I filled out a form online for information on getting my washing machine fixed, and got a reply within a couple hours from Jeff. He asked a few questions and helped me find the information he needed from the machine for service. As it turns out, they cant repair this model, however, I was super impressed that he took the time to get the information via email, vs. an expensive service call. Ill absolutely be over if I need to replace this washer!

Our repair tech Dave was excellent. He added a line and valve replacement to our refrigerator for ice and water. Very professional and was able to trouble shoot instantly. Now we finally have ice and water. I highly recommend Korvin without any reservations. Will use them again!

We have bought appliances from Korvin from years, primarily because their service is consistently exceptional. They go out of their way to help out and accommodate pressing needs and every employee we have encountered has been friendly, courteous, and competent. They did an excellent job delivering a large French door refrigerator today, dealing with tight spaces without so much as scratching a wall or door.

I made the mistake of buying appliances at big box stores. Poor quality and poorer customer service left me frustrated with a lot more money spent than if I had gone to Korvin in the first place. The team at Korvin is awesome! They know their products and they do what they say they will do. We had a broken drawer in our new refrigerator from Korvin. It’s less than a year old so I called them. They ordered the part and sent a Technician out to install it for us sooner than they had told me they would. Try calling for help when your big box store appliance breaks. When no one can help you, call Korvin. We’ve since bought a dishwasher, air conditioners and the new refrigerator from Korvin and are extremely pleased with them! Thanks Korvin!

These people sent someone to fix our washing machine and it still doesnt work. They dont seem to know what theyre doing or to be able to keep straight who theyre talking to or to care very much. Call someone else would be my advice.

I always try too shop local to keep business in town. If you buy from them you get friendly service and they have parts in stock if you need anything. You can get it cheaper on Amazon or big box stores but no service! Cheap fast or good you can only pick two!

I never think of going anywhere but Korvin when I need an appliance. The customer service is above excellent. Taking my business to someone local is important to me. I know if I have a problem they will take care of it ASAP. They appreciate my business and show it. They deserve more then five stars.

My Bosch dishwasher developed a quirk where half the time it would quit working for no good reason. I spoke to Jeff in the service dept, who gave me several suggestions, one being, unplug its for half an hour. Wow, its working great again. One the comments Jeff made during all this is when he look up the device on line was Wow, its only 7 years old, you should be able to get more years out of it yet He could have just as easily sighed and told me my dishwasher was not repairable, and I would likely have believed him. Gotta love helpfulness and integrity

Forget Home Depot and other big companies! My fiance and I had a terrible experience with Home Depot when we tried to order and receive a washing machine from them. We ended up canceling that order and called Korvin Appliance. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice, and best of all, they had the washing machine we wanted available in store and same day delivery (same price as what we paid at Home Depot)! The two delivery men came earlier than the time they gave us (after calling me to verify if it was okay with us, which it was), and they were very quick and efficient in unloading and installing it. They were professional and gave us additional advice for how to maintain the washing machine and prevent pipe corrosion.

Best appliance store in the area. Very good variety, name brands, and excellent customer service and excellent repairmen.

I called Dave at Korvin Appliance to have a problem with my washer and dryer fixed. Dave said that he would order the parts (based on an over the phone diagnosis) and would give me a call to schedule the repair when the part came in. He was good to his word and less than a week later I received a call from Dave. He sent a young man by the name of Brian to repair my appliances. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the repair work Brian did. He obviously knew his way around my washer and dryer because in less than an hour, both appliances were repaired to like-new condition. Brian was professional, polite, informative, and an expert technician. I hope that Korvin holds onto this young man because he is as good as technicians come. Korvin has had my business for well over 10 years and with the high quality of service they provide, they may count on my continued business.

The best test of how a business Is run, is how the behave towards their small customers, not their big spending ones. I only called in by chance, for a $5 part, but they treated me with such respect youd swear I was buying a whole new kitchen. On that front, their prices seemed VERY competitive. We need to keep brick and mortar stores like this, in business.... so try them first, before you head to the big box stores or Amazon. (Im assuming) youll get great advice and service, which will more than make up for the (very) few bucks you may save.PS. Ive never been in the store before, nor know any of their staff/owners. This review is totally unsolicited. i just think good people should succeed, especially when they have so much competition.

The service was great and we have done business with Korvins in the past. They are very honest and dependable. The men that delivered our appliances were very pleasant and professional. A great experience. It was a pleasure doing business with Korvins and I would highly recommend them.

Bought a Maytag dishwasher (model MDB4949SDZ). Shane was very knowledgeable and helpful. Price was right. And, most important, the dishwasher is amazing. Cycle is a bit long, but its quiet, and the dishes are cleaner than I could have imagined. Clean, crystal clear, dry. I cant imagine what other machines have to offer that this one doesnt.

All that is best about a locally owned business. Vetted appliances, knowledgeable staff.
