Very helpful people here! They helped me get some tough stains out of my nicer work clothes. They also recommended me to a competitor of theirs when they didnt have a seamstress who could help me repair some damaged clothing. I think that speaks volumes and I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I dropped off 2 dresses in the morning and got it back the next day at no extra charge. Their prices were very reasonable and affordable. Customer service was polite, professional, and understanding of my needs. The quality of the dry cleaning was great. No chemical scent or residue left on my clothes. I would definitely use them again.

I brought in a white blazer that I thought was beyond repair (it had been washed with dark colors and was a blue/grey color)! I dropped it off and it was ready the next day and I was shocked at how good it looked! It was as if it was brand new. I am definitely going to be using this location again and highly recommended!

First time user of Lapels. I’ve used other dry cleaners in the past with mediocre results regarding my shirts. There was always an annoying creased rectangular shape on the bottom front of all my shirts. I was told that it was due to my shirts being xxl size. Not at Lapels!!! Excellent customer service, great value, convenient location and hours. Highly recommend Lapels off 1463 and Cinco Ranch.

I brought them my white comforter on my bed which was turning a bit brown with dirt and was covered in my dog hair. They mentioned it would take about a week and I dropped it off Sunday and got it back Wednesday. I looks so white like i just bought it. Thanks so much!

I would not recommend this place! I took my comforter in and they permanently stained it with black ink! I brought it home and was excited to have a clean comforter. BUT as I am doing my bed thats when I noticed all the ink stains through out the comforter. I took it back right away! I tell the lady in the front what I seen and she goes to the back to talk to the owner Komal Patel and I can hear her saying that its impossible for that to happen I understand mistakes happen but they couldnt admit it. I asked for my money back but they insisted to clean it off. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them keep it. I was told they would have it ready by the next day and that they will call me. Next day comes & I did not receive a call....then another whole day goes by and still no call. So I call them 5 times 10 min before closing time and they did not answer any of my calls. I drive there and the owner is casually talking on the phone! She told me she inspected the comforter and that the ink stains were gone. I come home and the ink stains are still there! Not as noticeable as they were at first but noticeably enough! Not a good experience. 0 stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has HORRIFIC customer service. My now husband took his brand new, never worn, custom suit to have dry cleaned to wear for our wedding day. The suit jacket and vest were badly stained. My husband immediately took the suit back to show them, and the lady at the counter called the owner, and said you know the blue suit making it obvious they were aware they messed it up and blatantly decided to not say anything upon pick up. They then offered to try to fix it, however they werent able to get it back to its original condition. And then the miserable woman had the audacity to ask my husband which thrift store he bought his suit from. Again the suit was custom, brand new, and even has his last name stitched on the inside. They did not take accountability for their mistake, they did not even attempt to offer to pay for the suit or even refund us for their service, in fact they tried to make him pay for their sad attempt to fix it. Their customer service is straight up appalling. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Dropped a few pieces off on a Monday to be pressed & baby clothes to be cleaned & preserved. Picked up the clothes that were pressed on the Friday. 2 of the shorts looked in almost the same condition I brought them in. Still had wrinkles on the front & back. Complete waste of money. The baby clothes, the lady said she was checking to see how they would need to be cleaned & preserved. I followed up a week later & she said she would contact me by the end of the week, nothing had been done to the clothes yet. She did not contact me so I called the following week & still nothing. She claimed the process takes a month. The clothes had been there 3 weeks & she was claiming it would be another 4 weeks. Before they lost or ruined the clothes, I went back & pick them up. Poor service & no attention to detail. There are much better dry cleaners in the area.

Good service overall

I came in Wednesday morning to alter my pants and dry clean my shirt for my early Saturday morning graduation. The staff were so kind and patient and made sure I had great service. Friday when I went to pick it up, they had my shirt perfectly cleaned, but they didnt have my pants yet from the seamstress. So, one of the main ladies there (I would guess?) told me she would 100% make sure she would get it to me before Saturday. After the place closed, she went to the seamstress, got my pants, and called me at 10 pm to deliver the pants to me herself! Such great dedication and amazing service, not to mention the quality of the work was amazing. 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Dropped off a couple of pairs of jeans at 6:00 on Friday and needed them back with heavy starch by noon Saturday. They had them ready for me at 11:30, and even gave me a courtesy cal to let me know they were ready. Great customer service and went above and beyond to take care of me.

