It was a great experience. I came in labor day weekend for a bed for my 4 year old but I would also use occasionally and on a budget. The nice man named Stan was so helpful and catered to my needs excellently. We joked around, had real conversations and he helped me get a deal and a really comfortable bed. He explained all the details so everything was transparent and we set up a delivery date for only 3 days away. I was in and out of there and I left very satisfied with the experience.

I was looking for an affordable bed frame for a full-size mattress. I got a quote from Mattress Firm and compared it to online prices from other companies. The frame was competitively priced and I have been happy with the purchase. It was easy to transport and assemble.

The sales lady was amazing, super helpful, knowledgeable, super nice and caring, one of the few few times when I havent felt like I was nothing more then a dollar sign.Helped me find the bed that was closest to the one I wanted as another place told me it would take 6-12wks to get in, so the one I got is almost like the one I wanted and to say the least for beautyrest its not that back, not to mention the price even before discounts was amazing.It arrived within 2-3 days which is great for any delivery that has to come from a warehouse, finding the bed that would fit my needs after I said everything that was wrong with my body seemed to be even high on the priority list for her, then going with what is recommended as every individual is different and so are the needs.For instance my mother needs a medium-firm mattress, which is what your supposed to have with back problems, I on other other hand need the softest hammock type for mine, and she went more then out of her way to find one short of getting a smart bed cause Im not that into it.And thats when she had me try the beautyrest smart pressure which isnt bad I must say, I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else either because honestly Ive been all over my area and havent found a better place.

Walked into Keene location just to do research. I wasnt expecting to buy even though I knew they were having a sale. I want make this clear I dont know Stanley (the man working there) but he knows his mattresses and he was so incredibly helpful - beyond helpful. Mattress firm needs to give him a bonus or send him on vacation or something lol. He asked me what brought me in and I told him I was looking bc I was going to be moving into apartment. He informed me I could take advantage of the sale and then have it delivered whenever! He then went on to ask me a bunch of questions. He took me through the showroom and had me lay down on numerous beds while asking me to state what I liked and what I didnt. When I ended with one I loved and worked for my hurt arm and back pain we started the purchase process. He made a call and got the bed I picked (not on sale) to a lowered sale price that had been apart of a previous promo. He saved me a couple thousand!!! I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I recently moved to Keene and was in quite a spot because my movers had not been able to get my box spring up to my new apartment. I was greeted by Tawnya and she told me that they had the perfect solution for me, and it was incredibly reasonably priced! While getting everything rung out, I had a wonderful conversation with them. They not only saved my butt with a box spring solution, but they made me feel very welcome to the area!

By far the best mattress buying experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor, take the 7 minute test they ask for. It made a world of difference in choosing a mattress. The team at Ash Brook Rd Mattress Firm were delightful. They were talkative and jovial, gave a good at-home feel. Joe was knowledgeable and Brenda was friendly. Theyre a good pair! We bought our King mattress and box spring and didnt have a problem. Joe even threw in an extra pillow when we bought the Beautyrest Legend! Fabulous time, fabulous team.

I ordered a mattress with the package that sets up the new mattress and removes the old mattress. The 2 rude delivery people refused to remove the old mattress because it was not listed in their delivery manifesto. Calling to speak to anyone was obnoxious. Finally got a hold of a sales associate that helped. Now I have an old mattress in my garage for a few days until your company picks it up.

My boyfriend and i where thinking about getting a new bed but, didnt really want a cheap bed that would only last a year or two. My boyfriend told me he went in to mattress firm and met with Tawnya and Joseph and that they really wanted the both of us to come in and check out what they had to offer!
