Anthony is the man. He got my bike ordered with no hassle. Kept me updated on when it was going to arrive and when it was ready to be picked up. Minus a few snags was able to get the deal done and bike loaded onto my trailer. Everyone inside the dealership seemed to be very nice and super friendly. I will definitely be a return customer
Great customer service and very friendly staff. Our sales representative was Anthony and he went over all of our options for a 4 seat side x side. We decided on a 2021 black and tan can-am. Heather in financing was amazing and helped us with our paperwork. She was very patient with us and making sure we got our paperwork completed when the banks were about to close so we could pick it up the next day. Picking it up was a breeze and Mason helped us accomplish it. Wonderful puchasing experience and cant wait to get it out on the trails!
Great people work here. In a world where excellent customer service is hard to find, it is refreshing to get it from everyone on staff. They came 60 miles to pickup a bike, and the service person arrived with a smile and friendly demeanor. Staff communicate well and are also very accommodating. Worth the travel it takes to get there. So glad we found this place!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, NOT A RESPECTABLE PLACE TO MAKE BIG PURCHAES FROM IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH ANY INTEGRITY.Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever endured. It took well past our original pickup date to be able to even come get the boat. Considering we purchase a brand new boat I would have imagined the customer service would have been great, unfortunately that was not the case. Communication lacked from the beginning, and it was almost as though they were doing us a favor by selling us the boat. Since purchasing weve had issues with the paint peeling the first day we brought it home. Ive tried multiple times to contact the dealership itself and our sales rep Rodger about warranty information and the steps we needed to take to get it fixed. One time I was able to get in contact to with a gentleman in customer sales who instructed me to send pictures and email Rodger. So I spent the time doing that just to have my email sent back because his was full. Ive tried multiple times since and it does not go through. Half the time leaders RPM does not even answer their main phone. I have honestly spent so much unnecessary time trying to get in contact with them. So if you want some disgraceful customer service and your time not valued leaders RPM is a great place to buy the boat. But if your time is important and you want a quality experience making a big purchase such as this I highly recommend going elsewhere.
My 1995 115 Mercury died. I came across Leaders RPM. From the first call to Leaders to yesterday picking up the boat I have been completely thrilled with the professionalism, communication, and workmanship. Jason sold me the new 2021 115 outboard Mercury. His knowledge about it, and his questions for me, made me know immediately I was in the right place. Everything he told me regarding cost, installation, and the delivery was exactly what he said at the beginning of the sale. After speaking with Jason I decided to have other things done. Sandi in service was also excellent in handling my requests of repairs to my Sea Ray. Wet sanding, bilge repair, steering cables, trim gage, and fiberglass repair were spectacular. I’m having Dan install new carpet and upholstery over winter. Tyler was great in the delivery info. Leaders marine came through for me when I needed them the most. I was about to go on a week long fishing trip and my motor quit running. They fit me in at the last minute and got me back running and on the water. I am so grateful to the Leaders team.
I bought two crestliner down rigger brackets and had them shipped. I received my package on Monday and what I received was not what I ordered. The part numbers werent even close. I understand everyone makes mistakes and thats fine. I called and talked to someone they reordered what I was supposed to get the first time and sent it out on Tuesday. The problem that I have is the first shipment the one they got wrong was a 2 day priority mail. This one is going to take over a week to get. In my opinion I should have gotten the same shipment or better. Now I am stuck waiting. Not real happy

Parts department and sales were very nice and pleasant to deal with.Watch out for the service department. Took RZR for a diagnosis that I was insured they had a very high-tech machine that could pick up any problem. Tried calling twice and no return call.had a feeling that they were just letting the hours rack up.after no return call I decided to just drive up there to check on it.the Guy said its done $103 for the part and over a thousand for labor.has a bad exhaust leak guy tried telling me it sounded like that when it come here no it didnt I drove it and loaded it and my son delivered it it never sounded like that and now check engine light is coming on saying o2 sensor code is coming up Im afraid to take it back to see if they will make the exhaust right like he told me to told me take it for the weekend and ride it and then bring it back on Tuesday this was 4th of July well I couldnt take it up north because it sounds like s*** and now still stuck with light on and afraid they will not make it right and to think I was going to order a new one from them good thing I didnt

Excellent service and clear communication. I needed a part for my Polaris RZR, I live in the Netherlands where the parts supply is difficult for RZRers. The well-known major parts suppliers in the US were unwilling or unable to deliver outside the US I think because of Covid. This was no problem for Leaders RPM and delivered well within the estimated delivery time for which my heartfelt thanks.

Use caution when purchasing from this dealer. Had a deposit on machines that were supposed to be in two months ago. Getting a straight answer outta anyone in the place is a joke. My salesman called me 5 or 6 times to get the deal done. Now when I call rather then answer. He sends me an email. Couldve spent my 20,000$ any place else had I known this would be how this dealership was going to handle it. My second powersports purchase from them and its a big never again for me.
They couldnt help me with my mid 90s jet ski but were very nice. If I had a larger watercraft, Id definitely take it here for service.

Placed an order on Ebay 6/27 for a Priority Mail 2 Day delivery. Paid them immediately, got tracking but USPS clearly shows label created and the package never was accepted by USPS. Post office says shipper printed a label but may have never attached to a package. 2 weeks later tracking info shows the same info, they have yet to refund my $50.. Lucky for me I paid with Paypal but this is terrible customer service to hold my money when the package clearly never left your facility.

LeadersRPMshop discontinued their rewards points program with no notice. I have a $176 balance which still shows on their site, but they now refuse to honor. I received no emails with any mention of the program being discontinued. Customer service said Im out of luck, after spending nearly $10,000 with them since 2020. Thats not how I treat my customers.
Terrible company, would not honor the return of a clearly defective part that was only a few months old. Shop elsewhere.

