answers any of the phone numbers.

Walmart neighborhood market are never helpful always rude and will watch an old lady fall before lifting a finger. Ive literally never had a good experience with anyone there

Prior Covid,, Id been w/ market place since day one opening and alot due to N.Kenners loss of WinnDixie market consolidation & relocation miles FUTHER down Williams Blvd. So WMMP became my weekly stop even tho no customer rewards or price reduction incentives offered by ANY WMSS!!!,, so its been ok till COVID!!! NEVER STOCKED/WEEKS WAITING FOR ORDERED RESTOCKS

Not enough check-out cashiers. I dont care for the automatic check-outs. I like dealing with a real check-out person!

I enjoy coming here since its Walmart prices but not nearly as crowded as your standard Walmart.

I thought I would never say I like going to Walmart but this Walmart Market is so convenient and easy to get in and out. The entrance doors are shut down a lot but I see they are remodeling now. The employees are always very helpful and friendly compared to the Walmart on Esplanade. I avoid going there at all costs. Overall 5 stars and looking forward to seeing it finished after the remodel.

I waited for well over an hour to purchase a product called Hibiclens. Product found initially in a clearance area with various forms of hand sanitizer. I was denied at first the opportunity to purchase because it did not register a price, description, or name.

Serious misallocation of employees. How you don’t have 5-10 people working in the Drive thru grocery pickup right now is beyond me. We waited for half an hour and didn’t even make it into a spot, Almost no one was working, would have waited for who knows how much longer.We better get our money back for the pickup

Ok, no issues always very cold around produce. Besides that tiny issue everything else was good. Lots of parking space is taken up by the delivery service. Everything else though I have to give 4 stars.

We were traveling with campers and son needed to get a part for his truck too hard to get around New Orleans towing so we stopped at this Walmart and Carlo was very understanding and said we could park for a couple of hours til he got it fixed. Thanks so much. Oh and the staff inside were most helpful directing me to locate items.

I used the Walmart shopping app. I ordered my groceries online and picked them up at the scheduled time. I love this service. They are on time, friendly, & courteous. The produce is fresh & reasonably priced.

This is a Walmart grocery store. No big crowds. No waiting in long check out lines. My favorite thing is their fresh produce. Wonderful fruit, fresh salads, fresh veggies. Such a huge selection of breads & baked desserts. In fact, they have a variety of anything & everything. Nice selection of wines & alcohol.

This is my go to store now for most of my food shopping. I find that their prices are the best in the close vicinity now that we lost the Winn Dixie down on Vintage. Their selection is good and always well stocked. It is rare there is something I need that I cannot find it here and next to Rouses, which replaced my Winn Dixie, they are better in their pricing.

Never enough help and the help that is there does not want to help.

There is terrible customer service. The staff is horrible they have very nasty attitudes and really need to be retrained. The evening manager Lawrence is not better his staffs attitude is definitely a reflection of his poor customer service skills and it’s such a shame they have definitely permanently lost my business. I recommend the 24 hour Wal-Mart down the street on west esplanade and Loyola more products friendly staff and it’s like five minutes away so worth vs having to deal with incompetent people in management positions.

If all I need is a few grocery items and I am either on my way to pick up my fiance or coming from picking him up this is my go-to place they have on your grocery Essentials plus a decent health and beauty area so when I need a few things and I dont feel like trudging through Walmart where I know Im going to get more than what I need I go to the neighborhood Walmart especially when I have to make those late-night trips its open 24 hours and I dont have to worry about being in the store for an hour because its headed to go look at this that and the third I literally go in and get what I need and get out there is usually a small line to no line at all so it takes me no time to get what I got to get and get back in my car and go home

One of my favorite places to shop. Love the deals and most importantly I never had a problem. So glad they increased their organic food product line.
