Save yourself a headache! Unless you enjoy terrible service, I recommend shopping elsewhere. We had to make THREE trips back to this place to get the right product that we purchased. There is no customer service and the sales team is rude.

This specific location provided outstanding customer service. From the time I walked in the store I was acknowledged and properly greeted right away by all staff. Christian was very helpful and took his time showing different models. He even gave us very good deal even though went a week after Black Friday.

When arriving at the store I first noticed how clean it was. I was greeted kindly as I walked in and was asked if I needed any help. I did in fact have some questions which Christian was happy to answer for me. He showed me around the store explaining the products but the temperpedic is was caught my eye. He showed me all the different mattresses and how they were different and for what reasons. Very knowledgeable! He seemed to be very organized as was the store itself! Finally, after finding a few mattresses I wanted, he helped me find the one just for me AND he gave me a deal! I’ve used my temperpedic mattress for about a week now and I haven’t slept like this since I was a teenager. I recommend shopping at this store to my family and friends!

Update: 11 months after buying a 3k mattress, I have developed excruciating back pain from the mattress. Called the store and they wont do anything at all for me. They wont exchange, they wont do anything. I purchased a warranty but apparently they cant find it on their screen. Customer service here is a joke if something goes wrong. Im 30 and have never had back pain in my life. I now do thanks to a mattress that was way too expsensive! The manager suggested I sell my mattress of FB and then come back in to purchase again. Yeah, right buddy, yeah right. Just beware of you purchase here they seemed so nice when we bought but afterwards they dont care at all once they have made the sale. Was totally fooled into thinking this was a good store. Wont be coming back to any mattress firm, ever. Hated the customer service that really does not exist.

Extremely happy. Great service from sales staff helping me pick out a new mattress. Did not try to up-sell me once I picked out a mattress on the lower end of the cost spectrum. Delivery guys were great too. Very prompt and very professional. Made sure they had a mat laid down on my front porch and that they were wearing booties inside the hose.
