I had trouble removing the tail light fixture when trying to replace a bulb at home. After 30 minutes of trying I called The Hyundai service department. Mary answered and was very nice and told me they could help if I was able to come down. When I arrived a technician named Michael was able to removed the stubborn fixture after some attempts and with the help of a plastic wedge. Both Mary and Michael were extremely helpful, very courteous and overall it was a 5 star experience! I’ve been going to Hyundai for service on my vehicle for 9 years. While I am normally very happy with the service, this experience was superb and above and beyond. Thank you Mary and Michael for your kind and courteous service, it was greatly appreciated!
Wonderful group to work with. Quick, efficient, happy to help with our new Tucson! Our last Tucson lasted 15 years and the engine still running like a charm. Rust was not able to be fixed. Great Vehicle and Hyundai of Keene is the Best!

I wish their attitudes, friendliness, etc. would transfer to the General Manager. He needs some lessons in professionalism and employee management.

This has to be the most personable, friendly, and capable automobile dealer staff I have ever encountered in my 50+ years of experience at dealerships. They couldn’t have been more helpful. For example, my inspection isn’t due for another two months but they reminded me they could do it now and save me a trip. They also let me into my appointment one hour early without a moments hesitation. Great people.

Whenever I take my IONIQ in for servicing Im always greeted in a very cheerful and friendly manner, which makes me feel welcome right from the start. If anything unexpected is found I get a call explaining it and my options. The completed work is also explained to me and a full vehicle status report is provided. The fees/charges are reasonable and the work done is always done well. As an added bonus, they also provide shuttle service which I use to go to nearby stores while I wait for my vehicle work to be done. Always a pleasant experience from start to finish!

I got my state inspection done at Hyundai Of Keene. This was my first time ever doing it here because I had Purchased my car back in August. Anyways, I really wish I remembered the name of the person at the desk for the service department, she was extremely nice and very welcoming. I will definitely be doing all my service things done at Hyundai of Keene. Perhaps I’ll even purchase a vehicle from them when I’m done paying this car off!
Great Experience with the salesman and staff. 2020 Sonata is a fantastic car. Only negative is wish I didnt get their etch product, dont think its really necessary for the cost. Thought the glass was getting etched but its just stickers they put all around the car. The Protect All is another add on I could have skipped but at least the cars paint and interior are protected from accidents and damage for 5 years. The car itself is awesome and the staff are great to work with.
Overall quite good. I know at one time they did a complimentary car wash along with the scheduled maintenance. I dont know if that has been eliminated or if it may have been an oversight. Thanks Steven R. Ball

I have been a customer for over 10 years. The place has gone through different Service Managers. My last visit was normal. But, they found things that needed to be look at. This is where you need to be careful. For this visit, the work was not required at this time. Even though they were considering it a must. And of course, they quoted a high price for repairs. Seek additional information regarding cost and repairs from independent repair shops. It is a clean shop and us great for maintenance.
Recommended my 65 year old mother to check out Hyundais. She went to the Keene, NH location and was treated very poorly by the sales manager. He didnt like that she wouldnt buy the car on the spot that he recommended and ended up walking off on her. She eventually bought the car she was looking for through Manchester NH Hyundai, but after the experience she was given and how rude the manager himself was. She wont be coming back and further more I advise people to check out other hyundai dealerships then Keene. All she wanted was a day to think on it but that wasnt good enough for them. Horrible experience. They also said they would give her the test drive money, they didnt and also didnt return her license for a few days. A complete hassle. All because she didnt want to buy a Kona, she wanted a Tuscon. They lost a sale and future business. Last I checked people shop around and dont just walk in and buy on the spot. These people expect that. Sales manager really needs to be replaced.
I went in for oil change and engine filter. It was done quickly which I appreciated. When it came to the estimate for tires they gave me three choices. I made an appt for the next week and went home to decide which tire I wanted and would give them a call as to which one. The price for the tire, balancing ( which was on the estimate but not stated as to what it was) I had to call back to ask what it was. There was also another amount for 4 wheel alignment ) No matter how you added up everything the final price with added shop charges did NOT add up. I called and the person I talked to couldn’t figure out why I was quoted these charges. The final charges were $80+ more Han they should have been. I also went on line and checked the middle price tire. It had a bad rating. I am going elsewhere to get tires. I did cancel my appt. with the dealer.😡

