Don’t shop here!!! Horrible customer service! Horrible returns customer service! They give you a hard time.I do admit though the assistant Manager Zion, he handled my concerns and my complaints calmly and professional! I blame corporate policy for ridiculous exchange and credit policy rules. If you don’t have receipt they feed you some BS saying it’s a mark down sorry, we not honor you and no return, no exchange, not even credit!The young sales girl, ANGEL, continued to interrupt me and the manager speaking, I told her if she was being rude and sarcastic to me, she responded do you want me to get sarcastic, I will!! We got into an argument, I told her to not involve herself I was handling this with the manager. I’m in a wheelchair mind you!!She went as far as calling security on me for trying to do an exchange!! And asking for corporate numbers and names!None of staff had name tags!!! I asked for names and why they didn’t have tags, the manager said they were not issued them! WTH!What kind of business you running Pacsun!The manager Madison, was called I tried speaking to her, she was completely useless!!!Bottom line I will never have my son shop here again ! I will definitely let people know!!Oh you want to see real reviews, go to trust reviews, all 1 stars .

I had a male employee open a dressing room door, whilst I was exchanging he did not knock to make sure the room was vacant nor did he apologize. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable shopping at this location now.
