The dimplex crew was knowledgeable about what healthcare rated chiller would be needed for the MRI being worked on. I received the proposal very fast.The start-up crew could have some more faith in the filed reps. I told the rep during our last install of the issues we were having with glycol not reaching the heat exchanger and it was most likely a float switch issue. It took about 4 days of relentless hounding to actually have the local San Antonio Rep with Mechanical Services to visit the site to confirm it was a bad float switch. All was well in the end but not just any contractor is installing these machines...should not be assumed they dont know what they are inquiring about unlike the rest of the GC World. The delay on the float switch caused a large portion of helium to drain off the MRI which then caused an additional week long of calibration before the room was ready to be turned over to the hospital.

My impression from my first time talking to this company.They will work with you to get the right system for your machine and they do quality builds and have first rate customer service.

We called Dimplex to work on one of their chillers. They contracted a local mechanical company for $3300 and sent a guy out. He was barely at our facility for 4 hours and the unit is not fixed. Called them repeatedly and they have no answers. The quote has no labor for anything on it just a set price. This guy must have been making $800/hr

We are OEM users, you Service our units witha certified contractor. this makes that I have not received any Service report but feedback from your Service guys. I Will,be great to have copies of reports from Service interventions.

My customer has a chiller manufactured by Schreiber Engineering. The Carel controller had deteriorated from excessive heat and years of service. I finally found Dimplex Thermal Solutions and contacted Sales. Katlyn was very helpful and even though my SN unit was not in their records, quoted a new controller and display.
