Completely disinterested in helping my husband find a washer/dryer, which we were ready to purchase today. It almost seemed as though the salesperson was annoyed that he called. It’s really disappointing to be treated this way when you try to support local businesses. Fortunately, another local appliance company was more than happy to walk us through some options and we are more than happy to spend our money with them.

Buyer beware: If you live in Vermont and purchase any Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances from the Keene store, they will not provide service for future repairs. They will probably direct you to the store in Brattleboro, who are unable to provide repair for Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances for reasons that remain unclear.

I called their repair guy a week later he got back to me ! The call dropped and never heard back ! So I decided to buy a new one and to this day no one has called back ! Mannys was friendly and very helpful ! I will not shop there ever again

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Took over a month for unit to be delivered. Took over a month for a tech to come out to look at the lock mechanism. Owners dont really care and blamed it on staffing. Avoid this scam

Went looking for stackable washer and dryer... Had best prices in town. Salesman was friendly, helpful and not pushy.

Will be happy to buy from them again. After a bad delivery experience w fridge from Lowes where they went to the wrong house and never called me, I decided to try a small appliance store. Sales staff very helpful. Delivery day comes and I have a very sick dog, no time to take food out of old fridge and wasnt home. Delivery team took care of everything, unasked, and when I returned home late in the day even found all my food put neatly back in the new fridge. Felt good, like friends or family would treat you.

These people dont stand behind what they sell you... I had a electrical problem with a stove I bought here; was told a tech would come out and look at it only they never came, and instead was then told to just call Whirlpool. I dont recommend anyone to go there!

Terrible, terrible service (none, really); surly, unhelpful, rude employees, high prices, total disinterest in the customer. There is no need ever to shop here. Ive never seen a worse attitude in a store. Its like they dont even want your business.
