I love WalMart delivery. But I had to pause on it. The Shoppers havent been doing a good job shopping for me. And I have to go outside and holler for the delivery guy when they bring my stuff. And I didnt get a order had to cancel on my hungriest day. I will give you three stars cuz I do still like yall but Ive just been looking for somewhere else to shop

Its a Walmart alright, you get what you need a price you can afford on the things you use everyday. With the access to almost everything you could ask for. Mine usually needs better stock and more staff to empty and fix the self checkout lanes. They almost never have my lactose free milk. Otherwise a reliable place for one stop shopping.

Food is always great. Hot and fresh. Customer service is good as well

I always enjoy my visits at Walmart. The customer service is heart warming from all the employees and they are very helpful.

I have a damaged shoulder and it was in pain that day. They had no cashiers open and no long counters in the self checkout. I was very frustrated that none of the employees that were hovering around even asked if I needed help. At least in Watseka they have at least one regular checkout available. I will not be going back to the Kankakee store.

Good place to shop, but at present thare Short on a lot of items!! Perhaps because the ships are tided up at port!

Placed a pick-up order and they where fast but when I got home some items were missing.

Clean store parked my big truck in the lot to go stock up on groceries.

Went to eye doctor today was great very helpful and polite definitely would recommend people to this location

Its great place to shop when you dont need help from an associate. I approached one to ask for help and was given an attitude. Many of them are always on their cell phones.

The off store next door, was more of a grocery store! I could not get jiggy, w that Walmart,,,kinda scarred me. Now, Im trying to reproduce my own, so I dont have to worry about having no food.And I was the only brown,brown, in that entire facinity!!!!!! (Side thought)They were pleasant, it was just odd.....-fish out of water...

As we all know, Wal-Mart caters to the local demographic, and the local demographic is agriculture. Expect to find blue jeans, white Ts, and work boots... But as far as anything modern and stylish, youd better find somewhere else to go.Theyve got all the modern Walmart stuff such as a service center, electronics and pharmacy, food, and more. Only thing they lack is clothing. Blue jeans and white Ts get boring after awhile

There was only one cashier for the whole entire store it took 35 minutes for me to get to the front of the line. They approached me several times wanting me to go and check myself out at the self check area. I said to them I am not on Walmarts payroll I come to shop here because its convenient for me and I expect customer service to be excellent they failed in this particular case . When I asked why there was no one else working to cashiers stations I was told that nobody in the area here wants to work at Walmart so they are very very short staffed. Well I certainly got an education that day. I assure you that there were many other customers that were just vocal as me and just as aggravated.

This is my favorite store. Very nice employees and its always clean in this store. There are never long lines and there is always something on sale

Cant give it any lower than one star or I would. How can you run a store without someone stationed at the Customer Service desk during the hours its supposed to be open? Between that and VERY FEW cashiers and what always seems like half the staff on break, if you need something that requires human interaction do your best to avoid this Walmart.

We used this parking lot as an overnight while traveling in our RV. Lots of space, level parking lot. Maybe a bit noisy but well within our level of tolerance.

This walmart is nice. Have real checkouts!! What a concept! Shelves are stocked, wow! Thanks for keeping a store real. Un like the Bradley store what a MESS. I dont shop Walmart because of that store, it will suck your soul.

I hate buying vegetables and fruits here. Within a day. Everything is molding. Nothing is fresh. And if you ask for something fresh they give you a hard time. Im looking for a better place to shop

I found exactly all but 2 items I needed and as usual was satisfied with the shopping experience.

Not a very clean store and they were doing an audit during the day so you could not get around the people doing the counting. And some of the people are just not very friendly or show desire to want to help.

