My husband and I have had such a wonderful experience here. They are honest, reliable, fastand the prices are great. We have saved hundreds of dollars going here. The atmosphere is nice and the employees seem to love their jobs and love their customers. I have come by with a flat tire and they have just filled it for me and looked at a latch on my trunk, just because I needed help. They are great people and Tristen is so friendly and knowledgeable. We moved to Manchester, NH recently and because we dont trust anyone but them, we still will be driving the hour and twenty minutes so they can work on our vehicle. Thank you so much guys!

Noticed that my signals werent working in my Toyota Highlander. With the heavy rain and a garage too full to get under the hood of the car under cover, I stopped at City Tire, as Ive been doing business with them for years. It had been a while though (over a year?). The manager listened to me say that maybe I had a bad fuse and ask if they could take a quick look. I could see they were closing soon, but he agreed to take a quick look to see if it was indeed a fuse issue. 10 min later, he came out, told me I had a loose connection which had been tightened, was all set now, and refused to accept any payment. Would have been happy to pay, but instead Im writing this review. Really appreciate your quick response and great service, thank you!

Its okay. The work they did was great. It was kind of busy when I was there and the customer service was lacking. Im saying that the business had a lot to do with that. But overall, that for the job done when they said they would!!!!

Quick easy and great prices

I use to take all my vehicles and then some time ago the prices went up and for a very long time I didnt come back.About a week ago I had found myself needing my winter tires mounted and balanced, with most places not accepting to do the job because they had calmed it would be a liability as I bought them online because my tire size is 165/65/14 and theyre expensive little buggers.Other places wanted up to 35$ per tire or more so I decide to call city tire figuring itd be a long shot, how wrong I was 60$ for mount and balance not to mention they took care of my old tires at absolutely no cost.I showed up a little early due to Christmas being around the corner, they took my car in almost straight way and I dont think I was there for more the 20 minutes to ½ hour max.Im glad I went there as this will be the only place I will take my car to from now on, my oil for 0-20 weight is going to 50 dollars which is the same as the dealership and 85 dollars for an alignment.Im a very fussy person who knows exactly how things should be done and because of that im not easy to please but these good ol boys didnt let me down, my grandfather was the same way and he came here up until he died, he too couldnt have been more pleased.If you want fast, professional, honest, in and out service, with a some what laid personnel with fair pricing then you neednt look any further because this is it.You can take my word on this if they can make a person like myself happy which they did I know youll be more then ecstatic.

My new wheels for my car we’re having issues with the sensors and connecting to my car that I bought second hand. I stopped here and Tristan and his crew were great. They had to manually pair the new wheels with my car. They even took it for a test ride to make sure everything was all set with the wheels. Everyone was friendly and the service was so fast. Will definitely be back and will recommend them for anyone looking for exceptional tire service!

Reading all those reviews, I was convinced to try this place.I really doubt it’s any good beyond tires and oil change. Think twice before going to this place, I would go to the dealership and pay more instead.

Brought my car in for an oil change and alignment, it was fast and cost a lot less than what I was expecting.Honest work, you don’t have to worry about work being done without your knowledge and then being surprised at the counter with it lol. My new go to.

Very poorly managed front desk and not attentive service guys.Rude guy Dave who is at front desk. I booked an appointments 2 days ago and never got a call back as he said once Truck load with tires are available on Wednesday. I was badly in need of tires replacement. Waited on Wednesday 9/12 till lunch and called up front desk to know that tires arrived & I can come in. Just for curiosity I asked when did the load come in and got the answer as in the morning. So this guy Dave not willing to call me & I went in and dropped the car for service.Later on around 3 pm got the call that vehicle is ready and I asked for a shuttle ride to come. Again the rude behavior. No response at all for it or at least no courtesy response. I have to arrange my own ride & this time avoided Dave and talked to other guy Bill who is reasonably okay. They told me that my spare/donor tire will go back to old spot (under the hood), but I found that it is lying in back of the vehicle.I asked Bill you havent put the donor tire back to the spot and he felt little weird backing up his service guys, told me that he will fix it, if I bring it next day morning. This is going to be my last visit and never want to see those guys faces again. I never went in the next day morning too and I did the donor tire by myself.

These guys are great! Friendly, informative, and remember your name. Like a local place should be, and definitely better than the other competition in town. Yeah, the parking lot and location might be small and inconvenient, but they offer shuttle service if you are local. Cant beat the pricing, and friendly dudes here.

Quality, honest work at fair prices and NO hidden fees! *Recommended*At inspection (with discount coupon) they found front wheel bearing play. Quoted $160. I had dashboard work that needed to be done at Quicklane Ford and they said they would match City. But Quicklane has a hidden ~10% add on fee. So I went with City.Upon taking the wheel apart they found the bearing was perfect and so repacked and replaced a seal. Total out-the-door cost was $60. That speaks volumes about a services honesty.

These men were very nice and friendly. I will be going back.

As a woman, I have previously felt uncomfortable going to automotive places and was always scared that I was going to be taken advantage of for not being knowledgeable about cars. Not at City Tire. They treat you with the utmost respect and always treat you as a valued customer. They are helpful, fast and reasonably priced. Bill Earley is always kind and willing to get you the best deal for what you need. I never have trouble making an appointment and leave feeling confident that my car issue was resolved. They got us in with a good deal a year ago. Now everytime we go there they are always trying to charge us more than we can afford, and they keep breaking stuff on our car costing us a lot more than we are prepared for.

Bill and his staff always treat me right.They are fast and less expensive than most everyone else.And getting my tires replaced or switched over for the winter doesnt take hours like the rest of the places in town.My wife and I will never go anywhere else for car repairs!

Got an oil change there.....I had hidden costs, as I needed synthetic oil vs. conventional oil. They were efficient in what they did, it was only a 20 minute wait...

I took my car to city tire in Keene New Hampshire.to get the oil changed as the person that normally does it was really busy.then my friend that does it did that for me.drained my old oil but could not get the oil filter off so put the clean oil.so i went back to city tire told them what happened they told me that does happen that when I needed my oil changed to go back there to get it done and they would order the plastic piece that if it broke they were going to charge me the $80.00 for there is no way i was going to pay that on top of my oil change.i will never take my car there again I got a hold of the main office number to call I lost that number so I called another number they refered me to the one in mass and they got my car in on Saturday and fixed what keene messed up
