Better stock than the University location, at least from my experience. Staff is difficult to locate when you need them, so you might need to wait a bit. Mostly friendly employees.

Ordered freezer in-store that has been delayed from 10/21 to 10/24 to 10/27 to 10/29 to 11/3 to 11/4. According to UPS, it’s not even on a truck yet.I’ve been told I can’t get a refund until the product arrives. It will be almost 1 month since my order when it will supposedly get to the store. So now I’m stuck with no freezer and can’t even get my money back. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Elliott from the paint department assisted me with my online order. Im very grateful for his assistance so I didnt have to wait. The return department had a long line + the online order man was on his dinner break. Im very grateful that Elliott helped me!

Went to the garden section today. Had a cart loaded with 5 bags of landscaping rocks . People in front of me were done checking out. I didn’t know that until I waited about 10 min and asked them myself since they were just standing by the cashier counter for no reason. Cashier saw me standing there the whole time waiting to checkout. But did not even acknowledge me or ask if I was ready to check out. Just thought it was very bad customer service. How was I suppose to know the couple in front of me already checked out? Cashier should of said something

Home Depot was great! Helping me pick out flooring for my home. Had to go back several time to make sure that I wanted what I wanted. The problem is the vendor. I ordered August 16. Promise products on August 20. August 25 found out the vendor has not confirmed order yet. August 26 canceled orders from Home Depot.

Looked at 60 lawn mowers. Could not get help and could not get close enough to the two IH mowers that they had to see much. They were secured and fully surrounded by smaller mowers. I guess Ill be going back, because I really need a new mower. Mine is 35 years old and beyond repair and I have 3 acres of grass to mow.

I visited the garden section of this Home Depot today. They had an insane variety of flowers and pumpkins! The staff was so helpful and helped me to my car and brought back my carts. They didn’t even know it was my birthday and treated me like it was. So impressed!

We were shopping for a new water heater to be installed by ourselves and the customer service representative, John, was very helpful with finding all of the necessary parts we needed to install the water heater. He was also very informative on the process of installation and even gave handy tips that made things go very smoothly. John was very knowledgeable and even helped us pick out the best water heater for our project.

Finally found the perfect large rugs for our new home, living room and master bedroom, and they were on sale. Amazing collection!!

If I had needed help, there was a soul to be found. Came to look at several items, but researched and found them cheaper at Lowes. Some thing, Home Depot is better though...so do the research.

Customer service seems to be non existent here. Went to the desk to ask for an associate to come unlock an item so it could be purchased. Waited and waited. No one ever came. I was within sight of the representative at the desk. They could clearly see me waiting in the aisle. No one ever came so I left. Wont waste my time like this again.

I went to buy a grill. The store was well organized and clean. The employee by the name of Juan helped us get a grill. He went through the trouble of cleaning the hand prints off the grill, helped me check out and even loaded it on my vehicle. He went above and beyond any employee at any other store would have. Overall a great shopping experience.

Customer service is nonexistent. If you have a problem with a deliver order, they refuse to assist. The standard answer is the computer says, how does this help? Spoke 3 people, plus text messages to corporate customer service, yet no one is willing to take responsibility to correct the error and prevent it from happening again.

I love Home Depot and shop there often. Buy and order lots of products from here. Today employee was down right rude. Was looking for product in electrical aisle and was ask to leave aisle. I told him I was just about done and told again to leave aisle and come back. So I went to end of aisle and he rudely told me to leave. I was not there browsing I was there to buy a product I needed. So I went to Lowe’s and got it.I understand they have things they need to do but when you have a customer already in the aisle don’t ask them to leave. Good way to lose business

Customer service was awesome but I needed a new shower door installed and I requested one of their contracters to do the work. I was given two names and that one or both of them e a would contact me. Jeff Potts contacted me that afternoon and offered to come by and give me a quote. I signed a proposal for the work and gave him a 300 dollar deposit. For the next 2 months he would not answer my phone calls and when he did call me back he would agree to show up and then would not call or show up at all.When he finally did show up to do the work he had bought the wrong shower door. I have a walk in shower and he bought a tub shower doorg . Instead of returning it and getting the right one he installed the tub door. I had left my grandson there just in case he actuaaly showed up this time to let him in . When I got home from work he had installed the door and demonstrated how we could duck down and enter the shower. I was really upset and went back to home depot to see if I could return the door and get credit for the right door. They said I could but Mr. Potts claimed he did not know where the receipt was so I couldonly get partial credit. He did not want to take the door down so his assistant took it down for me. I would not recommend this man to do anything.