We received excellent customer service from associate named Manny in the diary department.He was stocking diary and we asked if by chance they had DD creamer and he looked..We went on with our shopping and he found us in an isle and brought what we were looking for to us...We deeply appreciate his customer service

I would like too leave this review so Walmart corporate can see this, I did a Walmart drop off at my house, as they arrived I saw them through my window sitting in my driveway rummaging through my groceries. I then decided to open my door too see what they were doing asked if those were my things and they said yes, dropped off my stuff and when I brought my things inside realized that they had taken over 40 dollars worth of stuff that I had purchased. It’s disgusting that Walmart’s own employees will take from my own family/kids. This establishment is a disgrace and I will no longer be dealing with Walmart again!

I picked up my order and I went to eat my salad and it is gross it is all brown and soft and mushy I know not to order salads anymore from there cuz whoever picked them out cuz I do a good job

Ive had two experiences with WalMart in the last couple weeks and neither was positive. An item was listed as in stock on the website for same day pickup and it was half the price of the same item on Amazon. I placed the order and then next day (for a same day order) got a cancellation email.A few days later I went to the store to pickup a few things (including the item cancelled in my previous order). When i went to check out, they only had one register open plus the small self service checkouts on both ends. They didnt even have the nice self checkouts with the conveyor belt open. The single manned register naturally had a long line waiting. I dont care about the number of hours needed, one register with a cashier in the middle of the afternoon IS NOT ENOUGH. It reminded me again why Ive only been in Walmart twice in the last year and a half and I have no plans to return any time soon.

It used to be a good place for truckers to shop, stay for your 10 hour break, but now they banned the people who make sure their shelves were always stocked from parking in a safe environment for the night

Too many fat people on carts reserved for folks who need them..they NEVER seem to have basic black ball caps! Wayy too much debris along their fences and in farmers fields..they need to open and use all their exits!

The checkout lines are always down the Isles and they are becoming pretty pricey.Id also like to share that its always better to shop locally then in big chain stores like Walmart, Target, Mijer, Kroger, ect.Its better for the community spend money at local buisnesses that care about the community then millionaires that are just worried about themselves.

Find what I want there that other stores dont carry n prices arent bad either

This is the absolute worst store. The store is always a mess... Under stocked all over the store.... Employees do not help at all. My husband cut his finger reaching into a stack of jeans.... Nothing was done for him and the store manger still hasnt called. Meat is usually spoiled as well..... Will go to a different Walmart if I need something from there. WORST STORE EVER

In and out, with no check out wait times

Ordered groceries for curbside pick up like we do every week, not only did I have to go into the store to purchase items “not available for curbside pickup” but items that the picker “couldn’t find.” Then when I went to pick up my order I was told that it was given to another customer! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told all managers called out today.

I am disabled and have to use a motorized cart. When I got to Wal-Mart none were available, when I inquired about one with an associate I was told to walk down to other door!...During my shopping experience the cart died, and I had to ask an associate if they could get me another. The associate was very reluctant to do so but finally got me a new cart. Upon checking out the cashier would not help me by putting bags in my cart, another customer had to help me!....I suggest if you are disabled or handicapped to not ever go to this store because you wont get any help from the staff!!....Terrible customer service.....Terrible!

Not happy! I get there early so i can get my oil changed before the friday rush, i go in & no one at the desk so i push the button on the lil screen that saysNEED HELP? PUSH HERE shortly a short African American comes out and says WHAT? YOU NEED HELP OR SOMETHING? I explain I need an oil change & before i finish he states that it doesnt matter because IT GONNA BE THREE HOURS WAIT I said with no cars inline? He said that he had a car to do and it would take him hours to complete the work & then a rant began about how he has no help & that he is unhappy with his superiors I have a problem with all of this, he should have more help & learn to speak a bit more professional to customers.

A bunch of kids naruto running. But none of them were fighting. The electronics section had employees on site. That was neat.

The store was very clean. There were lots of items on clearance. Starting to see seasonal foods increasing slowly.in price. Still long for the days of more cashiers and less self chsck outs. Sporting goods are also being relegated more towards soft sports. Sam Walton would be sad to see all the emphasis on hunting slowly erode away due to social pressure.
