Always a good look for furniture as well as rugs. I have bought several rugs and my unique living room sofa and bathroom mirrors from them. Love the quality and helpful but not overbearing associates.

Every experience at this location has been stellar. Every employee from the Manager to the checkout to the guy who helped load my car was genuinely kind and helpful. It was refreshing considering most places dont care anymore. This great experience will bring me back.

Ashley was a great help in our purchases today. She listened to what we wanted and helped us find it all in the store. We bought 2 chairs, a rug and an occasional table. We feel we got a good value for the prices that we paid. Arianna was courteous and professional at the customer service center - completing our purchase was easy. Ive purchased 4 rugs from Rug & Home over the past 4 years and have enjoyed all 4 rugs. This last purchase was exceptional and I definitely wanted to share my experience. Everything started normally with a salesperson helping us to find a rug we liked. After you tag some rugs you like, they pull them down onto a hardwood floor so you can get a better idea of what they look like in a room. An employee who wasnt helping a customer came over to our salesperson and was instructing her on hours to make sure the pile was I the same direction on all the rugs we were viewing. He was explaining about how the cut affected the darkness off the rug. He proceeded to explain this to some other salespeople. He was helping us to see the differences in the rugs we were looking at. Hge then looked at some pictures of our room that wed brought with us and asked if he could suggest some other rugs. We pulled his suggestions and they were absolutely stunning. Wed passed by them with the salesperson, but I the floor they were amazing. We ended up buying his suggested rug. Turns out this person was the owner of Rug and Home. Talk about exceptional service! We will definitely be coming back here for all of our future rug needs. The prices here are always reasonable, they have a ton of inventory, and add I said great service. Highly recommended.

Top-notch selection and service! Having just arrived in town on Friday evening, and with a work assignment starting on Monday, I had a lot to do to get a place to live set up. Salesman Phil was a GREAT help - patiently consulting with me getting the right room look together, with Sofa, chair, ottoman, lamps, and room-sized rug. Went to Rug and Home looking for a entryway area rug to coordinate with adjoining dining room carpet. Matt Jackson introduced himself, showed us to the appropriate areas in the store for the size we needed and left us alone to browse. And browse we did ... for a couple of hours. Matt checked in with us frequently to see if we had tagged any carpets or if he could help us in any way at all. He was very responsive, but not overbearing. We left with three carpets to check out in the actual conditions of my home. We had to pay for all three, but when we brought them back, the entire amount charged to my credit card was refunded. No handling charge, no restocking fee, nothing. The support team loaded and unloaded the carpet from my vehicle. Shopping at Rug and Home was a no hassle experience and I will return to the store to shop again.A large shout out to Matt Jackson for friendliness, helpfulness and attention to our needs.

Me & my girlfriend went into store to look for rugs since she is remodeling her home, also I was hoping to find furniture there also....We entered, salesman to our left, did not greet us, did not say hello, how are you, can I help you...NOTHING!!...BUT when the white couple with their 2 children were behind us came in..it was all smile, how can I help you?...now I am seeing racial bias (yes me & my friend are black women)...I was very annoyed and upset...a gentleman (black) saw we were looking around, came to assist us...wish I got his name, but KUDOS to him.. I could care less if you are black, orange, green or blue...I was a customer and I was not treated the same...I will never go into, recommend this store to anyone...my color did not render you to show me great customer svc as you did to couple behind us, my dollars did not render us to spend our money in your store!....#you need to get rid of that salesman b4 he costs you thousands of $$$#.....

Came to find some rugs for our new home and they have a great selection! They range from very affordable to higher end pricing but the associates are very helpful in finding what you need within your price range. I was assisted by Matt Jackson and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was quick to get us information on diff sizing, pricing and availability. They have a broad range from traditional to modern to eclectic! We still need a few rugs so we will def. be back and we will def. ask for Matt!

First visit, but certainly not last! The store is HUGE, well laid out, and Matt Jackson, our sales associate was phenomenal! He greeted us, asked a few questions, and then let us explore the store. He checked back often to see if we needed help, but was never pushy. We had a great experience. Our goal was a light colored Oriental type rug to make our room go from a dark Michigan library look to a light waterside NC look. We were helped by rugs being taken down for us to see and by different pieces of furniture placed on them to see how they looked with light and dark woods. We love what we bought and were able a few weeks later to pick up a pad as we passed through your SC location. I have never seen so many rugs. These stores carry a number of upper end hand knotted rugs as well as what you see on their TV advertisement.

When we entered Rug & Home, we were greeted at the door. The store has a beautiful setup. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. The only thing that kind of bothered me was that we felt a little pushed for us to make our selection so we could go check out. We visited Rug & Home Sat. July 28 and were surprised to see such a big selection of not only rugs, but also home furnishings. The staff were very attentive and helpful...Matt was there to help but not overly pushy which we appreciate. We got some ideas, bought a small rug for our kitchen and plan to return for another rug soon.

Rug and Home is the best place to go if youre looking for an excellent area rug, runner, or furniture for your home. All sales associates that I passed greeted me and were ready to help. I told the sales associate what I was looking for and my budget, and she took me to the sections that fit my criteria. She was very knowledgeable about the rugs and was able to tell me which runners could be hosed off and which couldnt; I have three dogs and red clay in the backyard. I did not feel pressured to buy anything at all. I ended up having to return the runner I bought due to unexpected bills at home. They let me return it without the receipt, and there was no hassle. They were extremely understanding of my situation and welcomed me back. I could not have had a better experience!
