Highly recommended!! I didn’t get the worker’s name unfortunately, but he was very efficient & swift with my iPhone X battery replacement. He stated it would be an hour, however my phone was ready in less than 15 mins. He even showed me some other issues with the phone that I wasn’t aware of. Phone is holding a charge now, I will be returning for any needed repairs.

Very recommended. My phone is a Xiaomi phone (very uncommon around here) and although they dont have the spare part to fix the phone, they helped me check the source of the problem and provide a solution. I followed their suggestion and got it working again.

Absolutely recommend. I shattered my screen some time ago, and got something in it recently that turned the entire screen black. I was helped immediately and received my phone back the next day. There were some issues with the touch screen, but when I went back I was recognized and the issue was taken care of quickly. Excellent service!

The only thing this place can offer is pricing and customer service. Yes, their pricing is a bit cheaper than other places, but for a reason. I got my screen replaced, and the only thing that needed to be fixed was a cracked screen, and although the gentleman was super friendly, the quality of the screen is abysmal. I now have discoloration when I turn my brightness down, my phone glitches and isn’t as sensitive to touch or calibrated. I never had the issues even when my screen was cracked. I honestly would just get your screen fixed at an Apple or Samsung store.

I took my apple watch to get the cracked screen repaired and it took 4 days for them to repair it. when I called to see what the deal was they said that the screen was fixed and it turned on but it was calibrated and the touch screen wasnt working. I would have appreciated a call about it for I could have expected it to take longer than normal. I have the watch back, since I use it a lot for workouts and for work, but the problem now is that the exercise activity rings are messed up. The calories now say minutes, on Friday apparently I worked out for an hour when in reality I said at my desk majority of the day. there is no way to fix the problem now because it now messed up my iPhone activity app. I should have gone to the apple store to get it fixed if I would have known it was going to act like this. I am frustrated and overwhelmed with this whole situation to the point where I wouldnt come back to the place again. I am wasting more time and money towards something that should have been solved correctly.

I took my phone to their place, and I got it water damaged and they overpriced it way too much. When I asked for their price they said it would be $150 to repair the phone for water damage. I think in my opinion that is way too overpriced because for an iPhone SE you could just buy another one with about that much money. There was no point win their customer service was horrible. Worst tech shop in Houston.

I had my Samsung Note 8 repaired. It needed new glass on the front and back and something else with the display also had to be repaired but Sam fixed it all in one day. We were having dinner with friends and couldnt get there before they closed. Sam told us to stop by on our way home. We were able to pick it up an hour after they were supposed to be closed. The price was reasonable. Im very happy with the work and my phone looks like new. I will definitely use them again if I need a phone fixed.

I brought in my galaxy s10 to change the screen on Sunday at 7:30 when it was closing time and he still took it in and fixed it in about 30 minutes . Amazing service . Even took the time to charge it back up and make sure to calibrate and make sure the screen worked.

Very good service for my cell on first visit about a year ago. They were late arriving to open the store on day I was to pick it up. Went today to bring my laptop and discovered that the place wasnt open at 12:34 despite hours on google stating they open at 12pm. This place seems to have a problem with opening for business on time.

Thought I had a cracked screen and it was going to bee very expensive. He looked at it and found it was only a screen protector that cracked. Didnt cost me anything. Recommend.

All I can say is WOW! Got a quote over the phone to repair my charge port which became really loose and the charging cable would just fall out. The phone just wouldnt charge at all. Because of past experiences with cell phone repair, I was afraid it would take long to get it fixed, especially since my phone is a bit rare in the U.S. When I took it in, the attendant even mentioned that it may be a bit difficult to source parts for it. But after a brief inspection, he told me to return in about 1hr. I came back and the price stayed the same as the quote and my phone was fixed. My cell phone is how I make a living and I believe the price was reasonable. Im extremely impressed and satisfied with the speed and quality of work. WOW!

I had a severely damaged Note 10 that I needed information transferred from and Sam & Ali were able to do that without any problems. The charging port was damaged & couldnt be fixed but they charged the old phone enough for me to transfer my data. Great service, my new go-to for phone repair. Every other shop in the area wanted over $200 sight unseen for glass repair on my Note8 citing the need for a new LCD. Only this guy would entertain a glass only fix, he checked it out to confirm the LCD was ok and its perfect now. Also he gave me a great deal on the chance it wouldnt be same-day service... it was done in 4 hours.
