No problems with getting in. Depends on what the problems are, it is a timely manner. Sammy is great and I have taken four cars to these guys and got great service from them. Prices for even major repairs are very reasonable. I wont go to another mechanic. Also was told today that import cars are able to get repairs done also. He talks with you about any issues before the work by doing a diagnostic test. Then they go a step further by allowing you to bring your own parts, (however, if you bring in a faulty part, thats on you!), to even help save more money. They are the best.

Went in to get an inspection done for my vehicle, I was in a tight schedule and was desperately trying to get it done, called compass auto, as busy as they were they were able to squeeze me in and within 30 minutes my car was inspected and taken care of. Compass Motors provides the most excellent service. I have had my vehicle serviced here for routine vehicle maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, inspection, etc. and I have been treated with such high dignity and respect. Sometimes being a female trying to get auto repair service can be challenging; however, not at Compass Motors. They are very professional and take time to explain any issues I may have with my car. They are a small business; however, you will get top performance when it comes to your vehicle. I highly recommend!

Ive been going here for years. I tried many other mechanics and I always went back to them. Their prices are reasonable and they always do their best to fix your car. There were times I took it in and the fix was easy and they charged me next to nothing ($25 one time). I was a single mom and finding a reliable mechanic is a constant stress - but I dont go to anyone else now. They never did my cars wrong.

I dont know how well they fix cars but I delivered a vehicle to there location and I saw one of the workers driving crazy like he was in a race. I also saw the same guy get something out of a car he put inside the fence and he took the items straight to his van. 🤔

Do not take youe car to this place. They will say they fixed something and charge you for it when they really didnt fix it. The guy who sits at the front deck and answers the phone sometimes name is Sammy. He will tell you anything. They are not trust worthy of working on your vehicle. They said they fix something on my car but come to find out they didnt. I took it to another shop and he told me what they really did once he looked at it. DO NOT GO TO COMPASS MOTORS AUTO SERVICE. Dont say I didnt warn you!!!!
