I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. The associates are always professional and prompt.

Not the best place to go for a tire change the one guy said that we could get it done another guy said it would be better to make appointment for the following day that there will be three ppl and we wouldn’t have to wait. Came in 30 min before my appointment to get told that it would be a 2 1/2 hr wait and that he was alone went to Bourbonnais Walmart got in right a way with no problem no excuses don’t go to Kankakee Walmart not dependable at all

Quiet at 3am! Best time to shop if ya ask me but the self checkout lanes were all closed n I needed $300! Luckily the cashier I went to (the ONLY cashier open!) said I could get $300 from her! I was shocked! Usually if I just ask for $100 cashback it wipes out their drawer! This girl was very nice n friendly!

Terrible customer service! Each time I use the drive through service I ALWAYS wait at least 10 minutes at the window for an answer after pressing the call button. I usually spend 20 min from start to finish with no one else in line. I am never satisfied with the service here. Unfortunately, my insurance no longer allow me to use CVS otherwise thats exactly where my business would be.

Worst pharmacy ever! Every month when my daughters prescription is set to be filled she ends up having to go almost a week without meds because they say the supplier doesnt have in stock or its on back order. It never fails always a problem each month. I was finally able to get it switched to another pharmacy. Its a good thing the meds my daughter is on isnt a med that she needs to keep her alive. This place is awful and they just give you a run around!!!

Called 3 times and no one answered,it just kept looping me back to start of message after it rang forever..im switching to Walgreens

Ive been to this pharmacy every month for the last year and it is the worst pharmacy Ive ever used. We call up our refill before we come and it takes us 25 minutes to drive there and when I get there they tell me 20 minutes for a fill and then I come back in 30 and it still isnt done and I do this 2-3 times each trip I take-after I already call ahead to avoid waiting (with my 3 kids). The employees were busy gossiping to each other. One girl is often on her phone and I rarely see her do anything work related when Im there. several of them walked off mid conversation, I told the lady checking me out that I had a question for her (not the pharmacist) and she said ok and then walked off and started talking to another lady. the pharmacist mumbles while he is talking very fast so I understand almost nothing he says. They told me they are short handed and thats why theyre behind but I seen 6-7 people and 3 of them were standing around talking to each other while there was people in line waiting. Using a pharmacy in Walmart was suppose to make it easier to get a prescription filled while grocery shopping but this pharmacy is just ridiculous.
