We purchased our bed and base over a week ago at this location. So far Im disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof, not specifically in regards to my experience in the store but in trying to modify my order. Ive been trying to upgrade my order to an adjustable base. Apparantly this can not be accomplished in the store. I was told by my Sales Rep that only customer service can do it.. Not only is it near impossible to get a hold of anyone in customer service, when I finally did, we were disconnected and the rep did not call me back. I chatted with a rep at SN on their website who promised a call back, still nothing. Left my phone number several times for a call back when I called, still nothing. If I ever do get a call back Im really inclined to simply cancel. So frustrated and dont understand how a business can operate in such a manner. If Im spending a few thousand on a purchase and wanting to spend even more, I would expect that the experience would be much better. All I can do is SMH.

No one in customer service can explain why it takes so long to get your bed. It has been almost a month. They cancelled my delivery due to weather (even though it didnt rain) I had to email customer service just to be able to speak with someone. Worse experience making a purchase.

About the service: Our experience was excellent thank you to Mr. Joseph. He was was very professional, very knowledgeable about the different products, very patient and super friendly. He showed us the different options and guided based on our needs and preferences. We never felt like he was in a rush or pushing us in any particular direction. Thank you Mr. Joseph you certainly made us enjoy the visit and the selection process.About the product: We are truly impressed with the Sleep Number products. We had an idea of the functionality but we got a lot more than what we thought. We are super excited about our i10 selection and looking forward to a much better sleep in the years to come.

Great products and sales associates are very friendly. Kind of felt like we had to fish for information at times but the main reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was we were given an expected delivery date (over a month out) and told they would call the next week to let us know if they would be able to expedite delivery and we never heard back.

When I purchased the mattress, I assumed delivery in a day or two. I wasnt told it would ship from the NW. It has been almost a week with delivery a few days out. It was implied that the warehouse would move it right away and was local. Really disappointed with what seems to be a situation where they took my order and then made the bed. I could have purchased a bed at Gallery Furniture and received delivery that same day.

Joseph the Sales Representative was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining the difference between Sleep Number and other mattresses. He was not pushy and we walked out feeling extremely informed and well positioned to make a decision in the near future.

We had a great experience at Sleep Number Bed in Katy. Brandon was our salesman. He is very knowledgeable about all the features and technology in a Sleep Number bed. There was no pressure and he gave us his undivided attention. His primary goal was to help us find a solution that worked for our needs. I highly recommend the Sleep Number location in Katy if you are looking for a new bed.

Horrible! We bought a Sleep Number bed 2 weeks ago and paid $9,000. Was confirmed a delivery date and time frame. That morning we gave away our old bed. The day of delivery, about an hour before the end of the time window we receive a call that the bed will not be delivered and is re scheduled for 2 weeks out. We now have no bed to sleep on (we already gave ours away) and they had the audacity to say they will credit us $100 to buy a blow up mattress. My husband and I have back problems, the reason we bought the sleep number. We talked to several people at different departments and no one seems to care. We are now having to find a place to either spend the night to sleep or find a mattress ASAP. Customer service is awful, they don’t care about their customers, we will be getting a full refund.

Today we found out that our Sleep Number remote was missing. I called Sleep Number to ask for suggestions and they were very gracious and lent us a remote to keep my wife and I from sleeping on a deflated mattress. Excellent customer service, when I need a new Sleep Number I will be coming to this store.

Great mattresses. Loved the customer service. The sales associate Zamir was very helpful. He explains everything in detail and made sure me and my husband were completely satisfied with our purchase. Will definitely go back in the future. Great job guys !

Overall good experience. Weve had product problem as bed pressure went to zero. The pressure pump cams loose during first month of use. The fix was simple but this should not have happened. Poor pump hose design.

I would give a zero star if possible. My husband and I have had a sleep number bed for many years so we recommended it to my mother in law who is living with us now. First she received the wrong type of mattress - she wanted a single queen but was sent the divided, two twin mattress. When she tried to call for an exchange, customer service was rude and unhelpful. We had to call back a second time to talk to someone else. We got the second bed in and when the men were delivering the bed, they informed us that the $200+ pad that the in-store salesman had said was mandatory for the warranty was NOT required after all. When my mother in law tried to return the bed later, they said that they would not take back the bedding and admitted that it was not required for the warranty. After trying the bed for two months, my mother in law decided she was going to have to return it as it did not work for her back. She was told at that time that she would have to pay for each return sticker that would be required on each box needed to mail off the bedding. By the way, be aware that if you by the flex frame, that is NOT refundable. I realize this was probably somewhere in the paperwork she signed when she purchased the bed but this is a $2000 cost so just be aware...Finally, when the men came to pick up her returned bed, they asked if she wanted them to take the frame. She stated it was not returnable and they said we know, did you want to donate it? Each time she had to call the company they were very unpleasant, unwilling to help.

Scam. If you decide to return keep in mind the $200 dollar charge plus $40 shipping label for the mattress cover. Also if you buy an adjustable frame - youre stuck with it. (Im glad I didnt buy that)

Great experience for our first time in any sleep number store. One can tell that they take pride in their work. They are not pushy sales associates. There was 2 employees when we entered. One of which was new, which would be been ok if we had him. Everyone needs to learn their profession. But, Im glad we got the one with experience. He helped us to pick out the bed we were looking for while answering any questions we had. The last time we dealt with a sleep number bed was about 10 years ago. And, boy has the technology advanced. They have different cooling systems, which is a plus for someone like myself (like a human heater). I really dont get good sleep on my current mattress, due to not being able to keep proper temperature level. But, I digress. They also offer financing, and they have discounts and free delivery. Not sure how long these specials will last. As for the price, be prepared to spend a pretty penny. Though, the bed in itself is totally worth it.

Great in store service until you discover all of the undisclosed “polices”. Had an absolutely awful experience on the sleep number 360 and looked to return it and there has been ZERO assistance. Customer service is deplorable and the store could care less. Being forced to keep a mattress that causes physical pain for 45 days is out right ridiculous. I do not recommend in any way shape or form.

My husband and I have had troubles getting our bed delivered. We were suppose to get it after 3 weeks and now that is looking more like 11 weeks. The customer service was abysmal until I got in contact with Suzzane and she fixed everything up and made things right.