I dropped off a pair of jeans to get patched in September, I got an email about a week later saying they were ready. I went to pick up the jeans and the cost was roughly $35, but the quality of the work was not comparable. I sent the jeans back saying that if I’m paying $35 for that patchwork, it needs to at least be seamless. (It literally looked like a 5 year old did it.) I never got another call or email, so I just stopped in routinely to check on the jeans and was told every time that they were still working on them. After THREE months of me stopping in weekly, they were finally ready. The patchwork was significantly better, but still not all that great but I had lost hope in Lapels at that point (obviously). I explained to the lady that this has been going on for over 3 months, and that I felt a discount was necessary. The (new) employee called her manager stating that I wanted a discount, and the manager only offered me a 20% discount... After 3 months of them “working” on this ONE pair of jeans, I got about a $6 discount... Extremely lousy work and customer service. Also, they charge about $3.50 more per item than my new cleaners... For whoever else is frustrated with this Lapels and reads this whole rant, check out RG Cleaners on Katy Flewellen Rd !!!

Dropped off clothes on Monday. Came Friday afternoon to pick them up and was told the credit card machine was down and she asked me to come back later. Went back at 6:50, 10 min before closing and asked if CC machine was back up. (Different employee) told me it was never down. She took my slip and card and came back out to tell me she couldn’t process because she had closed the register. I said “you close the register before the store closes?” She says “I was counting.” Can’t wait to get my clothes back on my third attempt (hopefully) and NEVER do business here again! First and last experience!

I had to drop off a few pair of work pants last minute, on a Saturday and this was the only place that welcomed me with no problem. She even waited 30 minutes for me to drive there and pressed my pants same day (very uncommon). It was already after 1pm and I needed them done by Sunday to head out of town for Monday. Now, thats what you call superb service!!!! Very impressed and pants were pressed in less than 1 hour. I am a very appreciative customer and will be back. The only cleaners in town that went above and beyond to help me. Very professional. Thank you!

Easy to work, and customer staff is very professional and friendly. Have been using their service for about a month and became a VIP member. You can easily drop a bag with your clothes and they will take care of the rest. Great experience and customer service so far.

I dont know if this is a good dry cleaners or not because the two times I have tried to go I waited, and waited, and waited for someone to come up front and never saw anyone. Both times I have waited for probably 10 minutes. There were a bunch of people working in the back today and one of them even looked right at me. She just kept on working. There are way too many choices around here for dry cleaners so Ill just move on!

Terrible service. I dropped off my dress on Thursday morning and was told it will be ready Saturday morning. I showed up there Saturday by noon and was told the dress was not ready and will be ready after 4. I had an even at 4pm that I needed the dress for. I left but turned back because I decided to not dryclean anymore . When I went back 5 mins later to pick the dress up and tell them not to clean it anymore, they told me the dress was going to be ready in 10 mins. They claimed they dry-cleaned my dress in 10 mins. All they did was press the dress. The armpit was the reason I had dropped it for cleaning due to deodorant stain. The stain and the smell were still there. Very unprofessional service. The last time, we found iron marks on a suit we had dry cleaned. Will never go back there again.

Overpriced and awful customer service! I took 2 shirts in to have alteration done to have a slimmer fit in the waist area only and was charged $43. Mind you this was only the waist and not chest/sleeves etc. I have paid alot less to have more done. Not to mention I was promised to have the shirts done on a certain day, due to having a fuction to attend and never got a call to pick up. I called and they were already closed, so I have to wjere a different shirt to my function. They apologized and gave me a coupon for $5 off the next time. Unfortunately there will be no next time. Should have given me $5 off the $43 for the headache. I do not recommend this place.

Great service dry cleaning service. I always try drop off or pick up in the morning hours to be helped by Fabiola (I think thats her name) who knows her job well. Everytime I tried PM hours the staff was slow or apparently not well trained.

Service quality could be better but the manager explained they were going through some staff shortages. Hopefully that’s corrected and we see some improvements soon.

Everytime I go they cannot find my items. I have to set at least 20 minutes aside to wait for the hunt. On a few occasions when they found them, they weren’t done- don’t go.

I took my business somewhere else. Not a happy customer who spent a lot of money.
