I love this store the staff are amazing and just very friendly. I bought my couch from here. And today I walked out with a computer and a laptop such great customer service I have no complaints.!!!!

Wayne is so wonderful. He helped me and my husband get the bed I wanted. Made sure we were happy . He runs a clean store. They all are so nice and helpful and very warm welcome. Thank you Wayne for everything. Best place to buy furniture. You wont be disappointed.wish I could leave more stars

Didnt have what I needed

Molly (Manager) is unprofessional in her speaking to others. While on the phone with her trying to explain that I was not the person she was needing to speak to, she began yelling and threatening me on the phone. Unprofessional at best. I have never been a customer, and will not in the future.

Been thru the kannapolis store many times. Never had any bad experiences with anyone in this store..only issue ever had that if i called and told them i would be late with a payment..they would still call multiple time to ask when i was coming in...daily until i paid..even thought i had already told them the day i would be in...but other than the calls ..always been great customer service

Washing machine died yesterday. Only 5 months old! Cane and looked at it. Promised me a replacement today...7:45 pm and still nothing! Those of us that cant buy outright and have to use them suffer!¡!!! Not happy!!

Pretty decent furniture, but thats really the best part. Some part of me feels like I was over-charged for buying a used bed that they asked almost 2,000$ for. But I needed a new bed, and without any way to transport from another store further away I picked the one I did. Mattress included, which was nice. However, the day I had planned on having them come by and set up after I had gotten off work they had already come to my house and began setting up anyway. Lucky my mother was home, because I was unaware of their early arrival and I hadnt been able to leave work on time. Anyway, the bars underneath the bed only two days later sounded loose and were clanging against the floor. I had climbed under the bed to check, and it looks as though they didnt install the proper screws or nails that seem missing from the holes in the bars to keep them in place. So, about a week afterwards I finally had time to run by and tell the manager about my issue. Em, in my rush to get home I didnt really notice until I had left that:1) She didnt ask for my account so she could find my address to send someone to come look at it.2) She really just stood behind the counter and smiled at me the entire time I was trying to explain the issue. And not just like a concerned or friendly smile, but a I dont really care smile.3) My files in their system and Im always in-store to make my payments so they know who I am by now, but I never received a letter or call.4) Even like 4 months later I still havent received an email, phone call, or message asking me how everythings going or if the furniture is still in working order. I know its technically my job to report it if anything happens, but its kind of just common courtesy on the sellers part to check on their paying customers I would think...5) Luckily I managed to fix the bars underneath the bed so they became a little sturdier, and they dont make the awful cracking and clanging sound they used to make.Overall, I like the furniture they have in the store window. But...if you can like go anywhere else, go. Rent-A-Center is really pricy for the low prices they claim to have. Yes, the monthly payments are relatively low but I really wouldnt imagine paying over 800 dollars for a bed again unless it were new. But uh, it beats sleeping on what I used to be which was a couch cushion on the floor pretty much...so, yeah. Thats the only reason why Im giving this place 3 stars instead of 1.
