Received a letter from a collection agency for a debt owed to us cellular. First notification I received. US Cellular did not reach out to me or notify me in any way I owed $180.00. My account online has a zero balance. I pay my bill on time every month. Ive been in the store twice in the last 6 months and no mention of debt. I called customer service today and all they said was call the collection agency. Not helpful in anyway. Would not tell me what the bill was for. So annoyed with this company. Ive been a customer for years. This is unacceptable.

Great but there person to person interactions are not always pleasant and they like to leave issues that they are supposed to complete or do up to you and make you contact the manufacturer. But change you for insurance that cant be used for at least the first year FACT!!!!

Fantastic experience. The coverage is the best in New England, and better prices than competitors. There are many knowledgeable associates who provide accurate information and great service. They have all the latest and greatest phones as well. Why would you choose anything else? I have service where others don’t, which is convenient.

Ive tried contacting this store a total of 18 times over the last 4 and a half hours in an attempt to resolve issues with data connectivity. This time frame is all within their normal business hours. Not a single time was my call answered. Great service in store once youre able to get in front of someone but thats apparently the only way to get any service at all is to drive to the store. If the calls to your store wont be answered just have them sent directly to customer service so I can be annoyed right away instead of 18 calls later

Arianna and Katie were absolutely wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable and straight forward. They both stayed past closing time to help us because we arrived later in the day (still sorry about that). Great customer service, no if, ands, or buys about it!

Very frustrating network. Literally cant send texts right now, constantly roaming (in MA, VT, and even Keene in places) Last salesman laughed at me when I complained about the network & the one before said with my new phone I shouldnt have any problems with roaming.Always feel like theyre guessing/telling me what I want to hear when I go in.Cracked my screen recently & realized how the warranty Ive been paying for is not worth it at all (same $ just to get a new phone).On a group plan now, but definitely switching to Verizon or something when I can. Also super not worth the wait time to get anything done when you go in there.

I was sold a phone that can’t be identified by its IMEI number. Which means I would have to buy a whole new phone even though I have two types of protection plans. Customer service is awful and act like there above you on the phone.Completely displeased and I strongly suggest you look at other places for phone plans and services.

I bought an iphone straight from apple and brought it here to be acticated. Turns out apple gave me the wrong model phone and Dawna spent a while on the phone with someone higher up who was able to enter my model number and get my phone working. I really appreciate the time and effort sh eput in to getting my phone up and running. next time i will be buying my phone from uscellular instead of apple

You go there- and even if to pay your bill you have to sign in and wait in line. I have waited up to 1 hour to pay a monthly bill that should have taken less than 5 minutes to pay. I blame this stores management they should have a line just to pay for your bill. If they had a pay bill line I would have been out in 3 minutes. Now lets get to the point. I pay my gas bill, I pay my oil heat bill, I pay my home phone bill, I pay my my electric bill, I pay my Internet bill, I pay my tv cable bill, but this company wont send me a paper bill in the mail to my home because they say I have no credit. But all the other companies gave me credit. Why cant the give me credit and cancel my account if I fail to pay. You call and all you get when you punch in 3 to talk to some one is they are unavailable ALWAYS. This store and company has a short life span. I waited in line and after 1 hour left without paying my bill. Before I left I see 4 others leave (mad). Now I tell everyone I know not to deal with this company. And Im sure the 4 who left before me are doing the same. . This store and company are going to be short lived. Management should start looking for a new job soon. Investors will soon sell there stock.But this is just a speculation based on what has happened to me and others. We will wait and see what happens to this company.

Ive never had anything but great service from here except a couple weeks ago my sales associate was very new (as in I was her first sale) she got little to no help from the other associates, she didnt know what she was doing and I left in a hurry after being there 3+ hours and not satisfied. I called a couple days later and they resolved the problem.

Way overpriced plans, ok network, 4G network is practically the size their parking lot small. The people that work at this branch are awesome but once you leave your stuck with the shitty network,messed up billing, paying 150% more an version and they are over priced as well. Its a phone not life support!