Ive had nothing but bad experiences at this location until tonight! Thank you to JACKIE over in the vinyl flooring section that actually took the time to help me! She spent an hour on her computer and even called people to help and got me EXACTLY what I wanted to order. I didnt have to settle on a thing! So refreshing to finally have such great customer service! THANK YOU JACKIE!!!

If you’re thinking about purchasing an appliance from here I highly suggest looking elsewhere if you are in need of it soon. We purchased our washer and dryer a month ago and was supposed to be delivered a week ago but was pushed back and was supposed to be delivered today and was pushed back again due to the delivery driver having an emergency. They need to have back up delivery drivers. People cannot live without a washer and dryer for a month. I will not be purchasing from here again.

Clean facility with adequate inventory of most items offered. However, be aware that inventories reported online may not be accurate. Best to call for a physical check if you have significant travel time.

I prefer HD over Lowes. The only thing I noticed on this stop was the plumbing area was a bit chaotic.

Favorite home improvement store

Rude employee fat one with beard in door department jumps me about being in that area that was half blocked off and nobody around but he decides because hes having a bad day to lecture me very rudly about not being in that area, gate was not closed off properly. Last time in this store because obviously out of control employees.

Home Depot is fine but being asked to wait only to be left standing around..getting close only to hear you arent being put off for parts questions but for demeaning politics talk and how bad presidents are is lame.

We had a freezer go bad today; and went to Lowes where we normally shop. Unfortunately, they didnt have any and the person in appliances made no effort to check other stores. We ended up going to Home Depot where we were able to find a replacement. The 3 staff members we dealt with were very helpful, courteous and actually cared about assisting us in our purchase.

Staff are friendly but unhelpful. Asked several people about a product and was told they didnt have it. As I was leaving, I found awhile palate of it near the exit.

Ordered online but pickup experience was bad. There were attendant standing and chitchatting and dint even bother to ask or help for 15 mins and when asked for help was very rude

I had a card I had $1,000 credit but the card wont work now because I paid it off last week I would like to get my credit back please I always thought if you paid your bill off you can get more credit yall close that account I tried to get another card but I was declined why I do not know Ive always paid my bills sometimes I pay yall sometimes it was 200 or 300 but I thought that that would do me a month or so so I didnt pay my monthly bill I didnt know you had to I applied again this morning yall decline me please please get my credit back I need a lawn mower $200 a grill $200 okay thank you hope you all change your mind

Very upset because the item had previously been used and was broken when it arrived. Tried to exchange it at my local store but they didnt have the one I ordered.

They are always helpful. Had to get wood cut to fit in the car. First two cuts are free and then 25 cents for additional cuts. It was well worth it. I will gladly pay 25 cents for someone else to cut my wood. LOL

Its very well stocked. And the store is very clean and organized.

We had a really tough time getting employees to assist us. We wanted a tiller and there were four boxes sitting there and the website said they were available. We waited around for an employee to help and multiple employees refused because their shift was ending. Turns out all the tillers were sold and we went home empty handed. Obviously understaffed and seemingly disorganized.

We went to store and spent just about $800 just in stone . Not to mention the rest of our purchase and we still needed to go back to buy more items . Went to pick up the second load and somehow the store is missing a pallet and a half . Go figure it’s the one we paid for ! Cornelius has some and someone was going to have them deliver . It’s now 3 days later and we are still waiting . It’s delayed our project big time . My husband works all the time and this was the only time we had . This is going to be so stressful now trying to get this done in between his long hours . It’s almost 5pm and still has not been delivered. I told my husband get the money back and take it to Lowe’s . Of it is not here by end of day that is exactly what we’re doing ! I never have problem at Lowe’s .

Helpful employees walked me to the item I was looking for instead of pointing me in the direction. Maybe a little overpriced but at least you get help here vs. Lowes where they wont even answer the phone.

This is the best home Depot I have ever been to. I accidentally left my cell phone at home Depot and one of the workers there put my cell phone up and then when I called the number that worker answered and told me I had left my cell phone and I was so impressed and happy that he kept that cell phone and that he answered it so I would know where my cell phone was.
