Saad and Kelvin our two amazing employees at this location, my phone transfer from sprint to T-Mobile was such a tedious and very long process, but they pushed through and made it happen. They made sure I did not leave until I was satisfied with my service and I was 100% satisfied and understood How situations like this can be a very long process. I was very patient and they were patient as well even though they were stressed because things didn’t work out so smoothly. they worked until after closing time to make sure things are done correctly And I appreciate that.

I love this store. The manager not only took care of me but help me get a deal. He was helpful answered all my questions and didnt try to sell me items I didnt need like other T-Mobile stores ( cough teterboro) I was extremely happy with the service. Ive noticed that the reviews are mixed I will say this the wait could be long but its worth it. The care and dedication each person has working there makes me glad Im still with T-Mobile. We need more managers that are willing to take care of customers.

The Store wasn’t open at 10 am like it supposed to be, there was no sign explaining why.

Ive had several bad experiences at this store, the latest, i buy a new phone and pay it in full. I explain that im paying it in full because i dont want extra charges on my phone, next thing i know i have 2 lines added to my account and my bills go up like $60...

Be very careful with this guy Joel, he will try to add extra hidden CHARGES.DISHONEST!! We got a new phone and he gave us the screen protector and case, according to him, it was free but we we called on the next day after the purchase to Mobile costumers services, this dishonest Joel charged us 80.00. I never had this kind of issue in this location, but from now on, I wont TRUST anyone. We went back to the store and this guy Joel, wrote on the notes,that we are returning the products like we bought and now we didnt want,which is not the case,hope his manager read this comment and do something about it!! He tried to steal our money!! I dont think Mobile are training them for this kind of frauds/scams.

I was just in this store a guy named benny helped my mom out with a new phone treated her like family I was very happy. Helped with the price was on hold with customer service for a while to find out why my next pay cost is high I didnt even know but he was honest explained everything to my mom and was very patient with her Im definitely coming back to this store for benny for all my purchases.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would.I have never witnessed a customer being so mistreated as I did today. The employee Rashawn mistreated, cursed, and threatened a customer. Rashawn was so violent that the Kearny cops needed to intervene. Everyone present felt terrorized by this t-mobile employee including the employee working with him who would not say a word. DO NOT COME TO THIS T-MOBILE STORE or you might run the risk of Rashawn threatening your life and no way to find out as he claims t-mobile cameras do not work in this store.

This store does not have sim cards of their own carrier. Very well-prepared employees and really poor management. How does a carrier company retail store not own their own sim card. Go to other stores. People who are so poorly prepared for such simple thing wont be able to provide you with anything. Save your time and money.

Armando castro after reading your review you are wrong about my sales rep benny he does look out for customers and explains things to a tee for a customer to understand everything explained and gives you a set price on everything for the monthly cost never had a problem on my bill ever working with him. if you cant pay your bill on time or donot have enough to pay for something then donot take the deals that you cant afford. i never had a problem working with him always goes a bat for me as a customer and gives me acceptional service. even got me a 300.00 credit on something i was still being charged on my account that was supposed to be resolved months ago and it was never by tmobile customer care benny got that squared away. so armando castro watch your mouth about my sale rep you broke and you the charlatan for not being able to pay for something you cant afford. i love going to to the tmobile store they rock always have good energy upon me arriving for all my needs

Literally give NO stars, i went in 7/24/18 for just a simple yes or no answer to a question, was not even acknowledged while walking in. There were 2 associates there, looked at me didnt say a word, i stood there waiting while one spoke to a customer that was already there and the other associate walked out of the store, still 8 mins later not acknowledged, i walked right out of the store. Very unproffesional.

When they offered me the product they told me that I was going to pay an amount and when the invoices arrive, it is much more you have to pay ... and when you look more deeply at the subject of your invoices, you are surprised that they put you Many things that you never asked for and you got into a problem because disaffiliation of them is very expensive ... before doing business with that store read all the charges well because to sell they speak to you in the best way but once they sold their product do not try to solve anything.

Well the truth is that I do not recommend this experience to anyone whenever you go to seek assistance, what they tell you is that you have to call 611 because they cannot provide the service, when you have already called and the operator has directed you to one of its closest stores then you have to call 611 and put it on the phone then they are forced to assist you.
