After a few decades of shopping in plumbing supply stores, I was at the Keene NH FW Webb store yesterday.I was very impressed with several factors such as abundance of inventory, ample personal on staff and willingness to engage with the customers.If there is one thing I have learned over the years as a customer in a small town trades person environment, is that the smallest effort of customer service, a smile a nod, eye contact or a question of are you allset, is very much appreciated and will keep customers loyal and comming back through the door.Keep up the good work, and thanks for going the extra mile for us, mike k.
