Phenomenal customer service! I brought my car to them for a transmission issue. I thought Id need a new one after I got a quote from another mechanic in town. Quality Transmissions quoted me about half as much and had my car back alot sooner than expected. They were very knowledgeable and honest with me about everything they did.

Excellent Job on my transmission. The owner is very nice. It took a little longer to fix due to stuff being closed because covid 19, but it was worth the wait. GREAT JOB!

Called on Tuesday with a bad transmission. She said “bring it in Wednesday and I’d get it back by the weekend”. She also quoted a price $300 less than any other quote. And they did it. I got a call Friday morning that my truck was ready, and within $35 of the quoted price. Unbelievable service and the truck works great. I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family

Brent is a great guy talks to you like a human. They also didnt charge more then he quoted me even though there was more work and parts needed then he quoted me for. They were cheaper than anyone I called around town.

I have made several attempts to get the work repaired on my transmission that they did and is under warranty. I have been scheduled an appointment which was scheduled out 3 weeks only to have my vehicle sit in their yard for 2 weeks. They told me nothing was wrong with it. I picked it up unannounced and it had 2 inches of snow from a storm on Monday this was a Friday. Meanwhile the woman said it has been driving fine all week. The mechanic who pulled it out of the fence could not get it to reverse. One of the reasons I took it back. I was informed the tech would be calling me. I believe this to be the owner. I called to follow up 2 weeks and still the woman in the office tells me the same story. He will be back next week. Its obvious I will not get anywhere and need to reach a lawyer to get my money returned. Your transmission will work when you pick it up but good luck trying to get them to honor their warranty. They try and drag it out until your warranty is expired. I recommend you be quick acting and not believe the girl in the office when she tells you next week, next week never comes and they never looked at my vehicle or they would know it does not shift right and the reverse does not like to work. Its worse now than when I originally took it to them. I am glad they sleep at night knowing they are taking from my family. I work hard for my money just as they do and dont expect to be ripped off.

I took my car to the transmisson Inc to get an estimate and the staff was very friendly and caring, while I was waiting for my car. The owner was very detail and friendly while talking to me . He told me and showed me my problem and I will take my car there soon to be repaired by there staff.. Awesome family business since 1964

Quality Transmission, Kalamazoo MI. Highly Recommend Very Honest and Ethical.. Took our granddaughters Jeep there and after 4 times of pulling the transmission and test driving it to make sure it was correct before we got it back he only charged $1600.00 for a replaced transmission.. Never Charged for the first 3 pulls due to it did not correct the problem. The jeep runs better then ever... 10 Stars for Quality Transmission... Very Rare to find this kind of Honesty and Quality from any business now a days..

Best I have tried. Brent, Dana and the crew have been informative. They explain what the problem is and will not let a project leave if it is not right. I have challenged them with a transmission to support 1000 hp toy, 3 season of abuse still rocking. They have rebuilt several types for me manuals, automatic, truck and my T-Cases. Great price and great turn around time.

Quality has always treated me very well and has always done superb on the work they have done for me. I will recommend them to All my Friends and Family and will never use another transmission repair facility.

Only giving it two stars because the people working were decent. But we paid 2700$ for them to rebuild my transmission and spent 3 months taking it back to them because it wasnt shifting right still, for them to tell me nothing was wrong with it. A year later.... transmission is out again... theres a problem with that... either rushed work or not the quality in the name of their company.

Poor communication skills taking forever

Really awesome shop! They have taken good care of me and have always had great communication with any questions I have. They work hard to get the job done and have wonderful costumer service.

My son has taken his car here twice and both times they had the car for over a month giving him one excuse after another about why they didnt have it fixed. The price may be reasonable but when you are without your car for two months it is ridiculous. If you take your care here, get everything in writing. The cost and the time it will take them to finish.

If you want your repair to take twice as long as they originally tell you, quality transmission is your shop. Expect to call them to find out there is a delay as they will not call you with an update. Overall unreliable and unprofessional company.
