Very informative sales associate was very helpful with my research questions about t-mobile service.

Should only be half a star. No product in the store. And the people seamed either un informed about products or just very distant and un personal with customer service

Worst cellphone store I ever went, they mess up my transaction and they do nothing to fixed, horrible customer service. After months of battle I realized this is just a franchise. Their staff did not know what they doing. The supervisor or manager never call you back. After 18 years with cellphones this is my first having a bad time in a purchase/transaction like this. The worst part I spend over 4k on 4 cellphone that day. Big disappointment. Never go back. T mobile at least take care of me, not this store.

Staff was very patient in a difficult situation. They fix the problem that the Sprint on line has not been able to fix for 1 month and a lot of anxiety. I d like them to be closer to be me. Maybe some day...

My older model phone experienced GPS reception problems, so I stopped by this random T-Mobile shop on my trip. I was only expecting to borrow a SIM card to see if it was the cards problem or the phones problem. But the staff were so kind and truly seemed to want to help. They diagnose the problem inside-out and made me feel welcomed and at ease. They left a sweet taste in my mouth and warmth in my heart.

I have NEVER had such wonderful customer service. Im what you would call a challenge as a customer. I had a million questions about my service plan and I wanted the best phone for me at the best price.I have the Stylo 3 Plus: great phone! Having the stylus is not just helpful. My hands dont work as well as I would like and they are painful. The stylus makes the process of texting easier. My over 55plan is a fantastic deal. And there wasnt a single extra little charge here or there. Not one.If you want help to understand your phone, want a pleasant experience setting up a phone plan go to the store on Winchester Street. But if you are looking for honesty, and professionalism with a great product you must go to the Winchester Street T-Mobile store.

Coverage is still lacking in some surrounding areas, but the great customer service makes up for it.
