Posted hours said they would be open but when I showed up they were closed. Wasted trip

We needed a new over-the-range microwave and an electric dryer for our home. I went to Georges Appliance last week Tuesday and talked with Dave. Picked out a GE dryer and GE microwave. They were able to remove the old appliances, deliver, and install the new ones by Friday. Georges gave me a delivery time and called when they were on the way. Courteous, professional, and great communication. I would highly recommend going to Georges Appliance. Glad there is still one local option to the big box stores.

So pleasant and considerate of me and my home. Stove and refrigerator were unboxed, plastic removed and disposed of. So yesterday I called a small business in Kalamazoo that weve used before, Georges Appliance. Bless them. They had a few freezers said they were selling fast and could deliver on Monday. I said its too bad I dont know if I can make mine work through the weekend but thatll work. An hour later they called said it would be delivered Friday morning. Not only was it delivered this morning but they had plugged it in last night and it was cold. Support small business.

We have had several great experiences with Georges Appliance. The sales staff and delivery/install men are all very professional, efficient, and courteous. Recently, after our new washer and dryer were installed, I wanted the backs of them to be just slightly adjusted. Georges sent men out right away and adjusted them exactly as I liked, no charge, and they were happy to do it. Its so refreshing to get such great service! Thank you, Georges! They also sell the best stuff and their ability to SERVICE them after the sale is key for us.

Sales experience very good with knowledgeable salesman for this visit. Last visit the wait was long before salesman available. I went there on a recommendation from a close friend. Shes happy they have an in-house service department who have helped her. They only carry appliances that they back. Notible is their years of sales & service in Kalamazoo. They have survived in spite of the big box competitors. The building and parking lot are needing updating but if you can look past these you may be glad you did like I am so far with the Speed Queen washer & dryer that I purchased.

For the past 25 years or more we have been buying our appliances from Georges. The salesmen know their products and service what they sell. Recently our dryer bit the dust, our new washer and dryer were delivered the next day. They have to match right? LOL! Our stairway is very narrow and the installers took their time to prevent any damage to our walls or new appliances. We are extremely satisfied customers!