Easy purchase (paperwork started over the phone) finished quickly when I arrived and great walk thru with service. The parts guy helped with questions about Roof and windshield compatibility. They helped me get loaded and was on the road home (over 200 miles). I should have spent more time there but wanted to beat the rush hour close to home. Total time at the dealership ...maybe an hour. Ordered coolant june 11 2020 and it has been delayed since july 2020 i have tried contacting walmart through who i ordered and this company was a 3rd party. I have been trying to revieve my product for MONTHS! I was finally able to get the company to answer today (ive tried calling once a month for a while now) only to be told if i had done something sooner they might have done something... i spoke to a manager and he stated that i could be lying about recieving my product. So not only does this company steal your money but they also accuse you of being a liar. Why would i bother with all of this if i recieved my product like i was supposed to a year ago? I do not recomend this company they are rude and like to take money and not provide a product.

Parts department has nearly zero knowledge of their vehicles & rude on the phoneAdditionally, there were 5 employees to 3 customers. 1 customer was being helped while the other 4 employees ignored us, for the most part. However the 1 employee (Tresh/younger guy) who helped 2 of us customers was very nice & helpful. The other employees could learn something from this young man.
They had one of the few 2019 snowmobiles at an excellent price, instead of keeping the original MSRP like some dealerships are doing for non-current models. Great sales department. I had to pick up the snowmobile later because it wasnt built. When I picked it up, they didnt have the new riser on that I requested. I had to wait for it to get installed.
UPDATE: Took bike to Nord Ride in Mt Morris and they found and fixed the following things leaders didnt do...Wire harness for brake light not connected.Wire harness for tour pack not connected.Tour pack not locked in correctly.Purchased a 2021 spyder rt limited for my girlfriend. They put in a new battery because it wouldnt start, told us to drive it and let it charge. Got it home and next day same thing. I found a ground wire under passenger seat that was not bolted down.Brake lights remained on at all times. They think its ok to ride without brake lights working. Cruise control dont work.Spoke with salesman and service and they didnt seem to care about it. Told me to bring it in at my 600 Mile oil change.Apparently when the sale is done, so is your dealing with them. Will be taking bike to another dealership to get it fixed so its safe to ride.

Bought our 2021 Yamaha SX210 on March 8 and picked up a week later. We have been waiting for weeks on a price for a cover from Cory, the salesman that we bought the boat from. First was 100 off, then 10%, now 15% but still no price. Still waiting on an answer about missing stern light as well. Very disappointed with customer service.

I recently had an excellent purchasing experience at Leaders RPM in Kalamazoo. I was excited about buying a Can Am Maverick X3 side by side after seeing them in Arizona in February. Salesman Pat Sempert returned my cold call inquiry within an hour. These vehicles are hard to find and Pat had two on the floor, including one that just arrived. I asked for the newest one and he said ok. We got through all of the paperwork easily that day, and I planned to pick it up Monday the next week. The weather looked poor for Monday so I asked Pat if it could be Friday instead. He said no problem. Then the storage bin accessory I wanted was not in stock, but Pat found one on the display rack and hid it in his office for me.On Friday when I came to pick it up, Ryan Bagley did an excellent job of going through the operational details of the machine with me. He knows how to explain things to customers at any level of technical competence. Polite and professional, thanks Ryan! The Maverick only comes with one key so I got another while I was there, and Pat told me that I would receive 10% off on all accessories/parts for ever... Fantastic!. When Pat found out the spare tire/wheel was out of stock he offered to have it delivered directly to my home in Holland. Then I met Heather Ward for the signing of the final documents. Heather was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient! Everything was in order and she made me a set of copies in a nice Leaders folder pouch. All the while one of my grandsons had the run of the spotless showroom, figuring out which machine he would be presenting to his parents that night for potential consideration.... My salesman Patrick, bent over backwards to get me exactly what I wanted at a much better price than any of the other dealers I spoke to. No high pressure, none of the typical sales nonsense, answered every question or got the answer from someone that knew. They made sure I knew about every discount available and gave me a reasonable trade in allowance. Great communication. This is my first Indian after riding Harleys for over 45 years, and I couldnt be happier about the motorcycle or the customer service.

Brought my Can-Am 4-wheeler to Leaders (which I bought there) for Oil Change, check out why it was leaking oil and have them fix a bent rim. Was told it would take two weeks.After two weeks I called, no answer left message, no return phone call.Called a second time after 3 weeks, no answer, left message no return phone call.Decided instead of fixing the rim I wanted new rim and tires - called parts department - someone picked up the phone while they were complaining about their boss, but never said hello, hung up and called back, no answer this time after being transferred by switchboard - left message about what I wanted to do - no call back. Tried three consecutive days and ended up leaving messages - again never a call backSince I have not hear back I went up there to find out what is going on. Talked to service and was told “oh this has been done for a week, no-one called you”. Sounds par for the course. So now I have to rush and get something to pick up my quad as I don’t want it left there.Now week four and I just want my quad out of there. Call service five times to schedule a pick up in two hours and never got anyone. So I decided to just go get it.Arrived to pick up quad, walked in service office, young lady on the phone head back and eyes closed and makes no eye contact with me at all, not even to say just a moment - nothing! In walks another guy, sits down and asks how he can help me - finally a human.Needless to say I will never buy a product from this place again, nor will I ever service a product there ever again. They apparently don’t want my business and are horribly run.Sad thing too as the guy I bought my quad with (Patrick) was fantastic and would buy from him over and over but too bad the Parts and Service teams cannot come through to support customers that the sales guys work so hard to please.
