Love getting groceries from here! It is always clean and employees are all sweet and very helpful. Always see them sanitizing the carts and the store always is clean. An employee in the wine section today went above and beyond making sure everyone he came across found what they needed in lit myself. My kids love the crawfish here, they are perfectly seasoned with the perfect amount of spice, not overpowering. I live all the in-house food and sweets the make! The cookies are my favorite 😍

The cream cheese sushi rolls were better than the restaurant that I usually get them from. The wasabi was fresh and the staff was super friendly. A great experience.

BEWARE of expired dates... Its a shame but they so not check it and leave it for you to buy. Its so unfortunate because you HAVE to have a receipt on top of wasting your time for something they should check on..or it cant be returned. They must know people rarely keep their grocery receipts and made it a policy. They are currently remodeling, but should implement better hiring of workers that are friendly and check the food!

I find prices are higher on most items...store was clean..but no sanitation wipes as you enter.... Employees or friendly.... They had Chantilly cake on sale... Did not look like a Chantilly cake ...the real Chantilly cake was right next to the one for 19.99... the one on sale was a confetti cake they say it the same icing and just no fruit on top.. very misleading.. since they had it right next to the original Chantilly cake n sign ..I feel that it shouldnt be right next to the real one they only had 2 of the real one n 1 of what they called a Chantilly cake.. I call for a manager to come and explain he was very nice but it should not be displayed like that.. Chantilly cake for 19.99 should have been all three of those cakes..... His answer was that they have a special cake every week on sale... The sign should have said confetti cake not Chantilly cake ...by rights they should have sold me tht Chantilly cake for 19.99 bc thats what a Chantilly cake is not a confetti cake with Chantilly icing r remove sign n put confetti cake on sale...was disappointed with that...I probably wont be shopping there again...ppl these days r stretching their money as far as it can go right now and when you find a deal and its not really a deal at all ..it makes us feel some how cheated out of tht deal... which other wise we may not normally be able to afford on a limited income...just not how you do business 🤨

Does not have the best selection, very often smells very bad in the warehouse. The special needs staff is a bit scary, the old buggy guy is always talking loudly, sometimes aggressively to himself & the bag boy with downs has a chronic lice infestation. I wont be going back.

Clean, neat store with friendly staff. Their selection of organic/natural foods is very limited. I also wish they would group all of their organic/natural food products together like the Carrollton location. I purchase these items exclusively and it makes it much more efficient.Another reviewer says there is no Handicapped parking. That is incorrect. There are designated parking spots near the ramp right to the left of the entrance.

The cooked food is Delicious!

It was after five oclock and I popped in for a few things after work, I waited 15 minutes in line at the deli with only two customers at the counter, I finally went and got packaged meat and cheese then I waited 15 more minutes in line as there were only TWO cash registers open for anyone who had more than 10 items. This is the worse Rouses. Its run down, poorly staffed and outdated. As for the few staff that were working, they were very nice.

The overall experience was good. Not sure why there wasnt any fresh bread out..one if the main reasons I went was for some fresh pistolettes for dinner. Maybe I went too early? Otherwise not a bad experience..

I have tried several times to order a corsage from the floral dept with no answer. I talk to manager named Chris at Williams store left my phone number and was told the floral dept will contact me the next day and have not been contacted at all. Rouses evidently does not need the business so I will no longer shop at any of their stores. Do not shop Rouses this hasnt been the only problem Ive had with these people.

Wow Rouses. I move away for three years and you go from the neighborhood grocer, to the neighborhood monopoly. Windixie used to be the grocery store that was more expensive and id go to Rouses to get the deals. Now its either you or Walmart and youve jacked all your prices up. What a shame.

Rouses is my favorite local supermarket.

I have enjoyed my visits to many of the Rouses locations. Like the others, this location is spacious and airy. Everything seems neat and orderly... bright and colorful. Shopping here is a pleasure. One cool little touch is an area set aside to enjoy some free coffee and sit for a while... like at a coffee shop. Oh... spacious parking lot right outside.

I enjoy shopping there, great selection of meats, produce, basically everything you need. The staff will help with loading heavy items too

Just ok grocery but had better selection in its original location. Original location had healthier selections whereas this version is more like Walmart.

My girlfriend Robin goes here alot for us, she says selection is decent but they run out of stuff it seems and sometimes the dept managers and workers arent on point.

Fantastic clean fresh produce I love this store! And I absolutely adore their wine selection :) even though this store is 30 minutes away I choose to go here over my local grocery store.

The times Ive been even during quarantine hasnt been super crowded and they have always been pretty well stocked. Staff is friendly enough too.

I miss the Winn Dixie that used to be here but this Rouses is good. My only complaint is that in general, I tend to find that some things I normally shot for and find easily elsewhere is simply not carried at Rouses. They seem to have a lot of areas of selection but then not a lot of selection per each area.

Love the market but the sushi needs improvement. I understand its Marker sushi but at least use high quality fresh fish if youre going to charge 7 plus bucks for sushi. It has a fishy taste to it and it shouldnt taste like that.

I love Rouses! Things were a little lite in stock but its Mothers Day weekend.

A good, clean and well-laid out grocery store. The in-house cookies are very good. I havent tried anything else. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The store is neat and well organized. The customer service is impeccable. The prices were a little on the expensive side if you werent buying something on sale. I did find Swerve sweetener which shocked me. Normally I have to order it off the internet.

Not much to say Rouse is a staple of the city nothing exceptional but no complaints either.Louisiana owned and it appears they may be starting a delivery service which will be a amazing and turn them from a average grocery store into my favorite grocery store! I will update once I am able to test out the delivery service.

Rouses is my preferred supermarket. They have clean, modern stores with plenty of parking and checkout aisles. They also have a good selection of local foods, and prices that wont break the bank. There is also a large selection of wine if your into that. The staff is friendly and helpful.