Purchased my new 2021 Tuscon in February of this year. The sales manager offered an undercoating add on for $700, but was unable to provide an information on it such as it’s base (oil, water, or asphalt) or brand information. Which amazes me as I’m not just going to spend $700 on a product that’s unreliable.2 weeks later I finally am sent the information and was told it’s brand is ResistAll, which is good. How do the people selling the product not know what they’re selling?Sales people were very pushy on the add on accessories to the point it became annoying. Offered Weathertech floor mats for front and rear passenger compartment at $300. Weathertech sells these on their site for $180 and I showed them this and was told they were unable to budge.A week after receiving the undercoating product information I paid to have it completed. 3 weeks later after I received the undercoating on the first nice day of spring I was in my driveway detailing it and noticed heavy overspray from the undercoating process on all 4 wheels. (Why they don’t remove or cover the tires and wheels and tires with plastic I’ll never know)I reported this to the dealer and was questioned why I didn’t report it sooner (first day was able to detail the vehicle meant I wasn’t looking closely one the outside or inside of the alloy wheels before that), I followed the warranty agreement and brought it to the dealer and asked for an estimate which is what the warranty says to do. They brought the vehicle out back (not sure to actually where), was told they washed it which I didn’t ask for and refused to give me the estimate even after I cited their own agreement. There is still lots of overspray on the inside of the wheels.I have pictures of everything I said above.I’ll never buy from this dealer again.

After getting stranded off the interstate during a snowstorm, our first call was to Hyundai Roadside Assistance. They got us a tow truck and took our Santa Fe to Keene. It was later in the day so we had to get a hotel about an hour away. They tried to get us an Uber the next day but it’s a pretty rural area. That’s when Mary from Hyundai of Keene came in. She reassured us that she would get us all to the dealership so we could get a loaner car. She sent a great young salesman named Rashka who gladly packed our luggage, the 3 of us and our dog in his car and drove us to Keene.We are so grateful that people really care in this day and age of waiting on hold to talk to a real person! That was never an issue with this dealership. We are true fans and even though we live over an hour away, we will be back for service and to pick out a new car when the time comes. As 30 years of Hyundai ownership you can mark my words that you’ll never have a nicer, more competent staff than this Keene location. Job well done!
I had an incredible experience there, if you are looking to purchase a hyundai i highly recommend coming here to purchase a vehicle. They are 100% there to make sure you get into a vehicle that you will be happy with down the road, they are very patient and they are all about the customer and making sure you are happy. Ive delt with alot of dealerships over the years and this one is probably the best Ive been too.I have a Santa Fe and so far brought it to them for a few oil changes and a replacement windshield washer pump(covered under warranty). I am happy with the service, the friendliness of the staff and how welcome I felt. I wish more dealerships operated like that.The only problem I had was from their chat service from their website. I had a question about the recommended manufacturer service and on two different occasions I chatted with staff on the website and was told someone from the service department would call me back. Days went by and no one ever did. I just ended up calling the service center and asked to speak to the service manager. I told him what had happened and he took care of me right away. I do not think the chat service is operated by staff at the dealership and I do not fault them for that. I do hope me informing the manager will allow them to check and adjust.I will continue to come back to this dealership and I know where I will be going when Im ready to buy my new car.
Our daughters first cars (Sonata) engine seized. There was a recall and the service manager worked with Hyundai to have the motor replaced free of charge. The whole thing took 3 days, including ordering the motor. My faith has been restore with both the dealer and Hyundai as a company. Did I mention the recall extended the warranty to 10 years/120,000 miles, which ever occurs first. We were at 8 years and 129,000.

We do love our Hyundai Sonata. While purchasing a car after leasing made the process a bit cumbersome, the Hyundai employees were helpful and friendly. I recommend planning for more time than you would think. My experience with this dealership is the wait time here is always about twice what we are quoted, both in the service department and the customer service. Still, friendly people who are conscientious.

Service is awesome! I tried to go to a quick oil change place first and they were insisting that just an oil change was $80- just to start! Luckily they stripped the drain plug and said they couldnt do it. Took my Chevy to Hyundai Keene and they replaced drain plug, oil and filter- for less than half! Plus they have good people and decent coffee! Thanks!

First of all the setting is very pleasant, The Sales Manager took the time to hear us relate what we wanted in our new car and what we felt we could pay. Then he set out a plan and a model that would satisfy both. No hustle or bustle. Our Sales person, Michael carried this forward in the same calm and collect manner. I was really a pleasure. And knowing that I will continue to receive excellent service on my car is important to me.
Just bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from Hyundai of Keene. They were great to work with not pushy like a lot of dealerships. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, they even sent a runner to my insurance agent and the registry and we live in MA 2 hours away! Special thanks to Dave! Guy Martin was the salesperson who assisted my wife and me with our purchase of a 2009 Hyundai Sonata GLS. Throughout the entire process, he was helpful, focused, and kind; and he went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure we were happy, arranging for some needful work on the brakes to be performed on a tight schedule because he knew I was busy at work, and working with us to get a small cosmetic dent taken care of at no cost. We are very pleased with our car, and with the service we have received.

I got a pre-approved offer and spoke with Jenna over the phone and she assured me it was for real so I headed to the dealership. Sherwood was amazing, he never pressured me and made sure o got what I needed. Jenna got me a great deal in the finance office and helped me get all the protection I need for my new vehicle.
