Rickys is awesome. Aisles nicely spaced, great selection of liquor/wine plus no shady people around like you see at some stores. Store owners run a very good operation there.

Always the best service at Rickys! I once called to ask if they had Tequila Rose and the owner offered to wait for me to drive there even though he was locking up. And he actually waited! He ordered a specific product for me on another occasion. Really nice guys in there! They get my business every time!

If you got to get a 700 pound woman’s blood alcohol to the legal limit this is the place. I rigged up a yard hose to a keg here it’s my own invention I need to sell that thing. I just hose her down with beer like I’m filling up my semi.

I thought I saw the price on the cash register and I used my credit card. Maybe a week or more later I looked at the receipt I had stuffed in my purse... Well buyer beware!!! The girl that checked me out added some other kind of alcohol that I was not familiar with to my bill... Living in New Orleans I never made it back to Kenner for a long time and then decided it was too late to say anything. Im sure if this girl did that to me, she does it to other people too. What better way for her to get free alcohol at the customers expense !!!..

The prices are great. The selections are vast. Its amazing to see all the foreign and rare brands out there. The staff seems friendly to their regulars of all races. It is however a concern that there were no visible African American workers out of the two men and two women that were working. I would normally take off points for lack of diversity in staffing, but I believe the ladies might be of Hispanic or Middle eastern dissent.

Ill be straight and specific on the location, good customer service. The decor and set up of the place has a nice calming atmosphere. A place to pick up a variety of alcohol, to try something you may have yet to drink, or drink the usual. Assortment of beer aswell. The lack of beer snacks is what drove me to drop a star. The snack range is variable and seems more suited to wine.

Ive been to this store on numerous occasions overlooking the poor customer service as of today Ill never do business in this store again the counter service was very rude and poor you gotta do better than that and treat all your customers Str8 yeah they have variety and theyre convenient but that attitude at the counter will drive away good business!!!!

This is my corner store that I love and have been going to for 20+ years. It went under new management and owners (old owners wanted to retire) about a year ago and they have really fixed the place up. They have a great and unique liquor selection that out does your basic Walmart and gas station. And if your looking for a particular liquor you can talk to them about them possibly getting it for you.

Ok, this is a stop we always make when we visit. This store has THE best prices on everything! You can find something for every budget. There is a large selection of wine, champagne, beer, etc in the cooler section. Domestic and imported beers on and off ice. A walk in cooler. Specialty alcohols at reasonable prices. Superb selection. They boast many different snack; from pecan candy, king cake ooey gooey cake, plantain chips, just to name a few items. This store is must go to.... Super clean, organized, a huge open floor plan, and a knowledgeable staff.
