Mattress firm is the bomb.com. Waleed Hussein was the best sales person ever. He was knowledgeable, a man of his word. He kept me updated and posted about my purchase. Delivery arrived as scheduled and planned. I am hooked on Mattress Firm. If I were you I wouldn’t purchase mattresses from anyway else. The California King is exciting and the adjustable base head is foot is a dream come true.

He was very helpful and got me a great deal on a king mattress. I didnt feel pressured or that he was just out to sell me something at the highest cost. He genuinely worked at budget level and gave me great options. Now Ill wait for my new bed to arrive!

I appreciated that the salesman showed me mattresses at several price points. When I told him we were shopping only for a guest room mattress that wouldnt get much use, he started with a mattress that was well priced,I think, but more than we were prepared to spend. I told him that, and he immediately took us to lower priced mattresses. We needed this mattress very quickly because of unexpected guests, and while he showed us several lower priced items, he then let us test them while he checked on their immediate availability. Both of our final choices were available for delivery in two days, so we were able to choose between them.Delivery was prompt, happened when expected, and left no packaging. The mattress was set up exactly as we wanted. The delivery team were respectful of current mask policies, polite, and friendly.

I first met Juan Ortega at the West Oaks Mattress Firm location. Juan was very polite, kind, energetic and highly professional. He understood my concern for needing a new mattress but at an affordable budget. Juan guided and showed me different mattresses within the budget and even recommended some that he thought I may like.
