No greeting. No acknowledgement. No offer of assistance. I was the only customer in the store and might as well have been invisible. I saw some printed vinyl that I liked, but decided to just order it online.

Great customer service and helped me with all my questions. Even customers chimed in on some of my questions. Over all good environment will be back 👍

I usually love this place but it says they open at 10am. It is posted on their door saying they open at 10 for their holiday hours but no one is here. Six customers were waiting outside and we all had to leave because no one ever came. We tried calling and no one picked up and you couldnt leave a voicemail. Sadly, I had to go somewhere else.

No greeting as I entered the store, but I noticed the young lady spoke acknowledged the next person coming in the store . As I walked around she pass by me so I said to her Im doing fine, thank you and you but she never said a word .Then as I approach the register she says your telephone number, Second opportunity to say how are you ? Did you find everything you needed., but still nothing customer service out the window. I paid for my items then she says thank you . Customer service means alot, take care of your customers they can always shop somewhere else .Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter .

I’m not sure if the number on here is the correct number but I’ve been calling back to back and still no answer. I placed an online preset yesterday morning for store pick up and when I got there @ 3:50 pm no one was in the store. I bought from here cause I heard good things. I called again and still no answer and I need my vinyl ASAP poor customer service

Michelle is so great to have apart of your team. Product is good. I come here when I dont have time to order online. I wish they fix the the option to order online & pick up in store. With the sales they are doing each day this week I missed out on yesterday due to this issue. No need to pay $8 for shipping when the option to pick up is there but not functioning.

The customer service is amazing at this place. There is a variety of vinyl to choose from but I do wish to see more products with various shades of colors and I think the prices are a bit higher than some other places. You can find same vinyl at Harwin Drive in Houston for a bit less but CSDS is the closest to me.Overall, great customer service, great products, 4 out of 5.

They always have good service here. Vinyl and blanks are definitely way more expensive then you can get online, but that is to be expected from a store front. If you need something in a pinch this is a great place to go. They have a great selection of 651 and HTV in all styles and colors. They also have an excellent selection of patterned vinyl as well. CSDS also has a nice rewards program too so you can be earning money back every time you buy.I especially love that they are kid friendly. Many people who do this as a business are stay-at-home moms who are earning extra income; this is a great place because they have a childs corner in the back with a few toys to keep kids entertained while parents shop. They also give out vinyl stickers most of the time which my kids love.

I’ve been to this store several times now but yesterday was probably one one my worse experiences in retail dealing with the young lady named Lauren Farr, per my receipt. For starters I was looking for 5 colors of vinyl and the young lady walked right up beside me and started adjusting vinyl on the shelf next to me and never bothered to speak so I said “ and how are you doing today?” She replied “oh, just getting this vinyl together, you know how it slides”. Never offered to help me find anything or even spoke back for that matter.I walked to the register where she had her back turned and asked where do I check out and she pointed out the fact that I had a wrong color vinyl ( that she could’ve helped me find while standing next to me) and when she gave my receipt she made sure to point out the return /exchange policy but never asked if I wanted to use my points or never bothered to tell me how many points I accrued with that purchase. I guess the return policy is greater than a repeat customer knowing they have credit to spend. The store is overall good product wise but I’d much rather spend my money where I’m appreciated as a customer.

This place is bomb dot com. Employees are always ready to help and answer as many questions you may have. If they dont know the answer they will find some one who does. They offer loyalty points and always have sales. I mean this place is vinyl heaven . The amount of printed patterns is amazing. You wont find that any where else.

CSDS always has exactly what I am looking for. They are very knowledgeable on the items they carry, and are very willing to share their knowledge with all customers. They will order items for you if they are out (but they’ve always had exactly what I’m looking for). Great customer service and great prices.

They carry a wide variety of adhesive vinyl and heat transfer vinyl. There is also an assortment of shirts and other items to decorate. They have vinyl crafting supplies too. Ive always been treated kindly by knowledgeable staff. The store is open 7 days a week.

They offer free stuff along with your purchase. The vinyl they sell is one of the best available, according to my wife. If she ever needs good vinyl, and do not have time to order online, this is her go-to. The restroom is also very clean, heh. Highly recommend.

This place has so much to offer, so many different vinyl with print. Everything is label it’s supper neat in there. There was two employees there a lady she was in the back, and a man at the register, he wasn’t rude but he was friendly either. I think this team needs more friendly customers service. To just ask if I need help if I look lost. It was my first time there at the store clearly I know I was misplaced in that store. The customer service is just NOT welcoming. Not sure if I will return maybe I will look for another hidden gem.!

Love this store, the girls are always so nice when I come. Marie is the besttt shes so helpful and informative! I do wish that they had their stuff in stock more often, they run out of things a lot which makes it inconvenient if you sell on Etsy & Amazon & have orders you need to get out. Thats about the only thing I dont like.

Wont ever go here again. No one said hello, no one offered any help, and the lady that was there kept walking to the door looking outside for someone or something. I was ready to check out and she was more worried about changing the music that she was playing. Then all she said was phone number, I gave it to her and then said Ive never been here, then she said well thats not going to work. Looked irritated the entire time and proceeded to ask for all my info. (I knew what it was for because a friend recommended this place bc of the point system) but she did not tell me anything. When she started scanning everything she was irritated bc the bar codes were in different directions. Then when I asked her about the point system, her answer was “thats why I asked for your information” and didnt explain it at all. So then I asked well how does it work. Then she decided to tell me. I forgot her name, but did remember her ID saying store manager and all I could think was wow...what rude customer service, wont be coming here even if i rack up points.

The ladies were very helpful. I just love that place.

Everything is pretty much overpriced compared to what you can get off of Harwin. The establishment is nice and there is a good selection of products.

Great brick and mortar store to get a huge selection of vinyl. You CAN do those last minute projects. The staff dont treat all customers the same which is the reason for only 2 stars.

Very nice store for all your shirt making needs. They even have Oracal 651 outdoor vinyl as we own a sign company and sometimes when we run short when were working on a project on the weekend and other sign supply companies are closed CSDS VINYL is open and fills the need. Very friendly staff too.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff that helped my wife out. They took the time to answer loads of questions and give advice on how to proceed with a project.

I wanted to try this place out because its so close to me. They have a great selection, but their HTV prices are 25-60% more than Im used to paying. That might be worth it to not drive all the way down to Harwin just for one thing, but bring cash! Theres a $10 minimum to use a debit card! EDIT: Theyve gotten rid of the minimum for debit cards.

Workers are very helpful. Good selection of HTV and other vinyl. Plenty of different tops and other items you can buy to add vinyl foo. Parking is easy.

The staff at this location is rude and unprofessional. My family and I walked in to buy vinyl and no one acknowledged us. I even stood by the register and one of the associates by the door didnt say anything. When I walked away to find some vinyl she came and asked another woman if she was ready. When I finally checked out I asked to sign up for tax exemption. The last time I visited they said I needed my sales tax permit. I brought it this time and was told I needed to bring a copy. I asked if they had a copier and she said no (I dont know any storefront business that doesnt have a copier). I found this strange because Im registered at the location in Tomball and I didnt have to bring an original or a copy. The associate then proceeded to tell me about a wholesale program and then asked me if that made sense, as if I was incompetent. Me and my family were offended. Needless to say I will never visit this location again.
