Nice selection and kind staff. The prices are great because it is an outlet but some of the items can be close to original price so I would suggest checking the tags or asking a staff member. Store is kept clean and professional. This location isnt too busy but can get more traffic during peak hours. Highly suggest!

Awesome deals on mens jeans, pants and flannels! (40-60% off) Helpful sales people! Neat, tidy, organized store. Teacher discount is given as well, nice added bonus for the pocketbook 😊. JCrews clothes are well made, true to size, fit beautifully. Will shop there again in the future.

They have very misleading promotions. When we entered they advertised that you would take an additional 70% off clearance item when you purchased four or more. This would be on top of the 60% off the lowest price. This was a phenomenal deal and we did some serious shopping. However, when we went to pay, they switched it so that it was only 70% off when you bought four or more or 60% off when you buy three or less. Their advertising was worded very differently from how they applied it. So be very, very careful. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Large outlet store with deals that move in and out fast. Employees are busy so help can be sparse.

Great deals. Located at the Eagan Premium Outlet Mall. I would recommend coming during the week because the weekend can be crazy and the fitting rooms packed. But the best deals can be on the weekends. I love J Crew, so I would recommend the outlet.

Pretty decent outlet brand that you can catch with some discounts. I dont think they get any items from mainline J.Crew - this is a completely outlet brand with a drop in quality and prices. Decent items though.

Very good store with good collection for men and women and kids.Friendly customer support.Very good pricing and good deals at the store all the time.The collection most of the time is limited and little older than the regular JCrew store

Great clothes at great prices! I normally never shop at J Crew because I cant afford it, but I was shocked when I saw the deals they were having at this outlet. Very awesome.

High prices for an outlet store, but good quality apparel. Check the J. Crew Factory website price and use coupons if you want the best possible deal, but come to the store if you need to try it on first.

Fabulous deals. Got a down vest for $25 (original $100+). The staff is friendly and the store is clean.
