Patio1 has a large amount of furniture in a showroom that is well organized and very clean. Kevin and Shari are very knowledgable about products and are eager to help customers. Would highly recommend Patio1 if you are searching for top notch quality outdoor furniture.

Kevin earned every one of these five stars. My husband and I went to another store and decided we wanted to buy a cantilever umbrella. They didnt have the one we wanted in stock so today I had the pleasure of going to Patio 1. Kevin showed me the difference in features between all the cantilevers (and more!). After a bit of back and forth via text with my husband, we then explored 11 stand alone umbrellas.... to 6 stand alone... with different colored framing... different types of bases... after 2+ hours in the store, we had a lot to think about. During the time there, Kevin was very knowledgeable on brand, quality, warranty and many other details. He was also very patient and listened to every question I had. I left with a quote sheet with multiple options to review. I left the store not buying anything. He at no point pressured me into buying. Merely shared information and allowed me as the consumer to decide what was best for my family.Thank you Kevin for being such a wonderful helper today. Looking forward to our new umbrellas and will be referring many friends to you in the future.

Very clean store, and glad they are still enforcing masks and hand sanitization. Kevin was very friendly, helpful and thorough, he made great suggestions. Only place that still has inventory and will be able to get all the furniture before our function date. We will be coming back to add alot more.

We initially left the store as the sales associate Pamela refused to sell us the furniture after she made an error in the sales price and pieces available. The sales price was correct, Pamela made multiple errors and was unable to perform simple math. Pamela was then out of nowhere extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and ended up offending and upsetting my wife and kids with her extraordinary behavior. Not to be disheartened by this extremely unprofessional lady, my wife, kids and I returned and asked to work with another associate, Sarah and Jake were on hand and more than friendly, helpful, informative and kind. Sale made, my wife and I more than happy with the look, quality and feel of the furniture.

I came to the store because I was looking to make my backyard hospitable. I was helped by someone named Kevin. He was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and a great consultant. I was extremely satisfied with his advice and now I cant hanging out in my backyard.
